I do not know how i just want to deliver my product else refund my delivery charge.

I ordered three products from this website worth 15k inr. They cancelled my first two orders without giving me any notification. They are not showing any contact details or any tracking information about the order. When i asked for my orders, they told me to give my credit card number details saying they are not sure about our bank. It's a fraud website. They are duping people through their # online business. I wasted my money there. Please do not fall in to their trap. They will not provide you any detail about your order saying that their product was being shipped from china. They told me that they would refund my money for the cancelled orders but till now no notification.

I guess this is a false site m very annoyed wid ur service, i hv placed my order on12th oct 2017, and today is 22nd oct 2017 bt still i did not receve my product and not evn a msg from the side of the company about the product.
I guess this is not a way to takel wid a costumer sry to say bt i guess it's a false site n u guys are cheating people. U take the money online and don't gv the product. There are so many complains from the other customer that they hv not yet receved their order.

I have ordered products from your site with order no - so5069261 on 5th oct, 2017.

It's so many days past and still i am not getting any update on the delivery status of the product.

Please deliver the product before 23rd oct, 2017 as i have done the payment also throgh debit card.

As i have ordered 5 products and done the payment also, after few days i got the mail that one product is out of stock so you will refund the money of that particular product. But still i have not got the refund of that product.

Please team make sure to provide better facilities to the customers so that they may not face any problem.

Customer care on the app are saying to just wait and nothing else can be done. They won't even refund. Please deliver my items or refund my amount of rs. 3034. I placed an order on club factory on 8 sep 2017 of rs. 2013 with order id: s03873445.

The order was delievered on my address at 28 sep 2017.

I was not satisfied by the products delievered, i applied for return on 28 sep 2017.

I returned the products via dtdc and it was delivered at club factory's prescribed address on 7 oct 2017.
But i did not get my refund till today 18 oct 2017.

When i call at a customer care number, sometime it is switched off, and sometime they said we did not get the products back while it has already delievered at their address.

Please do needful.

I have placed an order on 26 sep 2017 on app named club factory order no. So4755699 - rs. 2003.45 amt charged for the order. The delivery date given them was 15 oct 2017, now it is 18 oct, the status for delivery is unable to understand - delhi to bangalore, bangalore to mumbai, mumbai to chandigarh, again forwarded to bangalore, not getting what is going on, are they made app to waste the customers time, by seeing things display on it. If they don't want to complete the order on time why they have made this ridiculous app and playing with people by taking their hard work money.

Now I should order 3 Weeks later site says we will surely file deliverd uts order with in 12 days. Now I got an e mail in my id that's 10/10/17 ur order got a shipped and delivered as soon as possible but till today I haven't got my order so plz solve my problem bcoz I must gave a gift to my brothers in diwali that's why I order 1 months before for diwali gifts plz get me rid of the problems
