I ordered an air gun on club factory (Ksp traders) on 25/03/2020. It could not be delievered due to the lockdown. So the seller contacted me on 16/05/2020 saying that the product could be delivered by a personal courier and then after cancellling the order from the club factory app, i reordered it to be delivered by a personal courier since all product are allowed to be delivered in our area. The price is 4500 inr + 200 inr for courier's fee. When i asked for the courier's name and tracking id, i got no reply. Even after 12 days, it has not arrived yet. I called them many times but theu dont want to pick up the call. I text them through whatsapp and the chat system in clubfactory app, even though they read it, they are not replying.
I dont know what to do, so im asking for help

I called them 3 times today and text them in whatsapp and chat in club factory.But they are not answering to any of them.
