Ordered 28 items and returned 21 due to the bad quality of inr 10816 but have received the return of inr 8466 as they have not included the jacket worth 2675 but have taken the return of the item i have not sent!!

I placed an order on 17th dec which was finally delivered roday but the products quality is very cheap and waste of money... The order is not visible in my orders for me to be able to process for return.. Need my complete money back.. The app suppoet has no response back... They are least bothered since the product is already delivered and customer is duped...

It is a fake company, fake website, they will definitely not refund your amount.
