My order no is so8582004. So ive ordered this on 29th november 2017 and also i made a payment of rs. 1945. But then after 5 - 10 days, i received a message saying my order got cancelled due to stock issues.. And also its been exact a month i didnt got my money back.. What should i think tht u dont wanna return my money everytime i see a msg saying it will take 8 - 10. Or 20 days ill receive.. Either u return my money or im gonna taka a strict action or register a complaint against you. Its been high time.. Even u guys r not accepting to re-order the same product and asking me to pay again.. You think peoples are fool enough to do tht without returning ones money how can u expect to pay again itll be better i[censored] do the needful at the earliest or ull see strict action coming. Thank you

        Dear all,
        The good thing what i did was that i took the option of cod... There was someone who called me up and confirmed that i have to make a payment of rs 1928 while i receive the shipment. Yesterday they gave me a tracking number which cant be tracked anywhere.
        So guys there is a gang of thief's and thugs who are operating this... Now i am even sure that if i receive something, i would only pay when i open the consignment. These # cannot be trusted and we all should tweet across all social media platforms against ordering on club factory

                  I ordered two blazers about 15 days before it came but both are cheap quality and defective. I filed complaint but no revert and one order got out of stock as i ordered 7 days before that refund is also not came into the account.

                  I need my money back and please shutdown this company the are making everyday frauds in india sitting in china.

                                    On[protected] during black friday sale i got a free product which according to their conditions can be ordered only when we add some other product with it in the cart i. E. We had to purchase some other product with it and to pay the charges which i did accordingly. I added three more items in the cart with the free product i. E. Total 4 items i ordered. The order was delivered on[protected]. They delivered only the other products which were to be added in the cart with the free product but did not deliver the free product itself i. E. Crocodile pattern zipper crossbody. I contacted them in the contact us section provided in the club factory app itself but they are not ready to deliver it and are giving lame excuses. They are giving the answers like that the sale is over, the free product cannot be ordered alone, it is out of stock etc.. Before also they did the same crap. When i ordered the product it was in stock and also i ordered it during sale so how come they are saying the sale is over and other lame excuses. They make strategies, play games and make fool of people. So please take action against them and make my product delivered

                                      I ordered some clothes from club factory and i am regretting now the clothes material is too cheaper than shown in the picture and there is huge difference in size as per standard size chart i have order l size but the dress i got is having tag of l but it is too big like xxl. So i requested for return on 12dec and courier it via blue dart and it cost me extra 200rs which should be refundable by them as per there policy i. E if any mistakes done by them in product then the return courier charges will bared by them. And in this case they are responsible for the return because as per standard size chart l size will be prefect for me but they delivered me the huge sized dress and the quality also too cheaper at that cost. So i asked for the courier charges they said it's not refundable. On 20dec i got notification on club factory app for refund but i didn't received any amount yet in my bank. Also i had observed that the refund amount shownd in notification is lesser than the amount shown while i requested for return. You can see this clearly in attached images.
