My order number is[protected]. I have 4 items book on your factory but 1 item is not delivered and his payment is return to you in my account. You have 3 items delivered at my address few hours ago today and i have open package and see only 2 items in there and 1 item is missing. So i have delivered my 1 item and you have not delivered this item and its payment return to my account. You have check on my email to you and talk with call or email or club factory support center and i have also photos and my problem say to support center but few hours to go no replay your side so i have check about contect number or support center

I ordered the above mention products code on 9th of DEC and the status show as shipped but its 16 days now I haven't receive single a products. I spent 6k now please help me to return my money back because I'm done with club factory now.

I have ordered for totally 21 items and I have paid money for the same and recieved only 19 out of 21.

Missing items : ( Pearl infitinty heart crystal ball earring sets, 1set.) & ( Delicate elegant zircon long silver tassel pearl drop earrings 2set I ordered ) but I got only one set. Few dainty jewelleries are broken but that's ok I can fix it but I request them to do proper packing for delicate stuffs. Apart from that I loved other stuffs which I bought from club factory.

Kind of Disappointed since 2 products were missing. I hope they will resolve this issue ASAP so that I can purchase more products from them also I can recommend to my friends in the future.

I ordered three items on club factory. Order no is so9818338. I received the order and return back by dtdc with tracking number z47580550 to club factory return centre noida. I visted back to dtdc for confirmation but they said that the parcel was already delivered. But i did not get the money back in my paytm. Pls solve my issue as soon as possible i shall be very thankful to u. Thanks

Ordered 4 items of which 3 are defective and even in those 3 products 1 product was supposed to be 6 in quantity but received only one.

And I have to bear the cost of Shipping both ways, Shipping fees will not be refunded and I have to process the return in which Shipping charges also shipping charges have to be paid by me.

Half jacket ladies not found although paid for that. pearl strings not usable they have no system to wear it .
Pear strings has many strings but to wear single string there is not system to hang it or close it.
Please take care and arrange for the refund.

Products delivered are of worst quality. I have applied return. When I made payment, it directed me through Paytm. When Iam checking my Paytm account, it is not showing any translation to ClubFactory.

Problem is that if I return my items, where my refund amount will be transferred?

Guys dont call on club factory indian numbers, these are fake numbers, they will ask you about your atm card details like card no, expiry date, cvv no. Beware from such fake customer care.
There are huge racket... And they are having multiple mobile numbers, they continuously switch mobile numbers.

All the customer care number listed on https://www.indiacomplaints.com are fake.

I had received my order s08024486 on 9th december 2017 and returned the whole parcel to your noida (India) office on 12th december 2017. This packet was delivered to your club factory noida office on 17th december 2017. Only 2 items were sent through on dot courier. The tracking no. Is [protected].

Unfortunately i ordered items from club factory. They were too disappointing. Then i returned the order for extra 300rs for shipping charges. The product has been delivered to them. And still they didnâ€˜t even update the return status, returning money is a far-fetched dream. I so want to take a legal against them. My order no. Is so9036751. I even raised the complaint in their forum still no communication from them. There should be some regulatory body who should see to such kind of frauds. I later searched for more details and found lot of such complaints and bad reviews against the firm. Why is it still allowed to continue itsâ€˜ buisnessï¼Ÿ wish i had checked those reviews earlier.

This is a fraud company. I ordered 18 items but they delivered only 14 items in which they asking to return amount of only 2 items. The quality of the material is worst and we want to refund but there is no way to return, only to send a message to club factory and if they wish then only we can return. I also done the same but there is no return confirmation from club factory. Request to indian govt. To block such fraud companies.

I have recieved my order today. My order number is so9810221.in that package of many items, there was one hair clip which was missing. So, i called your customer care number ([protected]). They told me that they will refund me the money for that item. They asked me my card details which i provided them. Then they said that i will recieve an otp in my number and they said that if i gave them that number then only i will get my refund. After giving that otp they deducted 10000/- from my bank account. I have been calling them all day but they are not giving back my money. Your customer service is worst. I wanty money back. How can you fraud people like this. I want my money back.
