I have ordered two products and made a payment online and it has said the i
Order is confirmed and the payment on my bank card got deducted and now they are sending a message saying the payment was failed what rubbish is this im extremely upset please get back to me as soon as possible if the order is cancelled i want my money refunded to my account immediately

    Most of the products were missing from the courier i received.

    Whatever products i recieved were really good. I was about to order 72 more products seeing the quality of the product. If this is the case i will never order anything and i would also not suggest any body to opt for it.

          The ornament what i have received are not in a good quality not in a good condition. A necklace is broken. And the way of packing is too week to deliver the jewelry items. I have never experienced this quality from club factory. Plz send ur person to collect the whole items and return back my money.

            Clubfactory cancelled my orders. The order that they cancelled was on 05 October 2017 amount of 734.09(INR) which i had made payment via Paytm gateway online through Net banking of SBI. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.

              Clubfactory cancelled my orders. The first order that they cancelled was on 11 october 2017 amount of 791.78 (Inr) the second was on 12 october 2017 amount of 321.56 (Inr), the third was on 16 october 2017 amount of 496.41 (Inr) the fourth was on 30 october 2017 amount of 6315.62 (Inr) which i had made payment via online. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.

                      I placed an order for two jackets and i received the package but to my surprise i didn’t get the color i chose while placing the order for both the jackets and one the jacket is already tampered and not in a wearable condition. Waste of money. Poor quality. Don’t know if the items can be replaced.
                      Gutted absolutely gutted… please look into the matter as i have paid a large sum of money for my products and there are a few more items yet to receive... Let me know if there's any return policy or exchange policy for the tampered product.

                          Sir, my tracking no is[protected]. My courier currently is at delhi (India). It is at delhi from 1 nov but due to some problem the courier is not picked in delhi. It was picked by delhi shipper on 5 nov, but till today the courier is not proceed from delhi. I have tried to contact courier company but i failed. So please can you guide me to do further steps.

                                I ordered a jacket from them and it took 19 days to deliver. I ordered medium size jacket as per the size chart. After receiving the item i found out that it is small with a label of medium. They denied to beer the courier charges. I paid for the courier charges for return. Very bad service. They do not even accept the fault in their product. Highly disappointed!!

                                      My payment was successful. Order was placed and confirmed. It even showed the status for shipment. But the delivery of products never showed up. Instead they notified that order was not received, and they didn't even bother to contact, nor anyone came. It is so annoying. There is no customer care available. I placed my order on 23rd october, 2017 and haven't received anything till date. My order no. Is so5889195. I have screenshots for the same.

                                      There is no customer care facility and I made my payment through Paytm. Payment was successful but the message from club factory was that the item was not received. And no body ever came or no body ever contacted.
