I had ordered a shirt and i got it. But the quality is terrible like the worst i must say. So i want to return it. But they are playing game with me by sending fake return address. Also they do not have pick up service for return. They told me to courier the item to such an address which nowhere exists in google. I want take action against club factory company.

    Ordered some products for around rs 2500 on 20 august 2017 but after 28 i have to receive a mail on tracking no and confirmation. But still not received any products and there is no contact number also. They don't even reply to our queries online. Their customer support on chat on their app is also useless, they won't reply.

        I dint received one of the item from my ordered list of 4 items while the invoice contains the name of the missing item in it but i didn't received any item from the courier boy how shall i get the item now as i had already paid for it.. My order no. Was so3083669 i am unable to find your helpline no. Or mailing address so that i can talk to you and get confirmed about the matter behind. Please check it and i need my ordered item else i mail to consumer court and their is no use of shopping at your app.

          Dear club factory,

          I have made a payment of rs. 938/- for products purchased online on 28/8/2017 and also received an intimation from [protected]@paytm.com - re receipt of payment on 28/8/2017. Till date i have not received the items. Paytm should be sued as they are in pertnership with this fraud company. I am trying to get intouch with some people and go to consumer forum. Advice people not to make any transactions thru paytm at all to teach them a lesson. They should find out the credibility of companies they associate with and in a business i am sure they must have done so. So ppl lets get together and ask everyone not to deal with paytm in india at all.

          Please loon into these issues of else face the consequences.

I want to know the delivery date of my products.. the app doesn't allow to track the items.. it only reply to be patient about product.. how long will it take.. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible...aalso the website doesn't provide any coustmer helpline number.. plzz fix this..
          I ordered few t shirt but they were of wrong size and one t shirt was cancelled by them and no refund was given by them. They dont have proper service now when I'm asking for return pickup they say they cant. I have deliverd following items. But still no response from thier end and havnt received any amount. Kindly help in the matter. Please.

            Hi club factory,

            Amount : 1943.17
            Getaway : paytm/confirmed payment

            I have ordered more than 6 items. I cannot see any order item. No tracking can be done in the app. No order detail confirmation i have received, i have only received paytm transaction is successful. The money has been deducted from my account. No customer care number has been found for clubfactory.

            I have written several feedback. Hence no customer care executive call i have received. Please understand my money is important for me. And the number i'm giving you can contact on it. If you can find the order cann't be placed then please return my money asap.

            No item has been listed in the order section. It took paytm payment getway.

            No customer care number. No assistance i'm getting from this app. No order item can be found after transaction has been made.

              I had purchased 19 items from club factory in which most of them are large in size and very bad in quality.
              I need to return & get refund for those items. I have return my order to club factory on 19th aug 2017 but still i have not refund my money. Also no customer care contact no.
              I am struck now in followup for my moey.
              Club factory is such a fraud company which is there to only cheat the customers...

                I had purchased 18 items from club factory in which most of them are damaged product.
                I need to return & get refund for those items but there is no proper guidelines for returning those items, also no customer contact number provided.
                I am struck now in returning those items.
                Club factory is such a fraud company which is there to only cheat the customers.

                  I have placed order for 500 just to check on genuinity of the the company and to my knowledge its is fake and mislead the consumer by showing products which are irrestible but when they actually arrive its horrible and moreover there is no cod and no tracking number sent when the order is placed and on top of it i just received the message saying that my payment was unsuccessful and to repay... Very disappointed

                      I ordered a few things on 15th August and they requested about 12 days for the delivery.
                      But still not arrived. Please do it fast. It said the courrier received it but no information about the courier company.
                      Also make a customer care number.

                      I ordered things valuing more than 4 thousands rupees but yet have not received the package and am not even able to track my order.

                        I ordered some products on 18th august its been 15 days and i haven't received my parcel yet and there are no updates regarding when will it be delivered and the amount is 4600 please help me will i get my parcel or will i not get.                               I am getting back amount of ma one one product atlst they should upload in aap that stock is not available so w will not order it or expect it n i have ordered it on 19th of august i didn't get ma order at ma place n even no any updates regarding it except about fund return that is only for one product afterwards they have returned amount of another product still they are not informing to irresponsible work
                              There was only one product of which payment was due however when I paid they deducted the entire amount again for all the products... can anyone on urgent basis contact me this is not acceptable... I want refund of my amount

                                I was make a order but my order wasn't delivered to me and i was punch order before very long time and i was order value already paid in advance by net banking & paytm so please i want to help i this meter and then i am checking the my order status so only one status show very long time the status is your order has been shipped to club factory distribution center. After receiving your order from different factories. We will pack your items and schedule the shipping service. It takes about 2-5 busness days.
                                My watch is not Delivery
                                I beg to say to that my order has been shipped to club factory distribution center.And"over to 2-5 business days" but not receive my couirer.

                                  Unfortunately i got wrong size shoes... It is ok... I told them, request a no. Of times to plz send ur delivery boy to take the parcel... They told me go to return centre... It is inconvenience for me... I cannot go there... I have my office how can i manage to go there... I request them... Even beg but they send me laughing stickers... Is it ur behaviour to ur customers?... Cannot u send ur delivery boy?... Why it is so difficult for u?... U did mistake... U send me wrong product... And am suffering from a no. Of days... Plz i still request u... Kindly send ur delivery boy... Its an request... Its an humble request... Please please

                                        I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from your company. I ordered a pair of women's casual canvas shoes and a pair of women's peking cloth dance shoes. They both arrived today. I just love them! But they are both 1 size too small. When i filled out my order, they showed a conversion chart to let me know what size they would be in the united states. I wear a size 9 and that's what i ordered. When i put them on, they were too tight on my feet. I have no idea where to send them or how to exchange them. I want the shoes, just in a bigger size.
