    I had purchased one parcel and received the parcel in damaged condition. The order number was so[protected]. After complaining with club factory, they are avoiding the damaged in many ways. Finally they are asking me about "the video footage of parcel opening". Is there any policy from club factory that "always opening parcel with video recording".

Actually he not come to my location for delivering so how can i accept the package.. So plz i want that order soon as possible... I just want it fast... Delivry man doesnt call me and not come to my address.... So how can i not accept the package....

        My order so[protected] which was placed on jan16th was yet to be delivered. I can't get exact status about shipment. Already paid for this order and i suspect club factory is going to cheat as i don't see this order in my history.
        If i didn't receive my order then going to file legal complaint even though amount is less there is no proper response from customer care as well

          Hi,

          I had ordered 2 sarees in club factory which was prepaid. But i received only one and it shows it delivered both. When i contacted the delivery person he said thats the only product he received which contains the name list of both items. So i had applied for return but no progress in the status. I had also tried to chat with the seller but no response

            I had purchased a saree from clubfactory on 29th of december & they delivered it to me on 7th january. It was of poor quality and i requested for return. My request for refund was rejected but they picked up my return and it was delivered to clubfactory on 13th of january. They have not yet returned my money. Cost of saree 695rs+ 100rs cash on delivery charges and a total of 795 rs lost after this purchase. Customer care agent says sellers are not paying back the amount.

              I have ordered products on 26 dec 2019. The expected delivery date was 13 jan 2020 but till now i haven't received the product. It's been more than 40 days since i ordered it. So i need the product anymore, i want to cancel the order and want the refund. Unable to contact the customer care also. My order no. Is so[protected].

                I ordered a shoe from club factory, i ordered converse shoe but they delivered some local shoe in different color i applied for return and refund they guy camw and received the item but i didn receiv any refund and there is no option i can add my bank accounts detail, i tried contacting customer services but they are so irresponsible, they didn't provide me any solution keep saying that they will rectify the product then they will inform mw about the status but i didn't receive any response feom them after that, order ID SO[protected]. Need immediate resolution

                  My order (SO[protected] has been stucked in Indian Custom Clearance from 8 days (30th Jan). I placed the order on 18th Jan. It is too late to deliver the orders by Club Factory. I am frequent buyer but I am very depressed due to this. I wanted my order before 9th Feb for my vacation. Now, I have to return it because after 9th Feb, It will be useless for me.

                      My order so[protected], named "beanies knit hat for knitted cap girl" and "round neck knitting sweater" is stuck in custom clearance for 43 days now, there no update on tracking since january 4th. I ordered it on 23rd december 2019 and it said it will be delivered max to max by 10 january, it got stuck in custom clearance since january 4 and today its february 5 and still there's no update, i had tried to contact the service provider in every way but there's no satisfactory reply. I've been trying to call on the club factory customer care number but its not connecting. I'm really frustrated and am in doubt of receiving my order. Please let me know when will i receive my order.
                      I made a purchase of a mobile back cover and made a payment

                      I made a payment via paytm wallet.

                      My money got deducted but that club factory screen is showing that Your payment has failed please try again.

                      Please solve this issue.

                        Please cancel my return request for the order no. So[protected] as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't verify through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the return request even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

                        No need to complain..this problem is solved
                        I have ordered 2 items on 7 th January and paid the money online. The status is not moving and the customer care executive are just making fool and not responding properly. according to the order the time frame for delivering the order was 10 to 30 days and 30 days has already been passed but there is no update.

                          Hi m anjali mishra i want to cancel order no. So[protected]
                          Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

                          I had placed my ordered on December 29 [order SO[protected]] ] and have still not received my order. It is stuck at India customs clearance since January 10. Please hurry up the process as it is going to be almost 30 days since I placed the order.
                          I want t to cancel my order.. But we are shifting to some other city before the product arrives and my order no are SO[protected]and SO[protected].. I really do like the product but i hv to cancel so plz refund my money as soon as possible.. Thanku

                            Regardig my order no. So[protected] for two mont blanc roller pen black
                            @ rs 998.84 total rs 1997 68 + 98.67 (Cod charges) total amount
                            Rs 2096.35.
                            I received the parcel after paying rs 2096.00
                            On opening the parcel there was only one ball pen instead of two!
                            Please explain and send one mont blanc pen which i am entitled to.

                            Today I received automated call that my order is cancelled. I am shocked. There is no contact number or email mentioned on their website. Who is gonna return my money I have no idea!!
                            Pack of 5 cotton trousers boocked online on payment of duty on 09/12/2019. But till today I have not received the same, Refund my amount of Rs. 1373/- immediate.

                              I have ordered something (A upper and a lower) from club factory and it has been more than 1 month the order has still not arrived. It is showing to be in custom clearance since past 20 days. Also there is no option for cancellation of the item. It is stuck there only. Hope my problem is resolved soon. Winter is almost over after that! Either i want my money refunded back or the order delivered by this weak

                                I placed an order for maroon sweatshirt which was supposed to be delivered 3 months back. Instead of my order i have been constantly receiving reminders that my package of order (So[protected] has been processed and shipped by delhivery. The tracking number is [protected]. Its a prepaid order. But upon tracking i received no response. Is this a fraud app? Are you people deceiving indians?
                                My order SO[protected] was ordered on 22 December and was expected to be delivered by 9th of January but it’s still getting prepared and not even shipped . Also I’ve already paid for the order. It’s really disappointing because I need the products urgently .

                                  I want to get early delivery of my products. I want my product before 10th february, 2020. After 10th. I am not in town for 1.5 month.

                                    I ordered an overcoat order number so[protected]. I got this product after a long wait of 25 days. It was in pathetic condition not pressed properly and quality was also very very poor. I applied for return. The courier person picked up the coat 1 day after i applied for return i. E on jan 31 2020.

                                    On 4th feb i got the message that my refund is rejected because the courier is not received. How the hell is this my problem. My job was to return the package to the courier person and not to keep the track of the person.

                                    Clearly this company is a fraud

                                    Please help me with my gate earned money and beware of this fraud e commerce company

                                      I placed a order on 22 jan 2020. But then i found a same product on amazone in almost half prize so i tried to cancel the product. But they didn't process my request. I called them 3-4 time to get it cancel. But they didn't do.
                                      After that they request me to return the product after delivery.
                                      And they will send me refund
                                      But after returning they are saying that the product is not as same as they send. And rejecting my refund
