I didn't received my refund but they are saying that the already returned that. I placed my order on8march but due to covid it was not delivered till may and then returned the product to warehouse without my knowledge and after that they are saying that money is refunded but i didn't received in my sbi bank account...

I want to cancel my order because it's taking to long it has been more then 2weeks i paid online banking. And it has been long time i don't want anymore sorry thank you and i want my money back...

Received wrong product against order number so[protected] dated 22nd may 2020. I had ordered for kemei trimmer model number 3580 but club factory has sent me nova trimmer model number pnht 9085. Request you to send me the product i had ordered as i am not interested in this cheap product. I have raised the pickup request at least 28 times but the same is being cancelled again and again by your courier partner and i get an sms for the same....

I wanted to withdraw the amount i have in my club factory account but they are aaking for otp sent on my mobile number and email. I submitted the one i got on my mobile number but i dnt have the access of my email id. I tried talking to customer support but they are telling u submit the otp from email. How can i submit the otp when i dnt have the access to the account?...

I ordered an air gun on club factory (Ksp traders) on 25/03/2020. It could not be delievered due to the lockdown. So the seller contacted me on 16/05/2020 saying that the product could be delivered by a personal courier and then after cancellling the order from the club factory app, i reordered it to be delivered by a personal courier since all product are allowed to be delivered in our area. The price is 4500 inr + 200 inr for courier's...

It is named as famous women's cotton sweat shirt/hoodie. It is delivered on 14 march 2020. By its fabric type i just want to return it.
