Also i didn't got the refund yet, since it was canceled two days back. And i am not getting the notifications any more about my rest of the orders. Its already 14th of december. When will i get my shipment and the refund.

I had ordered 4 items against tracking number[protected]. I have not received the items or the update on the same. When called on the customer care number [protected] he says since the stock is not there, we shall refund your amount. When i asked him do you know my account details and information he disconnected the phone and is phone is switched off....

I have order 1 pair shoes 12th dec-2017 and the expected delivery on 30th dec-17
So far i did not get any delivery details and even i am tracking my package no information is found in the app.
I mean what kind of service club factory is providing, this is really very disappointing for us.
Even no info is shared about courier partner. I am feeling like i have wasted my money as well as time.
I am abusing people...

I purchased a jacket from club factory. They delivered a jacket after 15 days and that is worst quality product i have ever seen. I am surprised that how this company is making fool to the people in the name of online shopping. I would strongly recommend to never buy anything from this company. It is more surprising that these people are displaying good items in web sites and app, while they are delivering the most "ghatiha"...

My order has to be shipped by november 28, but still i didnt get any message on it. Seems that after verifying it is happening to most of people. There are complaint numbers but they are unreachable for long time. Seems that all the things are fake. Cannot track anything and given links are unresponsive. Donot know what to do, i need them to refund my money...

I had ordered two pairs of shoes, two watches, and two clothes . when we get the package through postman of India post barbheta jorhat, it didnot seem like containing all the items .so I refused it.then next day l went to the post office and received it and opened it in the office and we found only a pair of flat shoe that was not what I ordered and was full of plastic rubbish and nothing else.lts the second time I have faced this problem...

Ihave have order for a jacket on dated[protected] and order id is-201712020953142733799 and got a message from that your order has been shipped to club factory and product will be delivered with 2 or 5 business days,
But till the time i have not received any item or any tracking no for my order.

Kindly resolve the issue and update for the above order....

My tracking id[protected] is not delivered and returned stating my contact details is insufficient. I have called their cs team and gave them my alternate mobile number so that courier can make a contact. I was assured on 10.12.17 that my product would be delivered by 24 hours. However it has been returned. I want my full payment back.

Ur company usually send me wrong sizes, wen i requested for refund they wil ask me to go and courie the product back to dem whh should I do that they will ask the courier company to come and pick up and sent to dem, this is not how others company do to coustomer, please i need them to come and pick up the wrong product and refund me my money immediately,

I have ordered 2 item worth 1351 rupees, the money has been deducted from my credit card 2days ago through patym today it was showing that my order was cancelled even though i have not cancelled it. When will i get the money refunded in my account. Firstly it takes too many days for shipping and how can u do this, the people will loose the assurance in you of it is like this, moreover u have not provided any contact no. And email address...

I purchased a jacket from club factory.. It is really a awesome product. My family liked it so much.. But it has some size problem it is not properly fit. I have placed an order for purchasing few items on club factory, but after making payment thereof, the purchased items still not received by me even after a lapse of 10 days.

Hello i ordered 8 items from club factory on 6th october 2017.
After paying 2312 rupees for selected items i checked my order to track i found after the payment that after deducting money for 2 products out of 8 went suddenly out of stock and automatically they raised refund request for those products.
And they kept telling me that it will be there in my account soon and prolonging it...

I had ordered a product on 24 nov 2017, order no is : so7981641 till now it has not been delivered to me. Its almost 2 weeks ago, ur tracking system is also too much outdated we are unable to find the exact tracking location of our products.
