People. I placed an order in club factory and did not receive the most expensive item (Outdoor travel backpack) from the order list. The backpack which was worth 1027.41 rupees was not delivered at all. I informed the club factory people and they asked me to weigh my items and let them know about its weight. I weighed it and provided them the data. Still they were not able to provide a solution. They asked me to check the order list and share it with them. I took a pic of the ordered list receipt i had and passed it on to them. The ordered list had backpack item entry but i did not receive it. They highlighted the entry and was asking me to recheck for the items received.

And i told them backpack is not a small item to be missed and i have checked it thoroughly. So i asked them to refund or fulfill the missed item. They were only trying to drag the conversation by asking silly questions and finally provided a 63% refund after a great struggle. Very pathetic and irresponsible team.

Wasted lot of my time and cheated me. If the item had not been received by the customer, they are supposed to make a complete refund or fulfill the item. Instead they were pleading with me to accept a 63% refund and making a loss to me. I don't understand why the hell i need to pay for something that i have not received.

Worst customer service and a fraudulent company. Please do not order anything from this site or app. These people are cheating their customers. And they do not have a call center also to address customer issues. Very bad treatment.

Pissed with their behavior. Cheating companies will not be successful. You will pay for it club factory.

      I am quite disappointed with the response i got from your side.

      This sounds very unethical handling of customers queries.

      Please do understand that i made return request within couple of minutes i looks at the product unboxing.

      Now it is your duty to send a person at my doorstep to collect the poor quality product.

      How can customer supposed to bare for the return of product charges?

      Additionally, you are forcing the customer to make courier on their own and bare the courier charges even though poor quality product is totally fault from your side.

      I also called the concerned person on given contact number : +91- [protected] and they also assured to initiate the return process in smooth fashion. Please check call logs for last couple of days as it must be get recorded for your satisfaction.

      So, in any case, you must initiate your local supply chain person to collect the product and close the issue on high priority basis.

                I have had ordered 6 items from club factory and after 3 days i was informed that 4 items were not available for which the refund has been done. I have yet not received the refund of those 4 item amounting to rs. 3940.10.

                The amount was said to be transferred to my paytm wallet but have cross checked with paytm and raised a complaint as they do it have any such refund initiated in my account. Please check and resolve at the earliest.

                  Recently i bought one jacket from club factory online shopping site with rs-633.73/- but the quality of clothes was not good as i expected and it was also too small which was ordered for me. And returned it by next day of my delivered date through dtdc courier charges an amount of rs-300/-but now as i rise for return and the customer service chat with me like i have to bare all expenses of shipping charges in both side whether it may for purchasing or return, it means they will return me only rs-504/. Also they dont have even hotline service to speak with this site. I am dealing with many online site like amazon, snap deal flip kart etc but they care about customers even they bare everything. But this club factory is very ridiculous service provider and fake they don't have email address.. So how could they are running this kind online site in india. Kindly concern department should look into this matter.

                        I ordered 22 items from club factory on 21/10/2017. My order no. Is so5806825. I received 21 items and one of 1 of them was out of stock so they said they will refund the amount. My refund id is sor[protected]. I received a message on 25/10/2017 that rs.100.27 is refunded but i didn't receive any amount. I paid through debit card sbi and my paytm transaction id is [protected]. It's been 20 days and i still didn't receive my money.

                        I ordered from club factory on 04/03/2018 and as some products became out of stock they said they will refund the amount for the products. I received less than what I paid for the products.
                        I got damaged product and first they denied for full refund and ask me for 10%, 20% and then 30%refund.
                        And finally ready to give full refund but now said that you should courier it on company address and charges will applicable.
                        Means we compensate this charges?

                        hey how many days it took for the refund. mines already ten days
                        I cancelled my order and my money has been credited to my wallet. I had withdrawn the wallet balance to my account 10 days ago but the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account. My order no is SO38207345. Customer care support keeps saying wait for 2-3 days everytime.

                        This is regarding to my recent order SO26431784.I have requested for the pick up, the order has been picked up also but the money has not been sent to my bank account.

                        From the application, It was showing me 4075.46 has to be refunded but when I clicked on transfer to bank account with entering all the bank details details, the money got deducted from the club factory wallet but not transferred to my bank account.

                        I didn't get any updates/ message from club factory that money has been transferred nor i got message that money has been refunded.

                        I request you take this concern serious and try to refund my money to my original payment option ASAP.

                        For your info, I tried transferred to my bank account on[protected] and there its showing refunded as status yet I haven't got any amount to be credited in my account(from bank account summary I can see no money was deposited from club factory to my account.).

                            I purchased a trouser of size 31 but received size 34. Order number so3555388
                            I returned the parcel using indian post as recommended by the site.

                            When i tracked the i tracked the postal site it showed me order has been returned successfully. The customer care of club factory agreed of receiving return parcel and promised me refund within 8 business days. Now after 2 months they are denying receiving the parcel and didnt credit my money back.
                            A horrible fraud cheap site.

                                    I have ordered a tshirt on 18th october 2017 and now the date is 12th november 2017 but upto now there is no information regarding my product delivery. I also track my product but it is showing that i was arrived delhi since from 26th november. Very worst in delivering the products.                                       I have placed an order on 3/11/2017 and the parcel has reached India by 6/11/2017 but after that there is no shipper available to pickup the parcel and deliver it to me. I have texted them continuously to arrange a different shipper and deliver the products but they are giving vague excuses and its just killing time.                                         Order is confirmed and the payment on my bank card got deducted and now they are sending a message saying the payment was failed what rubbish is this im extremely upset please get back to me as soon as possible if the order is cancelled i want my money refunded to my account immediately
