I recently purchased a shirt & a sweter through your app (Club factory). I am returning shirt & sweter because quality is very worst & product is just opposite from the discription

I am a frequent customer of club factory, because i appreciate the value, selection and service you offer. I feel i must comment on the poor quality of this shirt & sweter. Considering the price of the shirt & sweter, this is unacceptable.
As i file return, they directly deny & just receive. A message (Dear, we are sorry. You our local pickup facility is not available now.
Contact no. Of club factory is also not working.
In short i just want to say, club factory have worst products, worst service & worst after sale services.

On 15 augusts, i order bags for price ₹464 with shipping charge ₹656 order no so2887385. I made this purchase at club factory. Unfortunately, your product not good and the size of bags is not the same as i saw in your app advertisement and product quality is so bad. I want you to refund my money. This is like a fraud you are doing to your cosumers. I also read your return policy. You want your consumers to bear the shipping prices. Why would i pay the shipping charges when it is entirely your fault.
Therefore, you kindly return my money.

August 8 I have book a order. Which has been delivered partially. But invoice shown they have delivered everything. After repeated complaining they didn't bother to response.
I need refund or the missing items.
But instade of that they they are harassing me. They want the images of the products... Khabe sent them. Then they want original invoice.. i send them... Then again they told me ridiculous. Thing that please search thoroughly you may be miss something!!!
Almost 21 emails I have sent them.. they are simply playing games

I had ordered for 11 items out of which i have got 10 items last month and one i have not received it till today.

Order number is being same for all 11 items and the one is missed is not being tracked correctly.

When tracked that undelivered item i can see its been delivered else were in vijay nagar and miss match address. But it has not come to me
This is wired i pay and some one else takes the order ridiculous response!!! And i have been thinking it its just delayed due to reasons...

I need a response!! Immediately!!!

I placed the order 12 days ago also the payment is done but haven't received anything yet. Also i received a mail from club factory claiming that the package is processed by gati and have given the order tracking link but the link is #. The tracking number is[protected]. No contact number i could find online.

It's over 20 days that i have applied for my refund but there is no progress that i can see. I did my shopping through club factory of about 2631.7 rupees and paid date was 12 july 2017 and the order number was so193526 5 and it's over 20 days that i have requested for my refund but didn't get any in my account till now. A continuous request has been made from my side to club factory but they just ask for more and more time a standard day of refund for 5 days and it's over 20 days that i have been asking for it. And i didn't get any refund in my account till date. Are they told me that they will refund once i return the shop package to the provided address so i did so but after that also i didn't get my refund.

I have received order which is not worth wearing and even missing one product. Now i want to return it back but to my surprise there are no numbers or person to contact for the refund to initiate. They have not provided the address i can send the parcel back. As per their policy i need to return it within 9 days but for the last four days i postmartumed the site and got no result.
