My name is deepakgurnani. I had purchased item on 16 dec from club factory, order number is s[protected]. But received wrong item on 24 dec2019 so i returned on dec25 2019. Yet today i have not received my refund amount. When ever i called club factory customercare number they tell some stupid reason n ignore my complaint. I have paid you through google pay number is [protected], googlepay i'd is [protected]@okaxis.
Please return my refund amount soon. I[censored] not able to send in googlepay i have paytm also with same number [protected], you can send paytm also. Plz do the needful soon

Its been 15 day my order has not been delivered neither i got refunded what should i do they are showing order confirm it’s shipped from Indian warehouse picked by local courier the package is in transit... now they are showing dispatch failed we will trying again but nothing is happening neither i sm getting my refund help me

      Had returned an order on the 14th of jan 2020
      And i was told that the refund happened on the 25th of jan 2020
      I keep calling them.. They say it's processing and put my call on hold then cut my call
      The original price was 499 and for the return they cut 90 rs from the price and the rest 409 is supposed to be refunded
      They say 409 can be refunded and even that is not refunded.

      The things which they show in pictures in the website are new, good quality and branded products but on ordering those items they send the local things or duplicates of cheap quality.

        Product is damaged when parcel the product it's was damaged or may be main people are parcel the damaged product no mistake in delivery boys

        In fact I am planning to buy one more watch of Rs. 1500. But now I am scared of this kind of delivery.

            I ordered two products from the same company but only one product was delivered.
            It shows that both the products are delivered.
            Following the club factory helpline i applied for refund by selecting the option item not picked up and it shows in order to refund i need to return the item i don't even received the product how shall i return it i tried to contact club factory customer service through call as well as chat but there is no reply. I even tried to contact the store they too not responding. I tried contacting ecom they are speaking in some other language. Kindly solve this problem. Kindly send the undelivered product or refund for it.

                I have ordered a 2 dress pieces but cancelled it that becoz of the quality and dupatta being very small in size,.. And my refund status is showing that the money been refunded. It has been more than 1 month but there is still no sign of my refunded money. I am really unsatisfied.. I just want my refund back. Customer service is very poor.                     I ordered a seiko shoes worth 1508 about 2 weeks earlier. The quality of product was so bad that i return the parsal and. And next day they came to receive a parsal. After that i realized that my product was worth ₹1508 and when i applied for return it becames 1408 and then as per the club factory return policy they deduct ₹90 from it. I had a chat club factory online customer service and they said. You don't have to worry about we will look after your concern. Today i received a message that my return is rejected by club factory. And now my refund is pending.

                        I have purchased a watch from club factory and then i cancelled my order SO[protected].
                        They have update the refund status as paid and the refund is is SOR[protected]. But it's been almost 2 months i haven't yet received any refund. I contacted the customer support many a times but everytime they did false promis. They logged complaint but it was never resolved.

                          I want Invoice PDF and i have sent email twice to "[protected]@clubfactory.com". They have'nt responded yet. My situation is, I've ordered one Boat headset from Club factory app and now the headphone is not working. So, in order to claim warranty for my headphone, Boat company has told me to send PDF version of invoice. At the time of order delivery, club factory gave me paper invoice only. So i want INVOICE PDF of my order. Thats why i've contacted clubfactory via email, again and again. Till now, i have'nt get any response. Why they are doing like this!

                                I order many products from club factory some are of bad quality. I order googles but club factory cancel my order and my order of rings and earrings it show delivered but i didn’t receive... I really disappointed by this app. This is totally fake...                                     I sell products on club factory.. I have successfully delivered 5 order between 22 to 31 january 2020 as per their company payment rule my payment date was 5th of february but i haven't received my payment on 5th february then i contact club factory seller service through chat then they said it takes 2 days to get payment in bank account.. But 2days complete today is 3rd day but haven't received my payment... Now i contact them but they said don't no about it... They don't want to give me my payment... Not only me they cheated with many more seller

Everything was going well then today i opened the app and saw that my order has been cancelled by club factory itself and there is no explanation about it. Also it is showing that the money has been refunded to me the way i used while making payment for the purchased product... Then i saw nothing is there in the app, such option is there to complain
