I have place an order of one jacket on 6th december 2017, my order number is:so9188500, which is cancelled by their side after 5 days and i ask for my refund of rs.1377 then they replied that your amount has refunded which shows in my mobile application that it has been refunded on 13th december 2017 but still it doesnt reflect in my bank account.. I confirmed with my branch manager he answered me that refund amount hardly take 4-5 days to reflect in account but now it has been 8 days and still club factory support member saying that from their side refund has been done.. How can they manipulate the whole system. Guys plz requesting u all that get be together and make cyber cell crime deparment with every one complains on one page so that their application would ban for ever.. This is fake app. Plz dnt think we had to do..

    I am very dissatisfied with the product. The bag which i received was not as provided in the image. So i want to return the bag. And th quality is too low.. The same applies for the dress i received.. It is not as presented in the image. Dress is too short. So please do the needful of returning the product or return the money back. I trusted the site for quality but i seem to be cheated

      I have placed order so 9448929 on 10dec and paid. On 13 dec got a message that product will be shipped in 1-3 working days. On 14 dec received message that product is out for delivery and shipped with tracking id[protected].
      Neither i can track the product nor the product is delivered till date. My money is also not refunded back.
      Kindly refund my money or get the product delivered otherwise i will file a legal case against the company in the court.

        I ordered a faux fur coat order number so8506508 worth of 1729.89 which after payment the product went out of stock since 12.11.2017 they said refund has been applied yet i see no money credited to my account.
        Same thing happened with an ankle bracelet order number so4850938 worth of 91.74 no refund has been made since september 2017.

        Please refund back my money your giving yourself a bad reputation club factory.

          I had ordered for 2 sweaters and 1 jacket under medium size category but all these purchases are not right fitted to me, hence i am requesting you to kindly replace my orders of sweaters from medium size with xl size for sweaters and kindly refund amount of jacket in my bank account.

          Also on 8-dec-2017 i had filled a return request for above mentioned products but no action has been taken by your team side till today. Below mentioned are the return ids :-

I have also complain on customer care number ([protected]) but they asked my credit card number for confirmation, once i have refused to provide the number then he told me that then you will not get the order. Its seems like fraud site my order number is so9435498 and estimate delivery date which is showing on app is 12 dec.

              And now i am getting a message that my shipment is out of delivery.
              When once it arrived to my location bhopal, then why didnt delivered yet.
              I have already warnet that i will mail your authority.

                I had placed an order on 12/12/2017. My order number is so9224807. I had ordered 2 hoodies. And after almost 10 days, i got a parcel and only one of the hoodies was in there. The tracking of my order is also not good. I had already paid for the hoodies. If you are not planning to send me the other product, refund my money! This is a very unethical behaviour from club factory...

                  My sister have ordered 2 long boots and 1aoux boots, from club factory it said that delivery will be on maximum 16days from the day we order, we place the order on 30th november 2017. The id order no. So8483457 we did not track it, we have been tracking it from gati but unfortunately its not working

                  We have orderef two long boots and one aoux boots, its been 3weeks and no messages, atleast messages should be poping out, how could we trust if our order is really processing or not, we place the order on the 30th nov 2017, kindly help. Shillong
                  My order id is SO10105417.I ordered one sweatshirt accounting to rs988.I made payment using paytm.Rs.988 has been deducted from my bank account through paytm.but club factory app is showing payment failure status.pls look into this and refund money in my bank account
                  Very bad and cheap deal i m parches 4 product of club factory my all products is defected so I applied 06/12/2017 return request but club factory is no reply so I want to refund my money earlyest.i have attached the screenshot of return request detail of club factory apps.
                  Request order number is SO8040432.. It's been more than 15 days and I haven't received the refund yet. I checked with bank too they said bank has not received any refund yet. So PPL be aware and spread this too as many as many so everyone should come to know Club factory is cheater factory.

                    I purchased a winter jacket from club factory which got delivered after 20 days. The pictures shown were quite fascinating but when it came to the product it came out to be too cheap to be a product of margin rs1500.
                    The size is too small as well as i ordered a large one. No labels no tags jus the piece of cloth that's it. I requested for a return i got a reply after one day that they can't assess me with the pickup nd return i'll have to find my own means and that too within 10 days. The address given would not even appear on the google maps.
                    This a totally unprofessional behaviour of the company. This isn't acceptable.

                          I have order some items from your factory on 24th november. My order number is so7982700. You have given two tracking number. When i track to the tracking no the items have delivered yesterday but i didn't got the item. I have tried to contact with the gati also but i can't reach them. How can you be so careless. The item is more than 10k. It is delivered at wrong address. How can you do this. We are trusting you and order the product but you people made us wrong for trusting you. I will definitely complain to the consumer service if you people didn'n solve the problem in 2 days.

They provided tracking number from gati but that number is fake too. Contacted gati service they are saying docket number is invalid.                                   I chakadola rout place an order for jacket on 09.12.17 through online payment for rs.1954.27. But till date i have not received my order.                                     I have an order which is prepaid already. I have given my address as balurghat, 733101. Somehow from kolkata delhivery curior service the shipping address of mine got changed as pin 733132. So the order item got stuck at buniadpur which is 59 kms away from my residence that is balurghat, 733101. Thus, i didn't get my order till today. I ask the delivery curior to send my order to an alternative address which is my relative's house and he agreed though but in this meanwhile club factory sent them to return the order as it was reattempted several times. The fact is else. So, if you please postpone the return issue of my order delivery date for few days, i can get my order from delhivery services. I will manage to pick my order from delhivery centre at buniadpur. Please do me a favour. I need my prepaid ordered item anyhow.

                                        I have orderd items worth 2170 and have received worst quality products, even i have returned through DTDC courier & its showing delviered but at company site its showing as shipped. My order no:S08635948. I applied for payment return as they confirmed they received their courier after 2 days they said we have refunded your money and will take 5-10 days to get money refunded now it's almost 10 days but I dint receive any money they have provided some paytm customer care number with id but it's of no use as they paytm don't have any clue regarding this club factory payment. This is fake website taking your valuable money and not returning anything India govt has to do something about this website as we are customer we don't have idea which site is fake, I need my money back . Please help
