I have ordered lakme cc cream and matte compact powder from club factory. But it was not original product. It is a fake product using lakme brand name. And in the description it is clearly visible. Original lakme products are from hindustan unilever and the address of the products i got from club factory shows that hindustan unilever. I want the refund.

I have purchased foundation with proper shade, I got only pack with that details but inside product is different it's not foundation at all.
Customer care service is another worst no body is bothered and service operator sharing seller contact number directly to me then why club factory required in between???
I want to return it.

I return my package order(SO[protected] as it was a very bad quality and the design was completely different with return application (SON[protected] but it got rejected saying it does not meet the quality requirements and has not refund my money back and the worst part is my account has been completely cleared out and there is no history of my order so I cannot able to track anything except through text messages only so please help me

sir/mem mene club factory se ek send disk ki 128gb ki pendrive mangai thi or jab me apna box open karta hu to usme ek mobile charger mila. fir jan mene club factory se complaint ki to wo kehte hai ki mera order abi saller ne bheja hi nahi hai.

I have ordered two different items on CLUBFACTORY . 1 order is received but another item not received.
Message came that 'two orders are delivered'.
I have called costumer care and they said to call 'delivery boy'.
He is not responding 😡.
They said to message in their app but no response.

I ordered an Nike epic react shoes last month but the product was too bad and both were same leg, I requested a return or refund but they were not accepting it.
Please do something immediately about this issue I lost my 1450 rupess.

Hi, i had order so[protected]grey colored yellow blouse saree from club factory online on 20/2/20 and receive the same on 24/2/20 and it was not matching to the image club factory had provided so i had immediately applied for return. On 25/3/20 the courier person sent by club factory verified and collected the same but after receiving they are telling that the seller received a wrong product. Now they are not ready to refund my amount. Requesting to help me out on this issue.

There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. My friend ordered a realme buds air headset with mic from club factory on 26.02.2020 at a price if rs.2548. The order no is so[protected].
He received the order on 2nd of march, however his app showed that the product is still being processed, but as he got his product he thought that it might be glitch. As soon as he opened the package he saw it was totally different from realme buds air, he felt cheated by club factor. The product which he got had realme printed on it's back which is totally fake. He has contacted the realme team via 24×7 live chat and they first sent him a complain no. Which is #1431121 and told that he will be contacted within a week. But 2 weeks have passed and he has not been contacted. Everytime he talks with them, they tell him to be patient an it would take some time. Please take some neccessary actions against them...

Hello team, i have ordered indulekha hair oil with shampoo from club factory app but i have received 3 hair oil packs which are duplicate and damaged. I have raised return request and they picked it back. But till today i didnt received the my money back. When i tried to contact customer care they are asking did you received any sms or did you collected slip from there courier partner which i didnt receive or given by the courier person. When i have requested to place a return request they havent mentioned any of these or they havent written some where of the process. Please make sure i receive my money back.

I placed order on club factory on 24 february 2020. Money was deducted from my account and the order is showing expired. I can't track the order. I placed 2 orders both of 320 and when i was tracking the order, there was none. Money was deducted from the accound and i can't see the order under any link (Unpaid, processing, shipped, delivered). When i called the club factory support they asked me to upload the picture of the money deducted but there is no upload button on the app.

Club factory is cheater they imposed me rs 99/- delivery + rs. 90/- return charges. Still they have not balance money rs. 610/- since one week to my my account.

I have ordered noise shot x5 but the package contained tws cheep ear bud and my delivery is also not showing in app. What kind of forgery is this a complete ripoff for the customer.
And my app is also not showing delivery of the product all i want is my refund. So i would appreciate the refund on my product which is really useless to me. The box is in mint condition i didn't even opened it.

That too arranged the pickup through club factory only n they have charged 180 rs. After returning the product they are simply telling quality check is failed. I have done everything in clubfactory only even return also. Then who is responsible for my money. They cheating like rowdy

I had ordered a gown from club factory and what i got was a completely different gown. And the gown that i got was damaged too. I returned it to them but they didn't refund my money. I cannot accept that as it is completely their fault that a wrong and damaged gown was sent to me. I totally feel cheated. I want my money back.
