    It seems so many people are facing issues in delivery part of orders they have placed similar happening with my order as well since last 7 days its showing status of moved for next destination but no update till date, please let me know is this a fake company or what?? Its so long delivery is pending and no any contact details mentioned here to follow up.

      I have ordered 2 tops on aug 6th which sums up around 1400 of money. But it was not delivered yet and i didnt find any updates of shipping status for the past 1 week. The order no is so2589164. Could you please resolve this and get it delivered as early as possible. I didnt find any customer care number to contact, so writing out here. It is in the same statis as shown in the attached screen shot fir the past one week. Thank you.

              I, place an order with the so no. 2209136. The package was received on 8th august, but the cloths was not my size and purse also not as good as seems on web. Photos.                 I have ordered 3 items. The gati tracking says customer not available in destination city. I have been at home all these days. Their tracking is ridiculous. Plus, the numbers provided on club factory app are incorrect. The customers are cheated like this where money is deducted instantly but the orders are no where. I need my money back. This is so ridiculous. Customer is left with no option.

                I ordered some products from Club Factory Android app on 25th July 2017. I have not yet received a single item.

                Total amount I have paid is : Rs. 1512.49
                In order tracking details, it is showing that the order is delayed and will be delivered on 31st July 2017

                I was placing an order of top SO2677453 but it didn't get confirmed. I paid via paytm and the money got deducted from my account but still the order was not placed. I want the deducted money back to my account.

                  I have ordered a wedding dress (Sweet one-shoulder lace wedding dress) from club factory on 30th july 2017 05:16:13. I have paid the amount for that dress and from two days the status was "yet to inform factory".

                  On aug 3rd, 2017, the order got canceled and i didn't get any indication before also there are no further updates on the site. I didn't even receive the refund money also didn't get any update for the refund.

                  I'm unable to contact the customer care for the same. It will be great if i get the update asap.

                    I had ordered two shirts for rs. 1, 700/- for 'large' size but the shirts supplied are of small size and there is no response from the customer support to exchange it with proper size of shirts. Have been trying to get in touch with customer support but neither they have given any e-mail contact nor phone numbers to get in touch with them. Not a good experience

                      Club factory is a fake company. It has taken money from us on the basis of order made. The money was debited from my account as it is showing but the few minutes later only, the mail appears from club factory showing that my payment is failed but how can it be failed when it is showing that my payment is debited from my account. I want my money back from this fake company otherwise i'll go to customer court.

                        I had recieved wrong product and now they are not refunding my money.

                        Club factory does not have any contact number to directly reach them.
                        And also not giving reply in the support section.

                          The quality of things ordered is poor. i havr ordered earrings, not as good as in pictures. they are dull and poor in quality. not at all satisfied with their service. i wont recommend it to anyone.

                            I ordered this product on 14th july and paid online... But still i am not getting my product, why it is late? As i complained 4 -5 times but every time you use to say that 5-12 days it will take.
                            I want it by this week itself.. After then its not use... Frankly speaking you have dissapoint me.. I am fedup of your company... I use to do shooping in myntra and amazon also but they use to send it on time... They are better then you.
                            So, its a request, if you cant make it by this week then kindly return my money and cancel the product and next timei will not gonna take anything from your company...

                                Hi,

                                I order 4 items worth rs. 2268 from club factory.
                                Money was deducted from my account. I have the account details as well but order was not placed.
                                Considering that there is application error i placed the order again therefore 2264 has been debited from my account.

                                The order numbers are so1519605 and so1519625 which are showing unpaid in my account.
                                Kindly help me refund my money at the earliest as this has left me bankrupt.

                                  I placed an order worth Rs. 1099 on the club factory app. The order was to be delivered by 22nd of June. When it did not arrived by 1st of July, I checked on the app. It showed that the order was delivered on 16th of June. There was no mail intimation regarding the delivery also. On being asked, they gave us Gati courier's number. I am still fighting my case. My earnest request is please don't place an order especially paid one.

                                      I am following up with this cheap club factory since 18th may for a small parcel only for 350/-. Club factory is only making me fool since one and half month stating they have not received parcel from courier company gati. I contacted to gati they were not having any parcel of mine. If this people has not delivered the parcel how can they debit money from my account. Club factory is a fool making company who takes money and do not deliver any parcel. Foolish club factory is a cheat. I am not intrested in telling whole story i only want my money back anyhow i don't want any parcel...

                                        I have placed an order of t shirt and shoes, before 15 days ago. My money was also debited by online banking at the same time, now when their turn to deliver my products and they where saying that we have one item available in stock but the shoes is not available, this is going to be rediclous if the item is not available then why you put on web site.

                                        Also now a days the app still running the same item on web page if it is not available then why you put still on the app

                                        I think this is fraud company and india govt has to ban as soon as possible
