My orders are placed about from the last month and its not deliverd till yet just because the custom clearance is not happening and I want my order as soon as possible it's very important for me please do something it is a kind request to you to please deliver my order as soon as possible

    I want to cancel my order in club factory., Actually they told that delivery will be delayed due to corona lockdown.., in this situation I am leaving my place, so I want to cancel it... My order is SO[protected]..

        Hello sir my name is basheer.on the 11 march.club factory I am one churidar gave it.But me item didn't get it.there for club factory customer care the call was made.he said he would give me a cash refund.from there my account details he asked.bank account details give it.suddenly 3900/-Balance from my account cash is gone.soon the club factory was in customer care I called.iam the cash depited he said. Other account details they have with me he asked.i zero balance gave it.and then from there he said.you only have 26/- rupees in your account.so to refund you not possible.minimum 3000/-rupees in your account.then call attend does not.therefore pls give me my cash.so much for the corrent situation it's bad.

          I had ordered three products through club factory online shopping. Then i had cancelled the three products and requested for refund. I had cancelled on march 29, 2020. They told me amount will be credited in 5 to 10 business days. Today april 16 2020. But the refund not yet received. Please help me to get the refund amounts sir.

            Ordered a product in january from club factory and received wrong item. I reported to customer support in the same month and asked to return the item as my item was not listed in returnable products. They collected my all personal details and assured that courier person will take the parcel within 1 week. Since then i have called them and talked to their seniors atleast 50 times and received same answer and now its april and no one had arrived at my door to collect the item. Its been 4 months and my money and product is total wasted.

              return id son[protected] and two more pairs of shoes' return was rejected on false claim of quality issues. i had applied the return request on the same day and next day it was picked up. now, my point is, its fine not to refund my money, but give back my products for which i had spend my money. thank you.

                    I have received a wrong colour watch from club factory and i return the watch. And i have not received any refund amount from the seller. I have return the item and 10 days i have no response. And the club factory meassge me the return request is rejected. And i have not received any refund amount.                       I had placed a order in club factory march 14 till now i am not receiving my order i approch the customer care also they are saying that please understand our problem due to covid-19 what are they doing before march 22???. I waited almost nearly 15 days they are saying as soon as possible i requested them also but they delayed my order. Such a waste site.

                        The quality of the product that they send is not as expected and when I return it they deduct returning fees. I have given the shipping fees but when I have not received any good product why would I give them the shipping and returning fees...I want my money back!!
                        Clubs factory is a fraud product ...every time they send wrong product and earn money in the name of shipping and returning fees
                        Ordered boat roceker 255... i received the product but product is not as per ordered ... i return it immediately... replacement yet not received my product rajendra koli [protected] .

                        Kindly give us product or refund our money...

                          I was order a sumsung wireless earphones on club factory that is order no SO[protected] and tha products was delivered to me and I am also placed a return request because tha products was sounds quality issues and copy products after that successfully return pick up and successfully delivered in tha club factory Wearhouse after that I received a notification on club factory application that your product can't qualified our quality check so return rejected after that I will contact with you castumer care but they told me that they can't help me regarding this order. I will attach some photos of tha products is below.
                          so I would like to request you give me some good reasolution regards this order I want to refund to this order in my bank account

                          Reg-SO[protected], I ordered gown on feb 21st 2020 but received product quality was not good and size was not fit, so i requested for refund, but refund was rejected even product was with them.My money was blocked in clubfactory and they not providing proper reason for that.I need my refund amount back.
                          My order number SO[protected] I have cancelled the order I have paid in Google pay but still it does not refund the amount.please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                            I bought a t-shirt from club factory in march. Order no. So[protected]. The cloth was too sticky so i returned it back. Now club factory says that my return hasn't passed the quality check and thus i won't be refunded, as they won't be able to resell the t-shirt. Now they keep the money as well as the product. This is cheating. I connected with their customer care team, but they keep asking for 6 days time again and again.

                              My $66 is stuck with clubfactory, and they are not allowing to withdraw it from 9 march, today is 26 march. My clubfactory registered mobile number is [protected]. First the error was showing while trying to withdraw money that services are updating, please wait 1-2 weeks. And after 2 weeks, everytime i try to withdraw money balance, it says contact customer service to withdraw money, and then i talk to customer service and they always reply, that please wait few days more, we don't know what is the problem so please wait more. They are not providing me with any resolution date. I feel my money is stuck. This money was refunded for my shoes orders which were also different from the one i ordered (Order no so[protected] and so[protected]. I also have the unboxing video as proof. First they send me wrong quality products, then stop me from withdrawing my own money, i feel i need to go to court and file a case as my money is stuck for so long time! Customer support is not resolving or helping in any form, i have contacted them many times by chat and call both. Please let me withdraw my money. Or i will have to take legal action if nothing works.

                                  I've placed few orders on club factory app but they're are cancelled on their own and no refunds provided on their cancellation, it's been more than a month now there has been no response on the resolution because there are only complaint ticket numbers being raised for no reason and also i've sum leftover money in the club factory wallet those are not being able to withdraw due to the club factory's restrictions imposed.
                                  Please address my issue at the earliest. I've raised my concern to national consumer helpline and forwarded the same to the club factory team through their official email address [protected]@clubfactory.com but there's no response from them.

We had even asked many times to the courier person but he always ignored and gave me excuses on one pretext or other and there is no option on the application wherein i could file a complaint. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible as i haven't received my parcel.

                                        I had issued a return for shoes for the reason that it was too large. The pickup guy took it by properly verifying it. When it reached at quality check it failed to pass the test and refund was rejected. I contacted them via email but no response was given. Later i called at the support center and they refused to refund me stating that i neither get to have refunds nor i will receive my product back.
