I returned my order around 20th June'18, since than even after many follow ups, not getting satisfactory reply from them. They keep me roaming around here and there without any solution. They even confirm me that they received the returned parcel but still nothing on refund status. They are the worst service provider I have ever see in my life.

    Hi,
    My order number is SO23973694. I ordered 8 products from club factory almost one and half month ago after 7 days I applied for the refund for 5 products. I courier the products to their mahipalpur address. Now the drama begins. I called their customer care executive. he told me once they will receive the returned products the products will go to China after that they will initiate my refund. The process will take 8-15 days. after 15 days I had a chat with their customer care executive they told me that they received the products but due to some technical issues, the refund will take 8-15 days. Now I again called they told me they don't have my order status. I can get the info only through chat.
    Now the interesting fact they have issues with chats. You cant open the chat page until the person from their side drop a message to you. They have different different clubs every time you do a message for your status they will ask all the details again and again and try to manipulate you but not process your refund. Finally, I didn't get my refund and I also don't have the products.

      I want to cancel my order done by COD system as I am unable to meet the financial requirements in the given time frame...i would be please to shop with you in the days to come...your products are filled with vibrant and enchanting items and I would not deny the fact that I will come back when I am ready.. .but for now I would like to cancel my order. ..i would be thankful i[censored] would cancel my order

        I placed a order from Club Factory on 24th June, and the order is in transit since 30th June. It says pickup rescheduled for next day for 10 days now.
        I tried contacting the Club Factory customer care, and even the ECOM Express but got no response.
        The estimated delivery date is 12th July. I require the products by this date as I am travelling on the 13th.

          I didn't get the exact watch what I ordered and it's not working as well it is a totally defective peace, iam not able to lock the chain, colour is totally different then I ordered .club factory not respond any more till now.i tried alot to reach out. please do needful regarding this I want to give it back this one.

              I had placed an order and now want to return as the quality is worst and size is also inappropriate. I have been trying to contact the customer care through their app and it is useless. They just ask to have patience and wait. Now i guess i need to wait for a lifetime. It's been 2 weeks and no reply from their end. Will i ever get my money back???? Or has it gone for a toss?

                Today on 9th July, 2018 I have ordered for 2 products (Multifunctional travel bag and Hairgami bun) cost Rs.236.56/- and my order number is S[protected] but due to some error the payment details were not showing that the order is confirmed and payment is accepted by you hence I had paid again for the same 2 products and my other order number is S[protected].
                As I had paid twice for the same order please cancel one order i.e S[protected] and refund the amount of Rs.236.56 back to my club factory account.

                  I want to buy a 4 set of purse and I select it from facebook club factory site and I had already paid rs. 524 from my rupay card and it was already withdraw online by club factory by OTP and now it was saying there is something went wrong.. Please resolve my issue.. I don't want to claim in court..I want 4 set of purses which I have already paid for.. Or want my money back in my account from where it was withdrawal

                    After waiting for more than 2 weeks I finally got a refund for a product which I returned. Club Factory refunded the amount in their app wallet but there was an option to withdraw it in either a bank account or Paytm wallet. I selected to withdraw the amount in my Paytm wallet but the wallet was never credited and the refund amount was gone from Club Factory App Wallet.
                    I tried contacting Club Factory on twitter but they didn't give any reply.
                    They not even sent an SMS or email regarding the withdrawal.
                    Now, I don't know where my money went and I am not getting any reply also from Club Factory end.

                        Hi, i called around 2.40 pm today (07 july 2018) to club factory customer care number [protected] regarding enquiry about one of the orders i received yesterday. The customer care person who attended the call was absolutely rude & just didn’t have manners to talk. He called me ‘yaar’ which is very unprofessional & offensive. If this is the kind of recruitment which is taking place for customer care personnel then this is a very sad state for the business industry. I want strict action against that employee. If needed i would provide the mobile number from which i called so that the customer care person who attended the call can be tracked.

There is no update from company. App is also not showing this order details. There is no meachisam to track it. Contact number is always busy. Not sure why they are running this business if not able to serve customers

                            The sizeof item is huge, that os not wearable for me, i have order the track pant, but it is very large in size. And in club factory there is no option is coming to return the item. Iam very frustated. Am also calling customer care services, but there number is busy. I also chat with support depatrment but the are telling me to submit the return reqest, and iam facing problem with that because there isIoption is coming to submit the return request so in this case what shouldi do to return the item. I have already returned it on 20th June with your courier partner ecom express.i have also sent a copy of return receipt 3/4 times to your support center. Now please generat my refund as soon as possible.today is 6/7/18. I also come to know that you have already received my return package on 25th of June but still you are not refunding my money back.                                   Today I have received my refund in my bank account. With courier charge.. I am sharing with you all the details. Their customer care number is +911206230700. It is true number because I had called them on 7th and 8th July on this number. Then I had sent an emails on [email protected]. I had also record their telephonic chat and sent them all the proof of returned package. I had contact courier service and request them to send me all photos that they have delivered my package to club factory. They had provide me all the details.

                                      I have an unresolved issue. I ordered a size 7 pair of shoes and was sent a size 6
                                      Size 6 = 39
                                      size 7 = 40
                                      I have been messaging to simply ask for the correct size and a returns label, so we can resolve the situation and even taken lots of pictures to help, but you think it's ok for you to offer me a dollar refund and keep the shoes??? It's an absolute disgrace.
                                      How can you run a business if you don't follow through fair procedures?

                                        I am looking to return 3 items front the order above. 2 were wrong sizes, I order X, XL I received S, M. One was a cotton, spandex jumpsuit I was sent a cheap material that doesn't stretch, I can't even get it over my shoulders let alone try it alone try it on.

                                        Your app customer service keeps telling me to have a nice day, give 5 stars rating and ignore my question or request.
