My 3 orders was cancelled because of the products unavailability .. I called Club Factory Customer Care.. They told it will be Refunded... In the Apps it was showing Refunded but it's Long Time past but No Amount Came to my Account.. I don't know what kind of Refund they gave which Didn't came to my Account. The total Amount is 5000.. The Order I'd... SO[protected], SO[protected], SO[protected]... Please do the needful.

I have order parcel. But delivery boy gave the parcel to my neighbiur. Why he did not called on mobile number? He directly gave the parcel to my neighbour without calling me. Very disapointted. Pacel may be secret so how he can gave them to other person. Delivery boy number, [protected]. Delivery date 20 march 2020. We never never purchase from club factory again.

Its being processed by the seller since 25th of february, i am having a doubt that will my product even reach if possible please send it under this month of march 2020 please.

My order is delivered but am not recieved. My delivery is delivered in 23 feb 2020 but 7 days gone along but my order is not recieving by me. And not any phone calls also. More than two months passed by and I still haven't got my refund for a defective product I returned.
This is regarding a Mont Blanc wrist watch which I returned since it's seconds dial wasn't working properly. The status of the product returned hasn't progressed ever since it got picked up on 19th Dec. 2019.

On jan 21st i ordered 2 products (Dress) in club factory but i got only 1 product in that package on jan 26th.. Nxt day only i msged product is missing but they said wait for somedays our team is recollecting details.. Upto now they said wait wait but today they r saying ur product is correctly packed.. But i can come and show that delivered package is not fit for 2 products it is very small cover only. 1 product is given that to size difference is there.

Maine club factory se ek home theatre tha lekin was vaisa nhi nikla jaisa wah hona chahiye tha balki usme an annay problem dekhne ko mili jis karan maine use retunr kar diya iski to tell price 1548 thi mujhse 1550 repay liye gye or above return karne par club factory mujhe mere poore paise caps nhi kar rhi hai.
Athan mere app se vinmra niven dan hai ki app mujhe mere poor paise lotane me meri maddat karen.

Hi, i had ordered three tops on jan 16th, 2020, the order number being so[protected] and even now (It's feb 29th, around 40days have passed since), it shows that it's still at the customs clearance stage. It has been about 1 month since it is stuck at the customs clearance in india. I'm not able to contact them anywhere and i'm really afraid i'm gonna lose my money as i already paid online. Please do take an action on this. Hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

This complaint is against the fraud conducted by newly opened company clubfactory india private limited registered at hno-b 392 ist floor, nirman vihar, near metro station, new delhi east delhi dl 110092 in by following persons:

The company is selling online products and sending cheap material to its customers. The company does not have any return policy. It says if someone is not satisfied with its product then return it at your cost and we will refund the money if product will reach us in safe conditions.

Because of this policy they are sending cheap material to customers because if customer have to bear the shipping charges so he will never return the product as it will it will cost him more than refund.

Company denied to pick up the product and asked us to return the product at our cost in safe conditions. The shipping cost will cost us more than the refund amount as well as we have no time to go to courier shop. Because of time problem online shopping was done but company make benefits of it and cheated us.

This product is order by third party account so how to i return product.

Several reminders were sent to the company via email and phone but they flatly refused to pick the product and refund the money.

I ordered product from their app. I received the product but the color was different from what was shown in picture so i returned the product with reason that the color is not as expected.

The seller rejected the refund saying the product i sent was different from what they have sent.

I raised issue with clubfactory and even they rejected on the same basis.

How can i send a different product? I have attached picture of product while raising return request.

The product itself does not have any problem but as mentioned above, the order was places mistake and was not intentional. Hoping for the genial response and once again i'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience that has caused.

Dear sir or madam i ordered a pair of glasses few days back from your respective site but after receiving my courier i am extremely disappointed because you did not delivered me same pair that i ordered named louis vitton brand however, currently i received fake pair of sunglasses i want my whole money back or exchange of glasses other wise i would not make my future purchasings from your site.. I have ordered realme buds wireless delivered on 16 january and returned on 18 january. On 4th of feb it's updated refunded but till now they are saying that it is in process... I have contact them more than 10 times and daily they say they are working on that.. Its geeting really worse.. Its end of february and they are not getting me refund.. My order number is so[protected]. I placed the order on 02.02.2020 and have still not received it yet. It's not coming further after customs clearance which was last updated on 14.02.2020. It is really irritating and there is no option to contact club factory guys. What is going on?? And it has been so long that now i want to cancel and get the refund. I want to get the update on my order asap.

I have ordered a pair of heels from club factory and the size is small and i want to exchange the heels and get larger size than this and i don't get any exchange option in the app there is only refund and return option and for return they are charging 90 rupees fees instead they have given return policy on the item.so i kindly want to exchange my heels with a larger size ones .
