I had selected 5 dresses and 2 hand jewellery in the cart and proceeded to buy the same. After selection, through the debit card i made payment of rs. 2870/- and the amount also got deducted from my account but the order was not placed due to some error which showed me after the payment was successful. Now i neither have an order id number to track my order nor the amount in my account. M really confused what to do. Please reverse my amount to my bank account. I don wan to place any order if such is the situation. There is no number also make a call to you guys. I dunno how and to whom should i contact. Actually i liked the dresses very much and so why i wanted to place an order. Kindly help. I have uploaded the pics of the dresses and jewels from the cart along with the error page pic.

      The estimated delivery date was by 13 november. I understand if the delay was for three to four days but it's too much when you have to wait for many weeks. When contacted the app customer service they say wait for some days you will get your parcel. It's not like i am getting things for free. I am paying for it. This will be my first and last order from club factory

        Orderid - so7909740. The order i received is of very poor quality and the size also is not accurate as mentioned on the website. I have raised the return request but didn't get any response from your side. Even the way they are processing is very slow and disappoint me. Please fast forward the process and complete the refund process as soon as possible.

            I have ordered 2 bags from club factory but the quality is very low... Bad material.. Total wastage of money. I dont want to use that bags.. Because its not at all good... Bad experience... Dont want to use this website again.. Want my money back.

              Dear all my order number: so9211794 & i placed a order today for purchase of 03 materials from your site. But it shown the expected delivery date is 25 dec'17. But i require the same before 18th dec'17. If it is not possible please cancel my order & refund my amount immediately. It will be appreciate if my problem solved & a express delivery will be provide me to get my order before 18th dec'17.

                Hello, club factory. I placed an order with club factory on 19th november, 2017 consisting of 4 hand bags and a total of 4667 rs. (Inr) on 1st december, 2017, i was informed that one of the items was unavailable and thus a refund of rs. 1538 rs was to be issued to me, club factory informed that the refund has been issued however i still have not received it. I paid with my axis bank debit card and not paytm but i still have a paytm transaction id : [protected]

                Is it possible that the money is stuck somewhere? I am deeply disappointed with club factory. There is also no helpline i can call on. Please help. I dont know whom to approach incase i dont get my refund. This is not expected out of club factory. terrible shopping experience.

                    I have order goods on club factory and my account is debited but club factory showed payment failed where as my account is debited by 1950 rupees. I want my payment back.
                    I have placed an order for dresses after was directed to payment gateway. I made the payment by debit card from corporation bank. Payment was debited but club factory showed payment failed..

                      I have ordered a jacket and shoes in club factory pvt ltd. They have sent the wrong size and tear the tag and sizing info from jacket and even jacket was very poor quality. Even they don't have return pickup option in mobile app. I need to courier it by myself. I have spent rs 2098 and rs 270 for courier. I kept the shoes but i have return the jacket.                           Dear all,

                          I have ordered a package of 8items about rs 2500 which included a set of items like 4watches, 2leather bags, two jewellery. When i received the order, i found all the three watches covers were opened and no item inside it. Moreover i could not find the second hand bag or the jewellery.

                          Guys this is ridiculous that they were not updating the after ship status after dispatching it to my district in kerala on dec 1st. But i tracked it via india post and got the item delivered and found the cover itself nd the items inside was already opened. Out of my 8items. I got only 2items.. One watch and bag

                          Please help me by suggesting what i can do regarding this as i could not contact them via phone or email.

Two shoes sets back for which i have already submitted immediately my complaint on the app for refunding back. I have marked for professional courier in the club factory app. But now everything has disappeared from the order site.
