I have ordered a cardignan, a bracelet and a set of rings about a month ago from club factory. I received a message from club factory that the product has been delivered and received by gati but when i called gati's customer care they told that they have not yet received my item yet.

And order no is - so4508349.
Can you tell me when will i get my products or whether i'm going to get them also or not.

I had ordered an jacket... The order number is :201710090642286106518... I had paid for my product 523.23 rs by paytm.. And now it is showing that i dont have pending orders to track and no product in my cart do give me a confirmation message that are you gonna send me my product or not i am really angry with the service of club factory... Do let me know about my product or else return me my money today itself...

I had placed the order on 22nd september. And till now i havent received the order. Since two days its showing the status that its held in delhi customs. Can someone help me out or going online and spreading the word of mouth is the only option your company will leave us with... I am surely not going to order any thing now onwards... Worst service ever...!!!

Hi am writing this with extreme disappointment, i want to state that,
I placed an order for a slim suit & a pant on 18th of september on club factory, the order no. Is so4290158 and the expected delivery date was 6th of october, but today is 12th of october and i haven't received my order yet.

I contacted gati. My complain was registered, and my complain no. Is 32502301. Eveytime i tell them about my complain they just appologize and assured me of receiving my older as early as possible, but nothing happens. Each time i track my order status i find "undelivered due to incomplete address, not found." the tracking no. Is[protected].

I can understand that they might find some difficulties in finding out my given address, but there's my contact no. Along with the address. They delivery person/ shepherd/ agent should have contacted me. But i haven't got any notification on my number.

I still hope my order would be delivered as early as possible.

Worst worst online service ever. I places an order on 1st week of september and till tdy i haven't received my order. You guys won't hav cash on delivery nd pull out money from pockets and won't deliver the items as well. There is no proper intimation given too. Gati has no idea about product but they got the complain num alone. Duno what's happening. Even smal small websites got awesome customer service and onetime performance. Atleast try to cancel and refund the amount.

I have placed an order of cloths and shoe which costs 2500. My order were supposed to deliver on 9th oct 17. Till now it is not received, my order no is so4479211. Even the courier agency (Gati) is saying the docket number (Eq[protected]in) which is provided by club factory is invalid.. Pls don't spoil your image and kindly deliver the product as soon as possible with good quality.

I have ordered a show wide order number so so4478688 wide gati courier tracking number eq[protected]in. But when i called on this tracking number they told me that is invalid. Please provide the right tracking number... So i dnt know when will i get my order plz confirm the tracking number and let me tell via mail,,

I have ordered for some products via the above order no. On 22nd sep 2017. Please note that i have still not received the above order. Even the tracking no.[protected] updated in the application is incorrect. I have inquired with gati and they confirmed that this tracking no. Is invalid. I have been writing mails after mails but not getting any kind of response. Is it a kind of fake online shopping application where you guys are cheating on public and taking their money?

Expect a reply.

I have ordered below products to club factory on sept'17, but i have returned through dtdc courier on 3rd oct'17 to the below mentioned address:

1- lather small messenger crossbody with price rs.- 799.91
2- casual martin boots with price rs.- 372.74
3-beautiful camisa chiffon shirt with price rs.- 621.24
4-crystal water drop long earrings with price rs.- 72.37

Total amount - rs.- 799.91+372.74+621.24+72.37 = rs.- 1866.26

But i have received notification msg for returning process through paytm of amount only rs.-1794.04 from club factory

But total actual refund amount from club factory is rs - 1866.26.

When i got notification msg regarding refund amount that time i was not registered with paytm, when i checked in club factory site refund status was refunded.

But i am unable to understand i was not registered thn how they update the status refunded.

Now i have registered with patm [protected]. Kindly do the needful i want my refund amount of rs-1866.26

I had placed an order vide order no. So4582743 which was shipped on 29th august by gati vide document no. Eq[protected].
The document is yet to be delivered. On tracking the parcel it is taking me to speed post page and showing pending and no other details is being shown.
Speed post is also mentioning that the following shipping doc no. Does not exist.
Kindly deliver me the product at the earliest.

I m shubham vijjan i have placed order on 29 september but still it is not shipped. And one more thing i have placed order worth rs 2300 for 6 items but now it is showing that order of 1300 will be delivered only n which item is deleted from my orders so isir plz resolve it i have to attend weeding n for that i have placed my order n my friends are waiting for my order to be delivered so they can also buy something from club factory because your products looks nice but your services are very poor so plz improve it n... I ordered some products from club factory on 23 sept 2017 and paid ₹1957 on same day through paytm. Today is 7oct 2017and my order has not been dilivered yet. More than that, they cancelled one of the orders worth ₹960 on their own and i was not even informed. I was just tracking my order only then i came to know that they removed one of the products on their own and my subtotal was changed from ₹1957 to ₹997. Though i paid ₹1957 but they shows the subtotal of ₹997 as shown in the picture. Atleast they could have informed my. Now i want that deducted money back on my paytm account. What the hell is going on! Even the customer care number is not reachable. Then is this club factory a fake online shopping site. Why are they doing this to us. I have even complaint n messages them but i didn't get the reply till now. We have paid our money then if we didn't received any order or has been cancelled then we should get back our money.

First of all they said that the order will be delayed due to local holidays but when i checked again they showed that my order is cancelled whereas i myself didn't cancel anything. But now i want to get back my money which is already paid. I would like to request you all to please help me to get back my money. And my order id is so4686652. I have trust this online shopping site n paid it in advance but if club factory continue doing this then they won't get any customer to buy in thierry online shopping site. All the people will start hating it. And the money is the main important thing. We all earn it by our own so it's not that easy to get money in today's world. So please please give our money back in our account. I humbly request you to please have mercy on me.
