Hello Club Factory Team,

I'm very disappointed by this shopping application. On 26th Fabruary 2020 I had placed an order, the order number is as follows, SO[protected] and SO[protected]. The payment was successful and the money got deducted from my account, but in my culb factory app it is showing Unpaid.. Kindly check the issue and do the needful.

It has been an week until now and my order in club factory shows Expired.. Worst shopping experience ever. Even though money has been deducted from bank account the club factory app shows amount not paid. I have already given all the proofs that money has been paid.. Now here's the proof showing the order has been expired.

    Order #SO[protected]

    Wrong product was received for which i have raised a return.

    After successful return delivery also, they rejected my refund stating that "Shipment didn't delivered" .

    I raised the concern in the customer support for which they have raised complaint ticket #1152957.
    The complaint ticket was raised on 13th Feb and now its more than 20 days, they are still saying we have escalated your issue and wait for some more time.

    Today again I connected with the customer support and they are saying please wait for 6 more working days.

      Item wasn't there inside the box. I was very disappointed when i opened the box. It took so 1 week to find out how should i complaint to club factory and when we call to company helpline they are not giving the better information where we should approach to solve our issue and there no proper information about delivery people and it very loss to us my order no is s[protected]

        Went in customs clearance on 08 feb 2020
        Its more then 20 days order stuck in customs clearance,
        No update, estimate time is already passed.

        Please delivery my order or initiate refund as soon as possible. Its too late. If it takes more time then plz cancel my order and initiate the refunds

          I am waiting for my parcel, but i have not received it yet. As per tracking details it says delivered. I applied for fake delivery but it was closed without any intimation or any updates.

          Moreover one of your agent on chat anand c-cf support says he escalated my issue & now he says team verified with the courier team parcel has been delivered. I am not given any proof of delivery.

          How the hell can the parcel be delivered if no one was at home. Moreover the delivery guy's number never got connected & now that number doesn't exists.

          Also your agent tells me to co-ordinate with the courier team, why should i co-ordinate when it was you who sent the parcel through that courier. & also i am being asked to send my signature for verifying the courier, when i was not even present in the city for signature.

          He says he again escalated the issue with reference number 1329063. For proof of delivery. When you claim you have verified delivery, how did you do it without proof of delivery. I am getting irritated of fake assurances.

          I don't need a refund. I want my product.

            Worst product... Total duplicate product.. I got demage and local product... It's return policy is very worst... It's take 90 rupees extra charge for return the product.. I am very disappointed with the product quality... I purchase a watch which company name titan and product no. So[protected].. Watch dail is not good.. Some print is remove and chain is so hard... Totally duplicate quality... And club factory take 90 rupees extra to return the item... Customer service is very bad..

              I want to return a pair of sunglasses I ordered .I tried many timmes but the customer care did not respond.Order id:SO[protected].The size is very big for me.I ordered them on 11th Feb 2020.I received them on 18th Feb 2020.there is a 9 day return policy.I want to return them.I have been call ing them and all I get is busy.I want to return them as soon as possible

                Hi,

                I am highly disappointed from club factory and now I lost my patience to talk the customer care. Its been 6 month but they were not able to resolve the problem. I ordered 1 product, order number - SO[protected] and the tracking number is[protected] and the delivery man phone number is [protected].It is notified by application that the product has been delivered but I didn't get any message, any calls or any mails. The product is delivered but I am not received that product and when I complaint about that all the time they were checking and told me wait for 3 days like that I wait 5 month after that they told me talk to couriers person and when I talked to courier the tracking number is wrong said by courier person.
                Also your customer service is very bad and time taken but still unable to resolve the problem. Its too frustating as a regular customer.
                I want refund of my product ASAP this kind of service not tolerable.
                I wish you will look forward to my problem, that is only option I am left with.

                  I ordered a pouch from Club Factory app( Order no. SO[protected]. In the description it is clearly mentioned that 3 pieces per set is available(please find attached file) but delivered only 1 on 23rd January, 2020. I requested for return and refund at the moment I opened the package. After few days, I got a message saying they approved return request but will deduct Rs90 as shipping charge. The company has a policy of refund of full amount if it is because of any fault from their side. So I immediately connected with support team and they agreed it is their fault and said they arranged pickup within 1 week and confirmed the refund of full amount. I waited for 1 week but nothing happened. So contcted them again. Then also they said the same thing untill I connected with them for the 4th time. On the 5th time I contacted them, they said just opposite of what they have been said for the past 4 times. They said the description-3 pieces per set- is by mistake and the purchase decision is my fault. So they won't give me full amount refund. I couldn't agree with their illogical explanation. How giving wrong product description can be the customer's fault? I got deceived by that wrong description they provided. That person also confirmed a pick up within 3 days and said if the audit team is satisfied, they will proceed with full amount refund. But 2 weeks are over. They didn't even process my request.
                  Actually this is not the 1st time I am having the same issue from club factory app. Every time I just ignored since it is a smaller amount. But they are doing the same repeatedly to almost every customer. They are also ignorant and unresponsive to customer complaints. What I could feel is that the products and the description they provide are fake and of very cheap quality.
                  Kindly consider my concern regarding the return and refund of full amount as soon as possible. Please refer the attached for additional details.

                    Hi, I had ordered three tops on Jan 16th, 2020, the order number being SO[protected] and even now ( it's Feb 24th, around 40days have passed since ), it shows that it's still at the customs clearance stage. I'm not able to contact them anywhere and I'm really afraid I'm gonna lose my money. Please do take an action on this. Really disappointed with club factory delivery services.

                        I ordered Dasera design plain georgette saree from Club Factory. But The stuff is worst.
                        My order id is SO[protected] and I want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return. In mobile application it is showing 0(zero) as paid order.
                        Please let me the producer and I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from China. Please don't use this website.
                        Hope to get proper guidance from this site as they are not replying on facebook too.

                          Order number: so[protected] placed a shoe order on 4'thfeb2020,
                          Applied refund under the club factory refund policy of 9 days on 9'thfeb 2020.
                          Seller denied the refund and no reason is provided. I raised a complaint with club factory to provide the refund and to talk to seller and raised a complaint
                          #1238973.
                          Till now no resolution is provided, after so many calls, they only ask me to wait and do not come with any type of solution.

                          My rs3599 is stuck with them and this kind of fraud done to me must be punished.

                            I ordered a product with order no so[protected] but instead got a different product of cheaper and different size. So i returned the product immediately. When i demanded for a refund they said that there was some problem with the quality check. And when i applied for arbitrary again... There hasnt been any reply for days now... I have been tryin to contact the customer care no but the call dsnt get connected and they just get me conected to sm operator frm club factory in txt msgs. And its been day since i raised a issue to them and i raise it like nearly 7 times now but in vain no action.. They just say they wil resolve the issue but its been like mr than 15 days since i returned the product. Firstly they give me a worse and cheaper wrong product and when i demand my money or the same thing which i ordered they deprive me of my right my money. I have attached the shoe which i orderd and which i received.. Kindly look forwrd to my issue so that i can get my refund for the above mentioned order.

                              I ordered a product with order no. So[protected] but they gave me another wrong cheaper product. And when i returned it they say it didnt go thru the quality check. What the hell!! First they gv me a cheapr wrong worst product and when i ask for refudn they deny my rights.. Its been like mr than 15 days sinc i returnd the wrong product.. I have been complainin to the operator in club factry evry single day but in vain.. They just say vl resolve it..                                   On 8/02/2020 i paid for an order money got debited from my account but order was not made. Another time i placed an order of denim pants but what i got was really disappointed. It was a poor quality pants. I ordered black and got blue which is of no use. Many times there are quality issues.. What we see is totally different from what we receive. So refund my money

                                    My complain no. Is #1148907. I did not got my refund for the product i returned. The order no. Is so[protected]. I talk to customer care no. Many times and they provide me sellar mobile no. To sort out the issue.
                                    I called to sellar on mobile no. He told me that item he picked from courier person is different and this is company fault because you did not purchase the item from me. After that i called to customer care. They told me that my issue will be sort out within 10 days but till now there is no response till now. I can not settle with 0 refund. Please provide my refund money asap..

                                      I ordered a pair of shoes from club factory and my order no. Is[protected] and size of the shoes was small, i did applied for refund and the product reached till their center but my refund was rejected stating that the product was wrong. I had even talked with customer support and my complaint was registered three times with them but at the last time i was given complaint number and i haven't still got any update from them. I want my money back. I cannot settle for zero amount as it is their mistake that they have completely wrong size chart. Please help!

                                        I had ordered an amway nutrilite brahmi of rupees 650 from club factory of order number so[protected]. Order date:[protected], 22:37. The product has not yet been delivered. The status is shown as pick up failed on february 2. I have tried contacting the club factory customer service but there has been no response. If the product is not delivered the money is supposed to be returned within 7-8 working days even that has not been done. So i cordially request you to either deliver the product or initiate a refund as soon as possible. (I had already submitted this complaint but there has been no response). Please respond as soon as possible
