I have not received my order physically.. And club factory is messaged that the order is delivered.. Also i have done online payment of the order.. Order no. So11089188... Will i get my order or money back... Or i have to forget those money.. A serious action would be taken on the company.. As there are others too who are facing these kind of problems!

When you have return policy so why did not change after i paid the money when i recieve the shoe was big no matter i choose the size but as per policy you care person is to keep 2 dollar 3 dollar and keep it
And they have provide me a torn t. Shirt and telling me to sew it with 3 dollar what type of a cheap service are the providing

Have ordered the above bag on 23.12.2017 and the bag in the pic was looking bigger but received a very very small bag which is not as per my comfort choice and am very badly disppointed with the received bag. Please consider the return request and arrange for the refund.

I tried to track the details but it's just mentioned that the order is in custom clearance and will take 2-3 days for clearance. When will these 2-3 days get over. Or mujhe koi bhi information nhi di ja rhi thi or aaj subha jab me pareshan hokar helpline me [protected] par baat ki to pehle wo bahut zada gande tareekey se baat krta h or fir bolta h ki apka order cancel ho gya h.
Is tarha to me kabhi bhi koi shopping nhi kar paung club factory se.
Jabki me apne card se pori payment bhi advance me kar chuka hu par meri is baat par please app koi action lijiye.

I had ordered for clothing and accessories and received the same on 23rd dec’17. I tried but some of them were not as per the size and expectation, hence applied for return on these items on the same day, following how to return order in the application. But the return status shows shipment in process and no notification from customer care yet. Was disappointed with the service as have spent money and it’s a waste, as good are in same condition and can be returned and money can be refined. Customer care chat says i have applied for return after 15 days which is not right, as the return application should be after 9 days of receipt of shipment. Very bad service, will never order form here.

My order no so8602554 was sent as a refund on 26th december 2017 from the courier no[protected] for which you have said to have returned the payment on tuesday 2nd january 2018 but as per the details i hve checked the payment has yet not been transfered to my account kindly see to the matter and reply as soon as possible with the refund of ₹3142.582

I have ordered for some products via the above order number: so11016164 even the tracking no. Not updated in the application is incorrect. I have inquired with gati and they confirmed that this tracking no. Is invalid. I have been writing mails after mails but not getting any kind of response. Is it a kind of fake online shopping application where you guys are cheating on public and taking their money?
Kindly refund my money & in app it not showing the order placed.

#club factory today I received a wrong product, my order I'd-so9348930 and tracking no[protected] which I ordered on 8dec 2017. I have ordered (4 item) of top but today I received (3 item ) which is out of mind 3 kurti. Please kindly register my complain and refund me back my 1, 418.38 rs . This is something you are doing a fraud with a customer and you don't provide a valid phone number to contact you. Please kindly refund back my money and take back your 3 set of kurti. And I have attached the photos of your 3 set of kurti.

People. I placed an order in club factory and did not receive 2 items.

I have ordered 3 items (Music player, blue tooth ear pieces and head phones) out of which i got only headphones in the package.

I asked the delivery boy from gati he refused to answer my query. He said once product delivered we are not responsible. I want my products or the refund, i was unable to do anything as there is not customer care to contact. Please take necessary action on this.

Worst customer service and a fraudulent company. Please do not order anything from this site or app. These people are cheating their customers. And they do not have a call center also to address customer issues. Very bad treatment.

The product which i order from your store has not been delivered yet but it still saying that it is delivered. About two month ago, it was esteemed that it will delivered on 6th of jan but today i got massage saying that it is delivered. So could you please check my order, in order to know what is wrong with it. Sorry to say that but my product has not been delivered yet. Club factory app says that my order is being shipped by gati courier. My tracking details have not been updated from last three days on the app. When i called at gati customer care and told them my tracking number they said that they are not shipping my order.
Gati told me that contact club factory and ask them who is shipping your order.

It’s been more than 15-20 days since i’ve initiated a return for my products cause i did not like the quality at all.
And they still haven’t got back
Bad experience with club factory
Amazon and flip kart are way better
They post fake pictures and the product which we reciever is completely different
My friends told me not to order
I took a risk of ordering it
So that i can return it
If i don’t like it
But they don’t come to take the product

Firstly club factory site send wrong size of products then i requested for my refund back but they dnt till now.. They said we did by our side but they dont and they stopped answering too.. Wht shuld i do now?? They have taken my account details 2 times but no responce now they are torurning me by saying have patience but i dnt feel that dat want to give back my refund.. They did nt provide any cosumor care no. As well so no option.. I need my refund asap??

But the money 1541.31 is debited from my accnt
Pls bring me to clarity immediatly for a better shopping experience...
