I ordered one jacket from club factory site on 12th dec 2017but they cancled my order nd now they are not giving back my refund of rs.1577 nd also asking for my atm details including otp. When i asked why they are not giving any specific answer nd misbehaving with me kindly look into the matter i want my refund back. My order no. Is
So9611037. I have been ordering products from 3-4 years from others sites too nd they never asked for otp or any personal details. But club factory is fake nd i want my refund back which i have mentioned above.

I have returned one sweatshirt. It was defective like this company. They did not sent me my money. But updated their site as refunded. 20days passed no money received till now. Their Delivery is bad. They sell bad products.
Fake seller
I have tried to contact them but they are not Co operating.

Hi has a contact no. Which i got from internet it's - +91-[protected]/[protected]/[protected].

When i called on +91-[protected] this no. A person received my call his name is mukesh and he used abusive language and he asked to me about my debit card no. And register banking mobile no. And also asked about my bank account balance

So, is that the standard of club factory and still i'm fighting for my refund balance.

Order id - s08694127 and order has been cancelled due to out of stock.
In mobile application it's showing refunded.

But still i haven't received any single penny from the side of club factory.

Concluded, i'm very dissatisfied from whatever i'm facing to this misshaping.

I just want my money back in my bank account which i used for made of payment.

I'll never try to use this website to place my order in future.
I just want resolution as soon as possible.

Iâ€™ve order a jacket around 10 days back, cost rs 1299, today I received the jacket, the quality is pathetic and what I ordered its not the same, the jacket is damaged from the bottom, exchange it or return my money within suitable time .

But when i called on this courier number they told me that is invalid please provide the correct tracking number... I am manjunatha from mysore, karnataka, india & i placed an order in clubfactory app for total 8 items (Order number so8676280), a worth of rs. 997.57. I got a package that had only 7 items. 1 item is missing. Among the 7 items, one was of very poor quality...

Later, when i was trying to file a request i found out that there is no way to reach customer care other than texting them.

Pls send the missing item or refund me as soon as possible...

Hi i place an order with cub factory against order number so 8674288, awb number:[protected].
Whenever i try to get in touch with their courier partner gati, they ask for a 9
Digit docket number.. Which i havenâ€™t got and they refuse to help me. So both the parties are bouncing me and refuse to deliver my order.. Even though they have my address and phone number.. No contact has been made..
Can someone please assist me in getting the docket number please so i know where my order is!!

The worst and fake online shopping website or app i have ever seen. They make a fraud and send you the worst quality product by showing you the most beautiful products. Even they give wrong and fake description of the product and everything is fake. They don't even have customer care service. I am requesting everyone that do not buy anything from here and i am requesting to consumer court please take a strict action against them.

I ordered 8 items on 3rd december using my paytm wallet and i was not delivered my order. When i asked for my refund i was told to share my atm details and my cvv and further one time password too which would have given them the access to my account. Y can't the company refund into my paytm??
This is the first time i ordered from this website. Its ridiculous how they r trying to dupe people?? Either send my ordered products or refund my money into my paytm account.
