    I received my product on 26 nov 2017 but the product came too large and the colour and the quality of the product was too worse. Now i want to return the product and get my money refund.. I apply for return on the same date means on 26 nov 2017. But no one response me. And they didn't pick the product back. I called on [protected], club factory customer care number new delhi. They told me they will refund my money back to my account after 1 or 2 hours.. They ask me my card number and expiry date and cvv also.. And they ask me the otp number also.. I already give them the otp also. But still my money doesn't refund to my account. Please i request u to take the product from me and refund my money back to my account. My tracking id is eq[protected]in.

      On 20 nov i booked a product with order - so7683902,
      & tracking no[protected].
      I have made payment as well.
      Estimated delivery date was 8th december.
      But now when i was tracking my order status as on 27 nov and 28nov was 'out for pickup' and now showing as on 29-nov is 'package not picked/received from client'.
      Need this courier urgently, please update on the same asap

        Number of items ordered: 10
        The order was placed on 16th nov 2017 on the mobile application. The delivery was shown to be executed within 6-7 business days. But it's already 13th day today and status of the order is unknown and reflecting as "shipment not picked" from the past 3 days. I also tried contacting customer support center but failed to get any response. The shipment to be picked by gati and the status/shipment is stuck at one point.
        Please help as i'm afraid this might be a fraudulent company trying to deceit customers.in such a scenario authorised intervention will be highly appreciated.

        Club factory finally replied to my queries on the application only, post the complaint. Also, the order was received within a week after registering the complaint. All items were in good condition and quality.

          I made an order of 8 items and received them on time, but two of them are really low quality wrong stitched and not symétrique... One of the items sleeveless top is so wrong made that uncovers my bras and goes down open until the waist from one side... To summarize i want to return these two, i already contacted the customer support on app but with no solution as am not in india the return icon doesn't appear on the item description so we can proceed the return... Assist please the soonest

            7 damaged items were shipped and executives are trying to push the damaged products to me. According to policy, if it was club factorys fault return shipping is also to be refunded. But they blunty reply that it's courier fault.

            How fair is this kind of response to a customer who has received broken /damaged stuff.

            This is probably the easiest way to loot money from people. Was wondering how much money is already looted down

                I received all this information on my mail please find my order id in this which is so7361828 i placed my order on club factory via app on 16of nov17 and my expected delivery date was 27of nov when i am contacting your delivery contact party (Gati) they are saying they didn't receive the packet yet. Look in 3-5 days if i will not receive my packet i will sue your company you guys had done this with so many of your customers now i want my money back or deliver my packet in 3-5 days otherwise your bad luck is going to start. If i know about this u guys dont have branch in india i will never order my product or in future i will never ever use club factory or also i will never suggest anyone to use. Nd i am going to complaint against your company in consumer court as well. Fraud cheater company.

                  My shoe size is 7, but the shoe received by 6. I would like to exchange the shoe the size 7.
                  I am trying to search contact no. and address of club factory at INDIA based center but unable to find. I have to return that product which i have purchased from club factory. There is no exact location of company on google and also any contact detail. There is problem going in returning that package which i have received.

When i called to your care no [[protected]] he said, "your package not received yet please cancel it and replace the order." after then he asked my debit card no, after some time a otp massage sent on my mobile by my bank and the details of the massage is this otp. This was my good luck that i didn't give him the otp. Now i am requesting to you please take a strict action against him.

                            I have received a jacket on 20th nov. I applied it's return on 24th november. But even today no courier is here to take this. As the club factory mentioned they allow only 9days after delivering it. So only 2days is left. My order id was so06730192. My return id is son[protected]. The courier service is gati. I called them and they said they can do nothing about this. All the customer care number of club factory is either false or not connected.

                            I order jacket of rs1322 on 3 Nov 2017 and they delivered me on 26 Nov 2017, the product which came does not match with the picture. The quality and colour is too worse now I want to return this product and I apply the return status on the same date. But still they did not response me. Today is 29 Nov 2017. I called on [protected] club factory customer care number, new delhi. They told me that they will refund my money immediately after i give my card number and expiry date and CVV... And they ask me the OTP number also.. but no money is refund till now... My order tracking number is EQ[protected]IN ..
