Hi Team,

I ordered few products on 21th March (Order No: SO[protected]. I received the shipping mail but till now I have not received my order nor I am able to track the order via the link sent on mail.

I am attaching the screen shot of the shipping mail.

Please check & resolve the issue asap.

I gave guest order of three dress and had already payment of three.after one week I got one massage that one dress is not available so I will refund your money due to officially fifteen days..One month has over I didn't get any massage or not get any money to cash back
Pls check and refund my money as soon as possible.

    My order no is SO15493362. On 3th april 2018 I received a package from club factory, it has all my details but inside I found a blazer instead of 22 items. I am continuously chatting with customer care and every time there is a new person and I have to repeat the same story. Some are so annoying they are giving me courier service number . Its not courier fault, they delivered it to right place, its your fault, you kept wrong item. plz do something resolve my issue asap

      Product ordered in data 14th match 2018 with no.14997932 is not delivered till now.It cost around 2000 rupees.Tracking shows that it is dispatched on 19th march and reached kerala via newdelhi feom China. On 27th march product reached thiruvalla, Kerala but undelivered due to customer unavailability.That is wat that have mentioned. But no call received in my number which I have given to them.Also they is a good receiving system in my office even if the call is not attended.Kindly consider my complaint seriously and do the needful

        I had received a mail on 01/04/2018 saying your payment is failed and your money will be refunded in 07-14 working days.So what was that ! Please let me know the status of the courier.

        I am regular customer of Club Factory and I don't want to discontinue the service from Club Factory.

            I have placed my order on sunday night 2nd april... It's an men's jacket... I tried to track my order but it's showing error... I have called customer care so a guy saying to share my card details... Asper my research with your debit card number, expiry date & cvv.. You can debit cash, but they need otp also... So don't share otp at any cost... N please if this is not an fake web site just prove it... Either return my cash or place my order... & give me my ordered stuff otherwise i will raise this issue

              I have been looking forward to recieving my parcel on time but since more than 5 days it is in custom and nobody is picking it up...i contacted with fAQ and they said they will work on that problem and also mentioned that parcel is not being picked up by delivery man but till now my parcel is at custom...                   I have ordered this product on 10th March 2018 through online from club factory, paid full amount. Yet to receive this product after 20 days - usually it takes 7 days, as per club factory it can take 12 days. No update or tracking is possible.

                          Its been a week and still not received any update.
                          I have called many local customer care no.

                          All said that ordered is cancelled and you will get refund but when i ask about my product details all have no answer and rather they ask about my card number and cvv.

                          It appeared to me a fraud transaction.
                          Can anyone take an action else has to raise some serious action as to stop others from buying from club factory site/app

                              I bought two items and i received the wrong size before few month so that i returned the item royal mail standard delivery with certificate of posting as they refused to refund the postage and sign for value is as much as expensive as the product itself. I communicate with the team and they accepted that the item has been received but refused to refund or replace the correct size even different club member asking me same questions about tracking which i really don’t understand if the item they received than why they want tracking.

                              It’s since from last two month i am trying communicate but they refused to provide number of the business or email of appropriate management. They harassing by repeating same question even laughing emoji which is really unprofessional i felt to go to consumer court against the fake company.

                              What the word you saying give 5 star 🌟 if you don’t do what has been agreed than I would probably provide everywhere the same with the proof that you do fraud with the customer and run fake company to cheat people. I suffered a lot and I don’t want the others people suffering.

                                        I have placed an order on 12th June and it is still not delivered. Worst online website for shopping... I strongly recommend to not to trust club factory anymore
                                        I placed an order for 3 items on 16th June and the estimated delivery date was around 4th July. The payment has already been done. My order no SO[protected]. There is not way to contact or anything. The customer care number is always busy. So if you can't deliver my order then please refund my money since I am not able to cancel the order because its already been shipped. Please look into it.
