Due to internet problem i had uninstall the club factory app and install it again i cant see my old cart items but i need my cart items and i had 30 likes for one product which i keep in cart it was also gone and my [clubfactory] your order no. So3640039 has been shipped by gati. Your tracking number is eq[protected]in. Here: http://track.aftership.com/india-post/EQ[protected] is delay it is not arrived till now. So please slove my problems and i need my old account and cart items what i saved

My name is saroja placed an order on club-factory official mobile app, order number is so3751036 on 6th september 2017, and today is[protected], till date i haven't received my order or no updates about the same. Now i want my money back, i want cancel that order and refund of rupees 658.69. Their app is so user unfriendly unable process my cancel.. They don't have a active customer support, i left a voice message on 15 sept. But didn't receive any call back from the company..

There is a problem regarding my tracking no.
I contact gati and they said that
My tracking no. Is invalid.

And also twice my money has been deducted for the same product
From my debit card.

Kindly fixed my error tracking no.
And inform me
Why the money has been deducted twice for the same product from my debit card?

I had ordered 4 products on 25/07/2017.
I received 3 products out of the 4 products.

Item no. Cbs[protected] has not been received. I received the other orders on 12th august, 2017.

Kindly look into the matter and help me out have been following up but dont know where to call club factory. I am a resident of mumbai.

Also the tracking id for all the products is the same so difficult to track individual product.

I have placed an order of 2 items on dated 8.9.2017 and my order no is so3679217 & so3678839 the last updated status showed flight delay dated 13.9.2017 few days back but now the present status shows in transit dated 9.9.2017. And my tracking no is[protected], i am so upset i[censored] could get my products after reading all the consumer complains. I couldn't find any appropriate customer care numbers also.
Please help me how to track my order or how do i cancel and refund my money.

But on 11/09/2017 i recieved a msg that my order was cancelled and my money was refund was issued but no money was returned in my account
More over there is no helpline number given on the site and also they provided mepaytm helpline number but the customer executive can not be contacted please help me get my money

I have got last information from clubfactory on 12.09.2017 at about 6.30 pm in respect of my order no. So3780495 and tracking number is[protected] as "your shipment is delhi gate way".
After that, when i checked many and many times to gati they are telling it's invalid tracking number.

It is very unfortunate, neither i received nor me communicated any information through sms / mail till now.

Please let me know, how more days take to delivery.

I tried calling all the customer care which i coudnt connect. I ordered a pair odmf sandals which looked good in the pic but when i received them i was disappointed.
Those were totally different from what i saw.
I want to return these.
Please provide the address where should i courier these...in india
And please make it easy for the customers to return products.
Also i would like to add that please deliver what is described.
This is not a good deed to just cheat us..

I have placed an order last night and my money i. E rs 1950 has been deducted from my account and i received an email that it has been confirmed than after that i receive an email from paytm that your transaction didn't went through please try again and on app the status is confirmed. Please help with it im not able to contact them the number mentioned on google is invalid

I have made an order of some accessories and some kitchen tools from club factory, whose due date was 26 august, but till today, products are not delivered.
No call from club factory executives.
Also, i got call from "prime courier" ladies who are just giving me some random details. And not giving any valid steps to deliver product.
This is really annoying.

I have ordered 6 itmes from club factory on 8th september 2017. But the products are not been delivered yet. And no tracking records are shown. My order id is 201709071836448564881 and order no is so3828700, and my amount has also been deducted amounting to rs. 2315. Please let me know till when i will get my products or if not please refund my monehy. I just dont understand why dese online apps promises to deliver their product on time if its not possible by them. Screen shot of my payment confirmation and order id is given below.

A top, that has been ordered about 1.5 months ago is still not delivered to the prescribed address and the worst part is there is no customer care number for club factory to reach out to. Please may i know the status of delivery and if it cant be done please do refund the money paid. The order number is "[protected]". I hope you do the needfull as soon as possible and please do publish a customer care number for the convienence of the users.

I am roshemeen irfaan.. I have shopped for rs 1630.07... I did payment through my debit card... N i even received a msg from club factory.. That payment is received order in dispatched n tracking i'd everything... But all of sudden now i am receiving a msg that it's unpaid.. Ur order is expired... I need my cash back.. Or my stuff... Never ever experienced like this in online shopping.. Just give my cash back

I ordered my items around more than 2weeks back. And on date 8 september their tracking details mentioned that i received product but actually i did not received my product at all. They reached my product at other place. When i asked to support center through message they replied me that i received my order but actually not. I want to know where it is. Their customer care is always busy. I called many times. My tracking number is eq[protected]in.

Made transaction on aug 26 th, got the confirmation on 31 st aug as they have delivered the products through gati and gave the link as track. Aftershipment.com/india-post. Then i clicked on the link the status is showing as pending form last 15 days. Not sure is they have delivered products re not through the courier services???. There is no customer care number as well to contact them. Its fake app. Please do band this app and do take the necessary actions.

I ordered one shirt, one jacket and shoe but different between my ordered product and delivery product, all goods very cheap and low quality. I had paid 2700/- . This type or more better product is found Road in India, I suggest all you please don't ordered any product from this site .

I have received ordered product but also size is differ ... club factory cloths size is Chinese people size ...

I have installed club factory app to check out some stuff. Later on i removed the app.
After that in last week i received around 23 mails from paytm stating my transactions are getting failed with different amounts.
It's a serious concern as i am not doing any transactions and still somewhere the app pick my account details and trying to get money from my wallet.
This can't be autogenerated as the amount mentioned is mostly different.

It's a threat to cyber security. Please take the concerned action

Placed order for 2350/- last week on 3rd september.. But later i received a mail saying that they are refunding the money, as couple of products are not available in stock. I was thinking they will ship the rest... But they didn't.. All products are still in the cart.. And getting a popup to place order for some more products for total rs1953/- to avoid shipping charges...
