I am looking to return 3 items front the order above. 2 were wrong sizes, I order X, XL I received S, M. One was a cotton, spandex jumpsuit I was sent a cheap material that doesn't stretch, I can't even get it over my shoulders let alone try it alone try it on.

Your app customer service keeps telling me to have a nice day, give 5 stars rating and ignore my question or request.

Please look into this asap. Thank you.

    Hello... i hve placed foir orders and had made the payment too through paytm last month and have not recieved even a single order...its saying that the products are returned...i didnt get a call nor products how did it get returned to club factory??? kindly send the order soon... i want to make a change in the given address and phone number too how should i do it?when i call the costumer care they say that we should contact u directly and when i do that why is no one answering the call... and its also saying that the number is wrong...what m i supposed to do now...i was waiting eagerly for the products to get delivered...

      Two products purchased against above mentioned order. One refund for Rs. 489/- recd by Club Factory due to non availability of product. Another product Rs. 705/- returned by me as I did not find it good quality product. I have yet to receive refund of Rs. 705/- from Club Factory.

        I have been received my order on 20th June, almost after 20 days, that’s ok but I have raised a request for return the entire packet as the clothes are worst, n since last 15 days I am getting a same reply yes it wil b done... app is not friendly, people on chat are jus copy paste, and on calls have no knowledge.. I want my money which is stuck more than a month

                  I am terribly disappointed with club factory and their service. I ordered for some jewellery and i got a completely different product and when i contacted the customer care they offered to refund me a small amount. The next time i order a set of earrings as shown in the picture and i receive only 1 pair of earrings... I feel cheated and i am goind to post this on my facebook that this site only cheats its customers...….

                      I ordered for a product online in clubfactory. I paid for it through internet banking. My order was not placed but amount has been deducted from my account. I only have an sms of the amount debited from my account. I tried calling to customer care and the responses i got were harsh. He instead tried to get my debit card details. When i said i don't have a card he said that my money cannot be refunded. This is their customer care number [protected]. When i asked the person about his name and id he hanged the call saying your amount will not be refunded.

                              SO26228769 this my order no. Received with mail n I m unable to fetch the details about it's shopping or anything whereas I have paid full amount through paytm. I took no. From Google n was unable to contact if I won't be able to get product return my amount.
                              i ordered iron man sunglasses from guest mode through web but when i received my parcel its right hand side handle was broken which not in a condition to wear. And now i am unable to return it.

                                I bought a t-shirt from club factory and i found that the quality of this product is too worst and there are lots of cuts and open stitches according to this type of product cost is too high i raised request for return product but still they can't response and in app show shipping.                                   Hi I have ordered a set of bags from club factory I got this parcel y'day dated 25th June. As soon as I opened it, we found one bag damaged and another's buttons are not working . When asked the club factory ppl for the return of item they offered me a compensation of 1$ and said to keep the bags but when I refused they didnt reply. I didn't get any reply till date .When I try calling they didn't connect me to the customer care executive . Again I tried to the Delhi headquarters so they asked me for a card no. For a transfer of payment account no is needed and ifsc code I refused to give any card no and asked them to refund on paytm so they refused. It can clearly be asserted that this a fraud company. It is request to take strict actions against the company and my refund of money they can take there bags. I just want my money back. It is requested to consider this request.

                                    I am following since long regarding the order no so23165466 ordered from club factory. As per the return policy i currier the product through dtdc and its delivered to there office address and acknowledged with seal and sign. I provided all evidences to them but they are not at all entertaining and irritating, asking same question again and again.

                                    Request you to please investigate the issues for necessary action.

                                      I order products of the rs.1144 and they canceled my order and i called in customer care their behavior was so rude and they are asking about my all debit card details and they can see my bank balance and they are asking about bank balance which i thought you people are not following ethics. Kindly request you to refund my money and please well train your customer care executive so they can talk nicely with the customer.

                                        We have placed an order worth 1213 rs in this site. We received it after 15 days. After receiving that it has very poor quality and worse metirial and it just shape of handbag that is it. So we decided to send return. When we click on return button it is showing 94 rupees extra for pick up.
                                        I'm asking why extra money. There is no sites like this. They are putting poor quality products and if we select return they are charging extra money. Who's money that. It is just they are doing online fraud. Definitely this is a plan to steal our own earned money. Who are they to steal our money officially.
                                        I don't want to lose my money. There is no description and no detail and all, they are selling products. Definitely this is online fraud.

                                        I hope our government still supporting people. I need my full money refund.
