I have purchased bot rockerz bluetooth wireless earphone order no: so[protected] date: 19 feb 2020, but i have received earphone in damage condition. After received i had return damage earphone with return id: son[protected] date: 21 feb 2020 and it is successfully delivered to seller. But in my mobile app (Club factory) it is showing amount is refunded but i have not received this my amount (Rs. 552/-) i have call multiple time club factory customer care but team is not answering properly.
Refund id:sor[protected], please help me on this complaint so the i will received my refund amount.
