I had ordered an amway nutrilite brahmi of rupees 650 from club factory of order number so[protected]. Order date:[protected], 22:37. The product has not yet been delivered. The status is shown as pick up failed on february 2. I have tried contacting the club factory customer service but there has been no response. If the product is not delivered the money is supposed to be returned within 7-8 working days even that has not been done. So i cordially request you to either deliver the product or initiate a refund as soon as possible
I want to return my order SO[protected] and its size is small, qaultiy is also not good and color is also not same. I have paid rupees 653 and i have toh reurn my order but your company is return me only 464 rupees. I know pickup fee is 90 rupee so u have to return me 563 rupees but u are returning 464 rupees only plz give me 563 rupees
I want to change my shipping address that i had order 'nike navy jordan max strehchable' few days ago.
Address: near ' Mongkhang Lambi' instead of 'mongkhalambi'.

    Courier was pick up by club factory courier boy and it was handed over to them in original condition.
    Now they have rejected my return request by saying they don't receive it back.
    I don't have product and they are also not returning my money.

      My order number is so[protected]. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. Cf track shows it was shipped on 8th nov-2018 to xpressbees but i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
      I want to know where is my order, if you are unable to deliver please return my money asap because it is more than 3 months since i ordered.

      Sms i got says my order is delivered to xpressbees, but they dont have any details with them.

        I have ordered some products on 19th jan and trying to return it from last 20 days but there is no proper response till yet.. On 8th feb one of their executive register a complaint and said within 3 days it will get picked up but till the date the parcel hasn't picked up.. Poor quality products.. Shameful service.. Worst shopping site.. I don't have much time to get it wasted on you people just for a mere pickup.. I'll make a complaint in consumer forum..

Amount Rs.550 debited in my account On 08.02.2020. It was cancelled on the next day 09.02.2020. Thereafter we received a message that the amount will be refunded within 3 OR 5 working days. But the status for such cancellation is showing that the money has been refunded. But it is not credited in our bank account so far. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.               Very worst service club factory
              I had ordered a club factory product . But that was not looking good as compared to the image given at the site. So, I returned the product but refund money has not been transfered to my account. Order no. Is SO[protected]. And customer care is not available for any service. I am so worried about money . Is it a case of fraud ??

                I have ordered a loose fit home suit and pay cash on delivery but instead of that i have received a pair of t shirt and jeans which i haven ordered kindly do the needful.                       Sir/ madam,
                      I, sushma tripathi is writing you in order to seek help in the matter i'll be describing further.

                      I recently placed an order containing two items through the club factory app and paid for it through paytm. For which i received only one of the items and the status of both the items show 'delivered'.
                      I received only single item on january 31, 2020. I immediately made a fake delivery request on that very day along with writing them a mail explaining the situation for which i haven't received any response yet. I also called them and they told me to rather use the 'chat option'. I also complained using that option on february 01, 2020. They told me to wait for three days. I have been trying to wait patiently but i have received no response from them yet. I also have the video proof of the parcel mentioning two items yet containing one.

                      I request you to kindly help me in this situation. Below i'm providing you with certain necessary details. I have also attached the pictures of the products orders and the product received. After all this being done they're telling me talk to the logistics team. I enquired from the logistics team on the very day of delivery but they didn't help.

                          I made 2 orders at the end of December 2019 with 4 items in total with order numbers SOR[protected] and SOR[protected]. I have waiting 2 MONTHS FOR THIS ORDER. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. When will I receive the refund. It's been past 10 days. I have been trying to contact club factory customer care with no response. It says refunded but I don't see the refund on my paytm account. Please do something about this. I don't want to lose my hard earned money like this

                              I had ordered a saree, it was of a very poor quality and i requested for a return where they said there is no pick up and i need to courier it myself. So i did and after the package reaching the seller, he said i have sent someother product but i did not. I even have photos of the same. So club factory asked the seller to return back the package and it’s been 7 months and still the seller is yet to send. Upon contacting club factory again they are asking the screenshot of the consignment reaching, in every courier consignment the data stays only for 60 days. Also they themselves had confirmed that it’s been received by the seller in the month of june. I need the refund immediately. Till this time i have contacted club factory more than 50 times and i have submitted all the proofs.

                                As above mentioned, I ordered 3 dress from clubfactory for that they deliver the product after 1.5 months than also we accepted that parcel after that they only provided me two dresses but charged for three dress. We asked the courier boy to take only amount for two dress but he resisted for whole amount as the bill was printed for three dress. Now while I trying to reach the clubfactory they are not providing any solution only they are saying contact in three days always. And I m returning the order again than they are only refunding the amount for two dress than what about the third dress amount which they have taken. They are doing fraud with the customers by making fool and with their worst services. Please provide me the solution asap for the above problem.

                                    club factory sent me a wrong product... after that my refund request was accept with the reason that I got a wrong product...

                                    product was picked up on 11 jan 2020 and it reached the warehouse on 23 jan 2020

                                    after that on 24 jan 2020 I got a refund rejection message... then they told me to apply for arbitration and wait for 3 days to get refund

                                    but then I waited for 10days...then I again got a message for refund rejection

                                      I have got refund amount around Rs. 1600 against return of a product which was reflecting in my clubfactory account, I have not withdrawn it because i have to order some another product. When today i was trying to place order no money was there in club factory balance, somebody or may be internal staff have withdrwan it. i have talked with customer care, did live chat, but they are of no use, they told me a no to contact who has withdwarn money([protected]). i have not withdrwan this money nor i received any otp or mail intimation regarding withdrawl. Please help. this is fraud or say inernal farud.
