I have kept an order but it was for default address taken automatically. Instead of my native address work location address is taken.So clicked cancel. The amount will be transferred to paytm account itseems. It's been more than 10 days, nothing was processed yet. Two items amount I should receive. Almost 2500 rupees.
Very late delivery of another item.
Please kindly help me to get my account back...

My return was rejected and they didn't return either the product nor my money.This is so absurd and now I want my money back so look into this issue.This is very unprofessional behaviour by any company and they seriously need to think about this mistake they are making.I have decidedi similar complaints.so please look into this matter

Sir my order no. Is so[protected] and i return it and i get 515 rupees by refund but it is not full refund. While i get not similar product as i see on your club factory app so please refund my 90 rupees also which i not refundstill.
I mentions also the point for product which i not get same as product image on club factory app :-

1) shoes sole in club factory app present with some dotted design but which i get is not present
2) in club factory app back of the shoes punched orange ribbon but i get with black ribbon

Hi, i'm ruby singha. I ordered a parcel from club factory on march 7. But due to unavoidable circumstances, i am in emergency out of station and will not be available till the end of march. I can't hope to entrust another person to take the order for me because of their unavailability too. I'd like to cancel my order because though the product is just processed by the seller, there is no option of cancel. Please cancel my order no. So[protected]. And since the product is prepaid, i'd like to have a quick refund.

This is regarding the return id: son[protected] related to my order for nike shoes. The product was returned successfully as the colour of the product was completely different from the images shown on the app but the refund request was rejected. This is the worst company ever as they have taken the product back too and have not refunded my money. This is a serious offence as club factory cannot just take money from its customers for nothing.
Please look into this issue and provide guidance as to how the refund will be credited to my account.

I returned the nike shoes as the colour was not according to the photo and description of the product. But after returning the product back the refund was rejected. I want my money back and the company cannot reject the refund like this by just rejecting it from their end. Club factory has to return my money immediately.

I refunded one of the item purchased on club factory. The refund amount got credited on my club factory account, which later transferred to someone else paytm. They have changed my cell phone number in the account resulting no sms or update on the transaction which has been done without my knowledge. I only came to know once i was trying to put an order by using the funds which was lying in my account. I am chasing for the refund since mid of dec 2019 with no success despite sending several emails to them. The amount was $10 in my account.

But i got only one also the one i got does not match the picture. I have not got titan stylish chain watch. My order number is so[protected]. It been many days since i am complaining. I have also tried contacting the courier and the seller but no body is answering. I am tired of complaining. This is really disappointing.

I order one watch fron the club factory from seller - rameshwar fashion today i received parcel on 13 march, 2020 but when i open box there is not watch in packet and as i see the packing looks loose and i also inform to delivery boy they told me they talj with their seniour and then they update me to contact club factory from morning i do message but still no update come i want my money back my order no is so[protected] order date - 8.03.2020, empty packet sent by club factory i pay 1700 rs for this order by cod to delivery boy i want my money back as soon as it possible.

I ordered a a pair of shoes from Club Factory ( Online Shopping ) on 16 February 2020
Order number : SO[protected]
It was delivered to me on 28th February
I ordered Size 1 EU, But the product I received was Size 37 which is much bigger, as soon as I received the product and verified that it is much bigger, I ordered for Return which costs 90 rupees.
The delivery boy came next day and picked up the product, in a couple of days the product reached the Club Factory location.
As of Today, I have not received my refund.
Their Application and Website says, REFUND REJECTED AS PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED.
I called Club Factory multiple times and had conversation, I did not use the product for a single minute, but they are still not processing my refund.

I paid for total 15 product 1697 through paytm on 29th dec 2019.

After a month with several follow ups i get to know that 27th jan 2020 the money is refunded to my paytm. Till date have not received the refund.

The product fashion party girls cute lovely bunny opening ring was showing in the site and ordered once again on feb 18 order no so[protected]. On 11th march i get an sms saying the product is not available and amount is refunded.

My question?

1. Why do you take one month to come back saying product not available?

2. If product is not available why do you show it in your site?

3. Order gets confirmed and shifted from ware house, but when it comes to customer clearance, the product becomes not available. How?

I need by complete refund of 1136 with interest.

I need the same product.

Why should i wait for four months?

My order no SO[protected] return By me because of product quality mismatch With product shown online. quality of shoes was very poor, so we returned that order. kindly REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME SHOES WHICH QUALITY OF SHOES I Ordered. आप लोग सबसे जादा RTO चार्ज लेते हो जब प्रोडक्ट देलेवर्ड हो जाता है। तो जो लीगल होता है। वो लेते हो और RTO होता है। तो 500g से नीचे प्रोडक्ट का 1 kg के हिसाब से लेते हो। कहां लेजाते हो पैसा अपलोग। और जो भी फ्रॉड होता है उसकी सुनवाई नहीं करते हो आप। SO[protected] ये ऑर्डर इड को लेकर मेरे साथ फ्रॉड किया गया है। इसमें एक इमेज वो है जो कस्टमर ने रिटर्निंग के टाइम डाली है।और मुझे खाली पन्नी मिली।

I have ordered dining chair cover set worth rs 3000 and received a dirty bedsheet not even half worth of its price. I immediately requested return and refund. After returning also I didn't get my refund back and they are continuously replying that the quality check has rejected my return. I have returned the product in same condition and now they are saying that it doesn't meet quality check. I want my refund back. Such cheaters from club factory.

With regards to above referenced order, i have to complaint that the order no.SO[protected] placed by me on 27/2 and was confirmed by CF on 27/2. Processing of my order started on 28/2 .the ordered item packet shipped from international warehouse of CF on 07/03. Handed over to international courier on 08/03. The packet was loaded in the international flight on 09/03. The item packet arrived at Indian customs on 10/03 at 09.45pm and this order is cancelled by CF on 10/03 at 11.00pm mentioning reason 'OUT OF STOCK'
How this is possible? Are you making your valued customer fool...if item was out of stock then why my order was not cancelled within 1 or 2 days of placing the order? Why you kept the item price money with you for about 14days
I am sending this complaint to the honorable minister, ministry of consumer affairs govt of India new delhi and also going to file case in consumer court that how mischief you are doing with customers and keeps price money with you.

My order with order no. So[protected] is not delivered to me and they said that there are some mistakes in my contact details. The delivery address and phone no. Is correct and i doesn't have any call from the ecom team.. I am eagerly waiting for the product and i cant contact with the delivery person. I think the product is here till yesterday and they dont contact me anymore. I doesnt think that there was any problem in my address or phone number because another product from another site was delivered to me successfully..

I ordered women shoes club factory. I received un-quality product. lot of time i sent request mail to club factory return my money and get back your product but still i am not geting any reply . More products same like this, cheting people easly . I am very dispointed .
