I ordered a dress on 23 feb and got delivered on 2 march but it has too bad quality so i return that and the product delivered to warehouse on 12 march and i got the message the return is rejected because the quality doesn't match the product while i shown the delivery boy before giving him and i upload the picture also but i didn't got the refund so i champlain in chat even on customer care and they register my complain and said to wait 6 days now its more than that i didn't got my refund and neither anything.

    I didnt receice the order since 10 days i ordered. And also the clubfactory app doesnt show me my order being placed but amount has been deducted from my bank account.

    I just have the message of amount deducted from my bank account and the photo of the dress i ordered.

      We purchased 5 dresses from https:///www.clubfactory.com. online store. Only 2 dresses found in the parcel. In that one dress is small size.We raised complaint but Club factory is not resolving. It is atrocious. We have done 3 complaints so far. Pls don't buy from fraud co like this. We have been waiting for long days. Spoke so many times with customer care. Sent so many photos and videos of the parcel through chat. 100 times we have told the same details. My god. Very bitter experience. I don't know when will be given justice. It has caused so much difference between we 5 friends. Who will take that only dress? Even the other dress is small size. Club factory has caused rift in our friendship

        I have ordered combo of three maybelline kajal, two macc liner and one eye lash which is rs150. But i have received only 3 maybelline kajal, remaining items are missing.
        I have talked with customer care executives but issue not resolved. Please do the needful. I want my total combo which i have ordered.
        2macc liner and one eye lash are missing.
        Club factory giving offer n showcase something things and delivering something else. Please look into this matter.

          Now i got call again from this no. Regarding refund amount and he said to me please download quick support app, and i know it’s a fake call, please check it club factory, now again n again i am receiving fake calls in the name of club factory,
          And i will complaint in 100 for this number as i recorded call also

          And please tell me how to remove attachment which i attached in my previous complaint unknown no. Calling me and misusing my number please help me on this

          Now I got call again from this no.regarding refund amount and he said to me please download quick support app, and I know it’s a fake call, please check it club factory, now again n again I am receiving fake calls in the name of club factory,
          And I will complaint in 100 for this number as I recorded call also

              Today i complaint regarding club factory refund amount not received and today i received a call and they told me i called you regarding your complaint please tell my your bank name and debit credit card details i will refund your amount i said please refund to my original payment method that is paytm i will not give you my bank details he told me no it’s mandatory to given bank details and after refunding your amount please delete your complaint and after that i chat with club factory customer support they told me-
              Customersupport-dear, sorry please ignore this call. This fraud call you will get your refund reflect in the same account as per the bank process.,, feedback and suggestions from our customers are taken very seriously and have always been a boon for our growth and achievements.

              And now i will complaint for this no., please refund my money club factory is not refunding my money, they take me back product also and not refunding my money

                  I have returned the above mentioned 990 rupees worth product to club factory on 12th march 2020. In the app they shown the refunded on 20th march 2020 but I still didn't receive the refund yet. The very bad customer service i ever faced in online purchase platform

                      Note:- i posted this complaint again because my complaint is not resolved by club factory they didn’t refund my money back,

                      I placed order on 10th march in club factory (Product - black white lattice self stick beijio floor paste home decor wallpaper) (Qty-3, which is split into 3different parcels) but when i received my 1st package i received damage product so i applied for returned in the same date, and also attached damage product pictures for there reference and after that i received rest 2parcels which i returned back and after pickup done of all three parcels, club factory messaged me that-
                      ? So[protected] sorry, your return application son[protected] has been rejected since the return parcel didn't pass the quality check. If you have any questions, please contact customer service on the app.

                      After that i talk to customer support they told me-
                      I really apologize for the inconvenience which you faced. Allow me a moment to get this checked.
                      Dear, sorry for inconvenience as i checked your return has been rejected because your return item failed to pass the quality check and it was refused to refund.

                      I asked - why refused? What was the rejection reason please explain dear

                      Customersupport-dear, as i checked you already apply for verify rejection kindly wait for 3 working days.

                      And today i chat with customer support they told me mai apki ticket i’d raise krdetihu wha kuch hoga
                      Ticket id - #1755493

                      And now they saying ki amount refund nhihoga really is that your customer support and is that how you treat your valuable customers you guys not refunded my money back and also product is taken back,
                      Please refund my money it’s very very disappointed with club factory, agar aisa ap krogeto koi b apse kuch b purchase nhikrega pls refund my all amount

                        This complaint is against the fraud conducted by company clubfactory india private limited registered at hno-b 392 ist floor, nirman vihar, near metro station, new delhi east delhi dl 110092

                        The company is selling online products and sending cheap material to its customers.

                        I have ordered a earbuds by order ref no so[protected] on 10.03.2020 and goods were delivered to us on 14.03.2020. Company send me product of cheap quality, so we were frauded by company for rs. 700.

                        When i request to return then company picked up the product and it was delivered to them on 22.03.2020.
                        Now company is telling that my refund qas cancelled because product doesnt pass quality checks.
                        Sir i want to reuest that if product had worked fine then what is the need of return. I have returned the same due to quality issue. Because of time problem online shopping was but company make benefits of it and cheated us.

                        Several reminders were sent to the company via phone but they flatly refused to refund the amount.
                        This is not my case. Company is in existence since last three year and it has cheated many customers. Manycomplaints are already filed against this company on consumer helpline. Link is given below:

                        I request you to take a strict action against the company management for cheating the customers and also ask them to refund the amount with compensation.

                          I have ordered a product that was defective i have returned the same but they are not refunding my money saying that product was failed in quality checks. If the products would have good then why should i have returned it. Company is doing fraud with me. Kindly take action against company and provide me refund or tell me other options whiich i can do
                          Same situation with me the don’t refund my money back and I received damage product so I returned it Nd want my money back but now they don’t wanna refund my money and giving me so many excuses that- Product not passed quality check, really? Very disappointed . They pick there product also from me and also not refunding my amount

                                  My issue is that i am consumer of a club factory i buy two product and club factory send me two product in my home via e com express and i open the packet and i am shocked i found a wrong product in the one packet and i open 2nd packet i found a wrong size product and i return both packet to club factory via e com express and my packet is exchange with each other's and my packet is mis match and club factory doesn't refund my money.
                                  Club factory order number = so[protected] i order realme wireless ear buds i receive a fake product by club factory date of purchase 29 december 2019 at 8:14pm, so[protected] i order m size hood and i receive xxl size date of purchase
                                  Date of 2 january 2020 at 11:45pm.

                                    I had bought a mens' jacket online vide order no. So[protected]. The same was delivered on 28 feb 2020. As the quality of the product was not satisfactory, i booked for a refund on the very same day. Subsequently it was picked up for return on 29 feb. Now i am being refused the return citing reasons of "quality issues". I talked to your customer care and further raised my concern on chat to know what exactly the issue is. But to my utter disappointment, i never get a satisfactory reply. When i've not used the product and returned it as it was, why should be there any quality problem? Now i am being told that i returned the wrong product and not the same one i had bought. I am fed up with this after trying for last last 20 days. Hope you are getting me. Pl help me getting a refund for the same.

                                      I returned the shoe ordered against order no. So[protected] due to small size.
                                      Return was picked up on sunday 15 mar and was delivered to warehouse on 17 mar. Attached is the snapshot.
                                      On 18 mar return was rejected due to quality check fail. Customer service executive is saying that the product was not received as it was shipped.

                                      I checked with the courier boy who picked the return & he mentioned that the package as shipped as it is.
                                      Courier boy is from gati courier and his phone number is +[protected]

                                      I have also raised a complain request through chat portal and below is the request number.

                                      Executive mentioned that the return product received by you is badly defective.
                                      Can you send me picture of damaged shoes & address of your office.

                                      Now the problem is that club factory is neither giving refund nor giving back shoes.

                                      They are looting peoples like this.

                                      Please help in this matter.

                                      Hi... I have purchased foundation, the pack it was opened and on pack product is different and inside it's different fully. It's not looking like foundation it self or something wrong with item knowing some cheating has been done.

                                        I have ordered lakme cc cream and matte compact powder from club factory. But it was not original product. It is a fake product using lakme brand name. And in the description it is clearly visible. Original lakme products are from hindustan unilever and the address of the products i got from club factory shows that hindustan unilever. I want the refund.

                                        Customer care service is another worst no body is bothered and service operator sharing seller contact number directly to me then why club factory required in between???
