Ordered my package on 24 november 2017.

The estimated delivery is on 12th december 2017.

The delivery status said that the package is "out for pickup" on 27th, 28th, 29th november 2017.
But now on 4 th december 2017 it says "package not picked/ received from client".

What am i supposed to do with this information?
I need my products asap

I have ordered products on club factory on 26 nov but i didn't got the parcel yet and they provided order id more than 9 digits which is not of gati?

When i tracked that order it's showing package not shipped or picked up from the client.

How will i know the status of my parcel?

                  I have received a jacket on 23rd nov. I applied it's return on 23rd november. But even today no courier is here to take this. As the club factory mentioned they allow only 9days after delivering it. So only 5 days is left. My order id was so7142032. My return id is son[protected]. The courier service is gati. I called them and they said they can do nothing about this. All the customer care number of club factory is either false or not connected...

                    This is swati mishra from delhi ncr, i have ordered 3 items for the first time from the club factory i was waiting for my product for the 1 week after that when i contacted to your employee they told me that my order has been cancelled from their side and i was not informed about that cancellation and now they are refusing to refund my money and when i asked for my refund they are taking all my credit card details for their verification.

                      I have contacted the customer service which was a fraudulent one and have debited a great amount my account instead of crediting the amount for the cancelled service. I request you to credit back the amount to my account. Please make a provision in the app for contact to the service if there is any problem. This provision is unavailable.                                   When i submitted my order on the 27th november, 2017 it showed payment failed after two to three attempts. So i tried paying again from another card and it was successful in the later attempt with a different order no. So8415777 for the same products. After two days i received a message that the order of failed payment was also confirmed. So it seems that the payment was deducted twice from different account no. Please cancel order no. So8393804 as twice has been ordered on the same product. I kindly request you to kindly refund the amount of the order from the card which failed.
                                  The inconvenience is regretted.

                                    I placed the order on 5th nov and that too paid so estimated delivery date was 14th nov which became 26th nov and today 30th nov. I called gati like 10-20 timea and everytime they say that delivery will be done today or tomorrow 😂. I called again and a girl picks up the phone verifies all of my details without asking and says the delivery will be done today. So i hate scripted customer service and this much of patience.
