Club factory is denying my order return and they are saying they haven't received, i have talked with delhivery agents they said they have sent the return to club factory, i'm attaching the proof of waybill

Club factory is providing the worst customer service and i want to escalate this issue.

Delhivery guys said they have sent the watches to warehouse till now i haven't received refund of brown leather

    I ordered a cargo jeans, which was already paid by my sister. By mistake i gave 650 rs. More to delivery boy while he came to deliver it. Next day i remembered that it was already paid then i called that man and ask for return of my money which i gave him extra. Then he told me i will return it and he gave only 500 rs and said more 150rs will give me next day but he didn't.in 20 days i called him many, each time he procrastinated and gave different excuses and now he is not attending my calls.

      I ordered heels from clubfactory but the amount got deducted twice from my account.
      I mage payment through upi.
      Now they are not returning my money.
      It's been 20 days.
      My order no is so[protected].
      I paid two times for this order my mistake.
      Kindly help me to get back my amount of ₹799. I tried to contact my bank and also tried to contact from google pay. But they don't seem to solve my problem.

            I had called club factory customer service for refund of a bag and suddenly while they asked for my number and mode of payment rs 70000 was deducted from my kvb bank account without my knowledge.
            Once when i called again the company told it was a fraudulent number and disconnected the call and no response after that please help. And lodge complain against this

                I have ordered a headset from club factory which worth of rs.100.
                Its was not delivered yet. It has been 8 or 9 days after the order placed. Customet care told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I have done it. And no uses. Now i cant call them and message them. Really disappointed by your service and i just want to cancel my order and want my money back.

                    I ordered a dress from club factory which was of low quality as per my expectations and the size was not fit to me. So i applied for the return the product delivered to the and they rejected my refund saying that return item doesn't pass the quality check. I have return the as it is product to them they checked it for quality why can't you guys check the quality before sending any item to the customer. I want my money at any cost as it is not my problem. Also they have charged 90rs for the return.

                      I have ordered a jewelry 7items set from club factory on feb 2 and i got that item on feb 6, when i open that parcel the item was only 4-5 items are there in that to damage piece then only i applied for return request the next the delivery boy has come and taken.. After few days they rejected the refund... There are taking a time and making us fool... Till now they didn't refund my money after i talked... Please help me to get my refund back soon...                         We have booked six sarees vide order no reffeted above but only three saree s are delivered. On 01.02.2020. Immediately we have raised a compliant ticket no 1046834 and assured the compliant will be resolved shortly. But there is no response in this regard. Ee have been continuously chatting regarding this non delivery short of three sarees in club factory site. But there is no response. It was requested to refund the balance amount immediately no action is taken. This is very bad service. Hence it is requested take up this compliant and do justice in this matter.

                          I ordered a bluetooth speaker worth ₹600 on 13/01/2020 and i received it on 17/01/2020 but it didn't work so i returned it on 18/01/2020 it was reached to club factory warehouse on 29/01/2020 it was shows on app that your refund will be received in 5-10 working days but i didn't get it i complaint about it in there customer support service they ask me to send bank statement i aslo send it then they said that your case transferred to senior team that will solve your issue then contact you in 3 working days this complaint files on 11/02/2020 then i contact them after three days then they said that wait for 10 days but i said that 3 days given from your side why i wait for 10 days then there executive said that wrong information given by our executive then i contact today because 10 days completed today but they said that again wait for 6 days total 1 month completed since product return but i didn't received refund also there customer service didn't available on call so i only contact them on chat

                            I bought black boat bassheads 100 earphones from clubfactory for ₹399 and what I end up getting is red used earphones with only one earbud. I filed a return request to them. The item is delivered to their warehouse and they denied my refund by saying the item failed quality inspection. Even their customer service representative refused to solve the problem twice and I'm still stuck. I am sharing two pictures of what I bought and what I recieved. Upon asking for phone number, they provided fake phone number, I have also screenshot of the chat. Please help.

                            It's been 5 days since my complaint. I got a mail four days ago that the club factory executives will contact me in 2-3 days. Still there's no reply from company. They might have ignored your action. Please do the strict procedure again.

                              I have ordered 1 product from Club factory on 26-Jan-2020, it was not delivered in 20 days and I have complaint a lot about not delivering the product, but no response from club factory customer care, I tried to connect with club factory on twitter, but not response.

                              Order Number - SO[protected]

                              After 20 days, they took the request to refund the amount and today is 10th working day, Still my amount is not refunded to me and every time I call them they said don't call us and chat on the app. When I chat on the app they have only 1 reply that amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

                              I am too frustrated and mentally harassed by club factory.

                              Kindly take action ASAP.

                                    I bought a so called nike shoes from club factory india and returned the product as it turned out to be fake. The delivery person checked and took the shoes and i shared all the pics and conversation with the customer service team. However, the first time the refund was rejected as the quality of the shoes did not meet the standard post which i raised multiple complaints and the mention below are the complaint number for your reference. Now i’m being told that i returned wrong product and not hence denied the refund. The order number is
                                    So[protected]. My question is how could you say i returned a wrong product when the product was checked and picked up by your return agent. He should have denied if i had given a wrong product. What is the guarantee that he hasn’t interchanged the shoes. This is absolutely unfair to first of all given me a fake product and after return telling that i sent a wrong product. I have attached the photos of the shoes that i returned (Which is what i received from club factory) and the chat with seller before returning.
                                    Now i don’t have the shoes nor the have you returned my 3800. This is cheating your customers.

                                    I am hoping at least now i will get a resolution to my refund request else i will have to take this up further.

                                      Hi sir/mam. I'm Thangavel saravanakumar a customer of club factory.for the first time we order a product in club factory and yet we did not get it delivered. We have ordered it on 6th February and today is 19th February still now our product is not delivered. We have did online payment.we have ordered a watch for rupees 300. BRAND:Espoir. COLOUR:Black. Before the day of our order we were registered with another address. As we changed our shop's location, we changed our address. But before we ordered we have changed the address. Often we get message which stated "dispatch failed". We checked the address was also correct but we did not get our product delivered. Please take some action and efforts on this issue and help us get our product delivered. If it couldn't be done we wanted refund for this payment. I have ordered it for my son's birthday but it was over and it has been 6 days after his birthday was over. So pls see to this issue
