I ordered two thing from club factory on[protected]+235). After constantly showing my order is being prepared for 10 days they suddenly sent me messages that one product went out of stock. They refunded 250. And then yesterday 7 march they sent me messages that another product went out of stock even though it reached at costoms in india. I opened refund details in application. It was showing 234 rupees refund instead of 235. I talked to customer care they told me 'due to "cross country transaction", one rupee is deducted'. This kind of rubbish reason they gave me. And have cheated me. Are they playing with customers money. They keep the money for some tims and then tells us product went out of stock and gives less and deducted money.

No steps have been taken from club factory and here it says resolved. Why? Is Club factory providing wrong information to consumercomplaint.in and you guys showing it is resolved but i haven't got my refund yet.

I feel very disgusting that i trusted this ###. They are just players. Do not ever buy from them. First of all they take full advance payment for free delivery. And then after 15 days they just tell you that your order has went out of stock and refund money with any deduction amount. So Inshort it is a fraud company. And when you try to talk to their CUSTOMER CARE, they are just sitting their to give you copy paste sorry for the inconvenience caused. They will not ever listen to what you say they will just give you ###/rubbish/ant-shant answers. Beware.

Issue Not yet resolved. Haven't received refund. They says we have refunded and here i haven't received.
My return order has been rejected please look into it and refund my money I'm very poor person if you are not going to refund it than give my order back.please refund my money back. Please refund my money. Please refund my money

    Order no. So[protected] is m3 band (Wrist watch) was ordered when i received the order it was covered by distributer with their seal and inside
    Cover there is a box of m3 band which is open without seal of m3 so any one can easily replace new m3 band with
    Damaged one and the m3 band which i received is not working with blank screen and when i plug in to charge it is not chargeing and screen is blank
    I can't login in my account it always shows number and email not registered ..i still have order to be deliver and more things to order..please fixed my order.
    I have purchased a t-shirt on club factory..And i also paid for that in online. But not yet i got that product. I got info that pick up was failed. Since i didn't get any call or sms about the delivery. Please resolve this problem

    i ordered the product on 09th of this month but till now i dint received my order can u confirm when it will be delivered other wise can you share the contact number or email id
    Product not received even after 30 days. Shows pickup failed. Support queried it showd out of stock, struck in godown. No reply on chat.

      I purchased a jacket from club factory. But the color of the jacket was wrong. So i requested them to refund the product. Company take back the product on 23.02.2020 at the time 22.00.33. As per their terms & conditions i processed refund system. But after withdraw process, always the process being failed after some time of processing and not yet refund my money back till date. Return id : son[protected]. So please arrange to refund my money back.
      I have bought a watch from club factory. The quality for the same was not as expected so I have make a request to return the same. The item was picked successfully however money was not refunded by saying that request was rejected by seller. Also, there is no contact number of seller. Kindly help on this matter.
      Order quality is very bad, online showing product good but order received after product is very bad, not satisfied product and entire different product.product no :sms01002368

        Hi. My order number is so[protected]. I returned the product becoz proudct was not in quality and product missing so after pickup guy come and took my item same day back but still i haven't received my refund and got massage from club factory "sorry, your return application son[so[protected]] has been rejected since the return parcel didn't pass the quality check.". When i handover to pickup guy it is in good condition they checked also and delivery boy name manju his mobile number :[protected]. When i ask their customer support they are not responding well and saying that product is not delivered after 3 attempts.. And now people are telling 6 days to wait when ever i call its almost 1month over but still amount is not refunded
        I haven't been received my refund yet. It took so many days. I want my refund as early as possible.
        I have placed an order for two headsets and out of which only one was supplied. Ther order number was SO[protected].

        I have approached chat session and forwarded the photographs but no response.
        I am not happy with the product i want to return it and get refund
        Duplicate mobile phone send me i booking to Nokia mobile you give me local mobile i request re tender mobile
        I reinstall my culb factory app, after I log in it doesn't showing my remaining balance and order information I had balance of 927 rupees.
        Again when I am trying to log in through email it shows "This email is unregistered" but I registered email, and I have email proofs about my orders, return and refunds. It's not even 100 it's 927 /-
        As i orderd a shoe on club factory in 17 th january, same date i returned that product, jan 30 th i have masseged it cash is refunded

        But i didnt got that money????????????

            I had ordered a canvas shoe, size 1uk
            I received size 37
            Even my order on the website says size 1uk
            The shoe was way bigger,
            With disappointment, i had to return the shoe,
            Club factory said they charge 90 rupees for return,
            It was completely their fault, but somehow i had to agree.
            I returned it, it got delivered to the facility in a couple of days,
            Its been one week now, i have not received any refund money
            The app says - we are sorry to inform you that your application for return has been rejected.
            I don't get it,
            I haven't even used the product for one minute, i saw the wrong size and packed it back into its cover.
            Please resolve this issue at the earliest

              I booked cloth material order number so[protected] the same was returned to club factory due to non satisfaction of material. But club factory rejected my order in the quality test. Club factory did not returned my money or my material also. Please take favourable action against me. The order booked on 4 feb 2020. Received on 6th feb2020.

                On jan 21st i ordered 2 products (Dress) in club factory but i got only 1 product in that package on jan 26th.. Nxt day only i msged product is missing but they said wait for someday our team is recollecting details.. Up to now they said wait wait but today they r saying ur product is correctly packed.. But i can come and show that delivered package is not fit for 2 products it is very small cover only. 1 product is given that to size difference is there.

                  Please make sure a distance with club factory. They offered me an investment option in seller club factory. Once i provide my documents, they register my account and told me to make deposit in their paytm bank account. After made the payment, they simply put a list of items and profits in my account. When i try to withdraw as per rules, they suspended my account and they not ready to reply me and block my number.

                        Yesterday i receive the flawless hair remover but when i put the battery in it... It was not working... Nd it's upper is also very loose... I was very disappointed with it...
                        Before it i ordered products but it was very poor...

                              I have ordered a jacket recently which is of smaller size than i want. I have applied for return on the same day of receiving it. Now its status showing "return rejection".
                              1 Reason explained is parcel not received.
                              2 I have received a message as well "quality check failed".

                              If item received of shorter size and didn't pass quality check, i have returned it the same day i received it, there is nothing my fault.
                              I need my money back i am not going to settle down to 0.

                                I had ordered a jacket from club factory and the order was delivered within few days I had ordered L size and I received a M size and the size tag was cut off from the jacket already so I applied for a return and the ordere was picked up from me and u was asked to wait and I was promised to get my refund in few days and today I got a message from club factory that my refund has been rejected and I won’t get any refund

                                    By mistake i give the wrong parcel to the pickup man and my return request was rejected and i was refused to give the refund and also they said they ll not return the parcel once it is gone. This is very bad about the company that they are keeping the parcel also & not returning the the money also.
                                    Now i want my mistakenly send parcel back and i want to return the original parcel as well as i want my refund back they have taken the parcel also not returning the parcel also and not returning the refund also this is very very bad

                                        My prepaid order no. S[protected] for women's luxury round neck lace wedding gown dress was placed on 19 feb 2020 and the expected date of delivery was 7th mar 2020 as per their website. The latest status on the app (Club factory) shows as "customs clearance" so i call up the customer care as well as the live chat and came to know that the product is out of stock. The best solution they could offer me is to cancel the order or deliver it once the product is in stock and that would be after my wedding.
                                        Why was i not informed o[censored]pdated if the product was out of stock and letting me wait for this much long time?
                                        What kind of fraud is this?
                                        Keeping my money and not delivering the product.
                                        I ordered the product for a special occasion and now i do not have enough time for other options. So stop fooling your customers and play with their sentiments.
