    I have returned a top. But my refund is not initiated yet. My Order Number- S[protected]. My item no. Is CBS00646662 It black lace up wear full sleeve blouse. Kindly initiate my fund. Its already too late. I am so pissed off with the service provided. Kindly make my refund. Club factory has put really wrong impression on me. Firstly the product was too bad. And then the services.

      I had placed an order with :

      Name: Sumita Kalita

      This item got out of stock and amount got refunded on date 08/07/2018.

      But this amount is not yet reflected in my paytm account.

      Amount Paid: Rs 620.09

      Please check back this issue, and refund the money back ASAP.

      Hi All,

      This Order status shows, the item is dispatch and tried to deliver to me once on July 10. Order is placed on July 04, Usually I always get all the club factory order in time.
      Till now I have got at least 7 to 8 orders.

      But I am not sure why is order got blocked.
      Could you please process it further.

      I did a withdrawal from Club factory to My Paytm No. [protected].

      There it mentioned that, it will be reflected within 24 hours. But it is not yet reflected.
      I had placed an order for heart keyring set but got only one keyring in the package.

        I ordered a dress from club factory a month earlier against which they had delivered a larger one. I demanded a replacement but they clearly stated that it was not in their terms and policies. A week ago, a man from the same delivery company came, showed his identity card when asked and took away the dress. He gave me a receipt in return but I have not yet received any cashback nor any mail mentioning the same.

          I usually wear 41 or 11 number shoes but here is uk size I have to order 7.5 UK size..
          But... BOMMM... there no shoe that contains 7.5 UK size... coolll... hmmm!!!

          Bad idea... want to buy shoe from this site but anable... do something #ClubFactory..
          Everyone is wanting big sizes..
          C’mon is India.. not China that all have tiny hights Nd tiny shoes... are kids wear 3 UK and 4 UK sizes.. lmao 😂😂

            I placed an order for some jewellery with order ID SO30052101.Order worth is 224.79 Rs.The order has not been delivered yet and still the status shows as delivered. There are no options to track the package or event file a complaint. The order has been paid for already hence company seems to think that they can get away with the money. Moreover the app keeps redirecting to the home page when trying to contact the support centre. Its an utterly stupid app and will never order anything again.i just want my stuff abd if not that, then a complete refund.Kindly revert as soon as possible.

                    Now I want to cancel my order due to some reasons but I am not able to find any sources to do so.                       I ordered 6 items on the 5th of July i was tracking the order until 13th July i saw the order had been shipped but with one missing item. I sent a message to their customer service asking why they didnt ship my item i got a very funny response they said its because the ddnt have it. My issues are:
                      1. When i orderd the item it was in stock that means they should have prepared my order just like anyone else.
                      2. They decided to ship my order with one item missing without even communicating with me to say sorry we nolonger have this item would you like to replace it.
                      3. I thought club factory gets its items from various factories thats why we have to wait so long before delivery so how does their suppliers run out of stock when the order is already made, what'sthe reason for waiting 2weeks when you still ship incomplete order?
                      I am very disappointed Club Factory be reminded you are not the only one in this businesse there are other competitors who offer better services you may need to up your game.

                        I bought from the site but didn't like the product. The quality was even worse than sarojni nagar. So i returned the products. It's been a month since the products have reached their warehouse. But they have still not refunded the amount back to my account. And when I contact the customer care center, they just have one answer that it will be done in three days.

When I tried paying for the first time it couldn't proceed further but once I paid again for the second time it showed that I ordered the same items twice. I accidentally paid twice for the same items.I cannot find any cancellation option. I would like to cancel and get the refund for the same. Please refund as soon as possible.                                 and i[censored] can cancel the products that we wish to receive...why cant we cancel the order?
                                please deliver all the products...else cancel the order...as we arent gonna receive it anymore
                                the site was quite impressive initially...but it has started showing colours...kindly look into the matter

                                  I order the product from club factory which is not meet to my expectations and now I want to return it..I fill the return request form. I continuesly chat with customer care and they told me select pick up schedule option which is not showing in my application, due to my pick up and refund getting delay..I also mail the issue but no one even care to reply..my one more order payment is pending from this site..please help.

                                    I have purchased a pair of shoes (size:9.5) but I received a product without any size tag which is way too small in size it appears to be size 8 it 8.5 when I measured it with an inch tape, I want to exchange or return the item, since Club Factory doesn’t have exchange policy I want to return the item but the company is charging Rs.90/- as pick up charge where as it not my fault, I chat with the online chat team for 5 days but did not get any help and the customer care number that is published in the app is a wrong number, please help to report such fraud E commerce company who is reaping customer and charging money even if there is no fault of customer, thanks.

                                      My name is clarabel syiemlieh. i live in nongstoin west khasi hills meghalaya. i order one piece black jelly shoes. however my mistake is that i order it without registering myself with the company. the amount has been debited from my account no because i used a debit card for the transaction. my problem is i cannot track my order since i did not login and now i dont know where is my order also it has been two weeks. i dont exactly remember the date which i order it but it must be between 19-22 june 2018. kindly take necessary action as soon as possible

                                      My name is clarabel syiemlieh. i live in nongstoin. on the 19 june 2018 i order one black jelly shoes @ 523/- from club factory using my debit card. however my mistake is that i did not register myself before ordering the jelly shoes. the payment was successful since the amount was debited from my account no but i could not track the order because i did not loggin. i did not get the order and i dont know where it is now. kindly take immediate action in the matter. kindly intimate me as oon as possible
                                      I need to cancel my order as I ordered it by mistake. Please look into the Matter for same.

I have been continuously trying to contact through their customer service. But no response till now. I am afraid that I will lose money for choosing this wrong item.

                                        I have purchases two bags from your company and i want to return them as their quality is not good. But your chat team is not responding. The quality of the bag is completely different from the picture you have uploaded on the app. Even its size is also small. And one of them is defective as well. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as i want my money back.
