My order number is so25429963.
I have ordered 5 products out of which 2 products can not be used even a single time and they will not cost even 10 rs for which they have charged approx 150 rupees. Rest of the product are ok type but does not worth the cost. I want to return them. For which they are asking 90 rs per package if they arrange courier facility to pick up.
My question is why we need to pay any single rupee if we are not getting anything? Cf should arrange pickup facilty free of cost

It is regarding a refund with reference id sor338050. First of all 2 times club factory cancelled my account saying out of stock which i feel is their game of stoxking people's money for few days. Then, they generated the refund to my paytm account. I can not see that refund yet and seen so many such compaints. The amount is approximately inr 7500 which is not a less amount for me to sit back and let club factory stole this amount. I even can't see all details on club factory page. Seriously auch a worse site that it is becoming a task to gwt your own money back. I would request a reply and assurance of my money back at any cost.

I was supposed to receive my product on 20th June 2018 n I haven't received it yet on 23rd June 2018 I called customer care services provider and he said that product will be delivered on 22Nd june but I haven't received it yet and unlikely the app shows that product has delivered on 20th June. Information provided by club factory's application and customer care is different. I have neither received the payment nor the refund. I need my order soon or I want refund. I am extremely disappointed by club factory's service.

I ordered the some items from club factory worth rs.586.65 on 21st may 2018. The expected delivery date was 8th june. However neither i received my order, nor i got my refund from club factory. I have raised so many complaints in club factory regarding this issue, to which they just say that they have not got their courier back. But since its their fault only that they were not able to deliver it to me, why should i be waiting for their products to reach them. Firstly, they did not deliver my product, and then they are just bluffing that the courier is in transit for return to them. Club factory is a fraud firm that is running, one should take strict actions against this firm who are looting and cheating the customers.

Club Factory is a E commerce website which take away your hard earn money and doesn't delivery product as they don't have any contact number it's really hard to talk to them.There is an chat system which is not mentioned as database because you raise a concern over there and every time random people come and give me same answer on which you already said that solution is not working. It's been more than 10 days i am talking to them to delivery my product but still my product doesn't seem to get delivery and i feel like i have donated my hard earn money to this fake website. My order number is - S[protected]. I have raised this concern earlier also but no action was taken neither from Club factory nor Consumer Complaints. in fact my account was deleted.

My return request order number is SO24521230 which had been received by me as on 15.06.18 but I didn't like the product I request for return my return Id is SON[protected] which had raised on the same day even if your courier person (ecom express)didn't come for pickup i got message as on 15.06.18 reverse pickup has not been picked up plz call centre so I called there they didn't give me proper response. Dear Friends be careful about this bloody fraud company, I ordered shirt from clubfactory i got it after a week but size is big.

When i called customer care number [protected] they are asking for CARD NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE AND CVV FOR refund so please be careful.
