I received two text messages from the company - 1) to confirm the receipt of payment & the other 2) on 9th january to inform me that the order had been shipped. Since then it has been 17th january today and i haven't received any further information from the company and nor has the order been delivered. I have done online transaction on 09/09/2017 from club factory app and the item of order no - SO11057465 has not delivered in my address. I would like to inform you that an amount of order is already deducted from my account. I tried calling all the customer care which i could not connect.

Hi, i ordered two tshirts from clubfactory a few days back.in the website the product shown is different and reviews are all fake. This i came to know when the product got delivered. The order id is so10947332. I also had a talk with the customer care executive. He asked for my credit card number. Then he said either give your credit card number for refund or disconnect the call. He was speaking in a very rude way. Who asks for your credit...
