Hi
My package has been in custom clearance for over 2 months.. Which is really fustrating... N when i chat with the cf operator they said my package is in preparing status which is really annoying... Please do something..
2 months is a very² long time

            I had placed an order for reviver hair shampoo on may 2, 2020. The so number is so[protected]. It has been more than 20 days and the product status is not updating. It still shows 'order to be confirmed by seller'. I am also not able to cancel the order or get a refund. The club factory authorities are not replying at all.

                  I ordered a product from the club factory app prior to lockdown (Order number so[protected] but the product was stuck in "custom clearance" state ever since.
                  I'd like to state that i am in a green zone. Now it's been a few days since club factory resumed its operations in green as well as orange zones but my product is stuck at the same custom clearance state.
                  I'd like to request the concerned authorities to please make the delivery as soon as possible or initiate a refund as it is already too late. Thank you

                    I booked my order on 28 april 2020 using club factory. But now it is showing that your order is delayed due to covid-19 and i am facing few problems now a days because of not having any headphone.
                    I haven't received my order yet. So i request to either deliver the order within 2 days otherwise cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible so that i can buy is using another site.

                      I ordered two masks on club factory app on 30 March but after 1 month they not deliver it so I cancelled it. I paid the payment of 438/- by online upi payment. now club factory says that they already refunded me but I not received the rupees till now. they cheats me.

                        Dear team,
                        Kindly look into the issue on prior where the below mentioned orders are not yet delivered. I had contact the agents through club factory app but still i didn't not get permanent fix regarding this. When i am able to get delivered my orders from amazon and flipkart. Why isn't it possible from your end. That alsoi have placed order in amazon and flipkart after i placed the order in club factory. I am fed up with contacting agents in club factory app everytime more than thrice. I want the issue to be fixed. Kindly escalate to your higher management. Kindly check and do the needful.

                            I have ordered headset (Order num - so[protected] from s. R enterprise, club factory. I have made payment through online. It's been more than a month since i haven't received my order yet. It shows that my order has been rejected & returned to cf warehouse. Now i need refund of my money. Without any prior intimation how can club factory reject my order. And they have no consumer care service also. I just need refund of money asap

                                I was ordered vadhika herbal hand sanitizer 2 pack i.                                         Update please!!

                                        I placed an order a week ago as guest user and i am not able to track it since then.

                                        I have been trying to have a check everyday. Very bad experience. No idea about it.
