I ordered a a pair of shoes from Club Factory ( Online Shopping ) on 16 February 2020
Order number : SO[protected]
It was delivered to me on 28th February
I ordered Size 1 EU, But the product I received was Size 37 which is much bigger, as soon as I received the product and verified that it is much bigger, I ordered for Return which costs 90 rupees.
The delivery boy came next day and picked up the product, in a couple of days the product reached the Club Factory location.
As of Today, I have not received my refund.
Their Application and Website says, REFUND REJECTED AS PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED.
I called Club Factory multiple times and had conversation, I did not use the product for a single minute, but they are still not processing my refund.
