Have order a product SO[protected] and i have returned this product to club factory courier on 5th November 2019, but it is already 3 month is gone, I didn't get any kind o[censored]pdated information or amount, I have already complained some many times to club factory, but club factory doesn't take any action on it.the xpressbees tracking id is Awb tracking [protected], but there also not updated information.

    I ordered black long skirt dress from Club Factory. But colour is worst and size too.
    My order id is SO[protected] and I want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return. In mobile application it is showing 0(zero) as paid order.
    Please let me the producer and I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from China. Please don't use this website.
    Hope to get proper guidance from this site as they are not replying on facebook too.

      I have ordered two products from club factory and both the products are quality wise low and small in size. So I returned on same day and the same has been picked up by one person then why the deduction of 90 + 90 rs has been deducted as shipping charges from both the products...it is highly disappointed to me.
      Kindly look it into the matter please and may kindly deduct only 90 rs only.

          For order no. So[protected], i had received 2 defected products, and therefore i have applied for return and refund for these defected product. But club factory rejected the refund of one product of amount rs 1300/- and passes the other product refund.
          Even after showing the picture of defected product, the replied which i had received is "product does not passes the defected check", totally fake reply from the seller side. Seller is not ready to refund the amount even after sending defected product. Club factory is cheating his customer,
          I ordered Samsung j7 prime mobile cover and they delivered me another mobile model cover. I also message them and they said that you havy to pay shipping fee for return... What a terrific website.. please help me

            I have purchased two saree Ladosa design multicolor moss satin silk part wear designer Saree & Ladosa design green Georgette partywear designer Saree of order number SO[protected] on 17 january 2020.I have done payment online before products delivery.

            I had recived those sarees on 20th Jan 2020 and found that quality and color combination wise saree's not good so I have raised return request (SON[protected] on same day 20 Jan 2020.

            Return pickup had done on 21 Jan 2020 by pickup person Mukesh, whose mobile number is [protected].I have showed both items to him before handover sarees to him.He was satisfied with parcel and picked up for return at same time. I am attaching reciept of returned items provided by him.

            Kindaly connect with him for clarification by mail or call and include me in conference for transparency purposes.

            He is saying that he had send right product and did not receive a quality cross check mail from support department regarding wrong item received.

            I have some querries that I returned same product which i had received and raised return on the same day.I also showed items to Mukesh delivery person.Still your product has been changed as per seller comments provided in app.Then let me know where my fault is? I had done payment online before delivery i.e my fault or have returned same item on next day i.e my fault. Should I made video while returning the products?

            I am really very disappointed with all this.It is fraud done by club factory Ladosa seller with me.

            I had returned right product but seller did not receive right product then there is problem with club factory return process.Please cross check tracking process of returned items.

            I am trapped by club factory.

            I would ask one thing that club factory pickup service do have any quality check or product check while picking any return product?

            Club factory is known brand still it's happening is very disappointed.
            You guys do the false claim to provide best delivery service like Amazon etc.There is no transparancy in club product return process.

            Kindly request you please cross check end to end and return my money ASAP. I have also provided returned pickup person number. He is also witnessed what I had returned.

              I have made an order of rs 2000 on 5th january it was a watch. But i received an empty package on 12th jan. After receiving this i have submitted a complain to the club factory. Now it has already above one month has gone still not getting my refund. The senior team is also making me fool that i will receive my refund in 3 days and after they repeat the same thing i m hearing the same thing from 12th jan and still i haven't received any solution. Already i have suffered a lot but cannot get my money back. Please do the needful so i can get my money.

                I ordered 2 products from club factory. I didnt like either of them so i applied for return. Their agent came to pickup the products and gave me a receipt. I waited for more than 20 days and they rejected my refund stating that the products they received from my end didnt match the products. I have proof of the receipt i got when i returned the products. I'm tired of talking to their customer care agents who keep on asking me the same questions. I've applied for arbitration more than 15 days ago and it was again rejected. Please help.

                    I have purchased a watch from club factory and then i cancelled my order so[protected].
                    They have update the refund status as paid and the refund is is sor[protected]. But it's been almost 2 months i haven't yet received any refund. I contacted the customer support many a times but everytime they did false promis. They logged complaint but it was never resolved.

                      I purchased wrong item and when I complaint about it then, club factory rejected my return request and gave me useless reason which means nothing for me. I really upset to do shopping with club factory. Can you please help me to get my money back or any other solution because, its have been long time to say you and your operators but I got no response rather then same thing.

                        Respected sir,
                        I am arohi and i ordered a hoodie whose order number was so[protected]. Now when i opened the ordered section in the app it is showing that the order was delivered but i didn't received my order till now. I made online payment for this order.
                        Each time i contact the customer service they ask me to wait for few more days. It's been more than 3 months now and still my problem has not been resolved. They have raised my complaint twice to their senior department but no satisfactory actions were taken. The complaint number of those two complaints are 1061522 & 1213341. Each time i message their customer care, they always say that the product has been delivered and i'm continuously denying it. The signature they showed to me was also not mine. Each time i call their customer care they always ask me to wait for 2 days. It's been 3 months now. I request you to please look into the problem as soon as possible. I'm waiting for you positive reply.

                          I got a product from club factory while i was not a registered customer as they have an option of guest order which has the option of cod. After ordering the product, i downloaded their app and registered myself through the same mobile number which i used to order the product. After signing in on the app, i ordered numerous products and all those products were delivered before i got the delivery for my first order - the guest order. Once i received the order, i understood that it was a ripoff, the quality of the material was not as it was advertised in the picture, i got an over-sized product. I couldn't file for a refund as the order was not showing up in my orders as i had placed it before registering with the app. There is an option to find guest orders but the two numbers cannot be the same, and you can't enter a different number than the one used for ordering which is the same as the one i am registered with. So, i filed a complaint with their customer support just a few days after i got the order.
                          Now whenever i visit the customer support, they ask me to follow the same steps to find the guest order every time even though it does not work and they have this chat system so they ask you very politely to follow the steps again... After doing it a few times.. I came to know that you can't find your order by following those steps... But they harass you even further.. They ask you to send a screenshot of the same steps every time.

                          Another ploy that they have been using is ticket escalation. They tell me the request has been escalated and their team is working on it.. But whenever i check back with them there is no positive response. None of their customer support executive who i get to chat with is able to understand the issue even after i give them the order number and the escalated ticket number. They ask me start over again with the same steps and then sending them the screenshots of it. I have already done this around 15 times.

                          This is the exact same issue I've been facing. They've given me numerous complaint tickets till date and told me they've re-esclated the issue. Every new customer care agent I talk to asks me the same questions all over again. This company is just a scam!

                            I orded in december but i ddidnt get it till january so i talked to customer care they had cancel my other till then they said u will get ur refund in ur acount butt till any refund diidnt come.. One product i order in feb it came but quality of that prodct was not appropriate so i retured i want my both refund in my account as early as possible other wise ill take strict again againt cf that they dint give money back

                              Sir, i have give the order for shrug through club factory app on 25.12.2019. I received the shrug, which was not good color according to my choice. So i return it next day. The vender came and collect the shrug. I received the message on the same that the product has been received. I have already write the complaint for refund of amount but still i have not received the refund amount. Please let me now the status

                                nobody is helping my complaint or noticed it i complaint in twitter as well with the tag of its CEO but nobody attended it .

                                  This is persia, i purchased titan watch in club factory on december 26. Within a week the watch stopped working i gave it to the watch mechanic i was shocked to know that the internal parts of the watch are duplicate.

                                  I bought it on discount. The description for the product clearly stated that it was the original titan watch which is up for sale.
                                  The company had knowing delivered a duplicate product intentionally.
                                  So i want refund for the product

                                    I ordered a product from the club factory which i returned after it was delivered because it was some problems in it.
                                    My return pick up was done and which was reached at the club factory warehouse. Then it was informed that the application was canceled.
                                    I can find out later from your customer support team that the reason for my return is wrong reason of return.
                                    But sir this whole thing is either i'm right, or you mean relative.
                                    Should i get this money back, i think it should be available as the product has returned to you. But no matter what, it's been a wonderful experience about club factory.

                                    I placed an order for 4 sarees and made payment through google pay on Feb 9th 2020. Money has been deducted from my bank account...but order status is showing as unpaid...it's been 3 days i tried to contact them... No response from their side... I dono what is happening... Either i want them to proceed with my order or refund my deducted money...
                                    The product i have recieved is not genuine.i have compared the fragnance and viscousity of the oil of same brand its not at all nearest to it. I want my refund or else i would be knocking legal doors.

                                      I did not get refunded money.. But it is showing refunded successfully.. How can you update like that.. I want my money back right now.. Refund my money today itself.. Solve this issue.. How can you update with out any intimation.. I have deliverd return order but you have not updated it until seven days.. But i have not get my money.. You updated.. Such a worst app.. Disguisting.. Seriously.. Such a long time you took for refund.. And you cut off refund fee 90 rupees.. I hate club factory..

                                        Order number so[protected] i ordered two slippers puma and addidas one puma slipper was only delivered no addidas was not delivered. Addidas slipper either to be delivered or money to be refunded.
                                        The complaint to the company already made but no response was given after repited reminders to the company all were in vain i request u to do the needful early
                                        After repeated reminders addidas slippers were nor delivered or money was refunded either
                                        Actually I want to cancel my order SO[protected]. I placed this order last week. Now I am unable to receive this order because of insufficient amount of money. Sorry for trouble. And I make sure that I will place the same order next month. Kindly cancel my order as soon as possible.
