My order is still not shipped and when i call the seller his phone number is switched off my order is so[protected] please make sure it’s shipped fast

Please make it deliver before first week of february because it is a gift for my friends birthday so please make sure it come correct and the same which i ordered

    I have received a very cheap quality product and its fake and its made out of cheap sponge. I have applied for a refund. But it is mentioned over there that il receive the refund in my original payment mode. What does it actually mean? My payment mode was cash on delivery (Cod) so how will i receive the refund? I want a clear explanation of this. It is nowhere mentioned in the app. They didn’t ask me for my bank details. So how will i receive my refund amount? Expecting a proper explanation for this. This is my first order from club factory and il never ever order from this app again, worst experience ever. Either improve ur customer care service or stop selling products. The worst app ever.

It's seems i can't trust club factory for product or services they offer for their customer. When i try to call them or talk to then it's neither responding not giving me any chance just saying.. I m totally messed up..

          My oder is pending from last 45 days and it is under custom since 29 dec. No contact no. Is contactable, nobody is replying on mail.. My money is stuck and i'm highly disappointed with this kind of services. My order no. Was so[protected] estimated delivery time was 1-4 jan and now feb has started. I have not received my order till now. I needed it urgently and now it's of no use to me.. I never had this kind of experience in any online shopping site.. And i am getting no reply from the sites. I don't understand why my order is pending in custom from dec. Why club factory is not getting the same cleared. Why customer should suffer. I need my money back asap

            My order has been in custom clearance for about a month and the total amount is ₹7828 and is already paid online. I am worried i will never receive it. Club factory hasn’t responded to any of my emails. I should receive some update or atleast a refund. How am i supposed to get any update on my package if club factory does not give me proper information about where my package is. It is supposed to be in custom clearance for max 10 days (As it says on their website) my package has been there for almost 30 days. This has me really worried

              E.com delivery boy came at my doorstep and refused to deliver the product bcaz he had phone no as [protected] inStead of [protected]. When he was at my doorstep (correct address) and showed order ref.no.more over payment also made. How can he do that. And after that he made remark that I refused this is ridiculous. And after making complaint no.976571 to customers.care, they informed it will be delivered to me today before 8 p.m. And made us to stay at home through out day. This is very disgusting and for your information I made somany calls to e.com courier but no use.

                It's been almost 20 days, my order is stuck in custom clearance and didn't get any update till now about that. Kindly initiate the refund or provide the status of the order SO[protected].
                I am totally frustrated because it's almost 1500rs i have spent and didn't get any update about it.
                Hence my humble request to please resolve it as soon as possible.

                  They delivered me different item that I didn't order.
                  Then I applied for return of the wrong item. It got approval from seller himself.
                  I returned the product and the seller rejected and gave me no refund saying that it was broken and uploaded photos which shows literally zero breakage.
                  The customer care is taking forever to solve the problem.
                  Why would someone break a wrong item.. it's totally fraud. 1st of all them sending wrong item is fraud by all means . I didn't pay for the item that I received. I need monetary and mental compensation for this.

                      Have ordered two orders and paid at the time of order. It's been more than one and half month, but i'm yet to receive the order. I never received any call from any delivery guy and no phone chat or email is working. Worst service. Will never buy again and will tell others not to buy any product from this # club factory. Their name should be cheat factory. #..

                        My order number is so[protected]. Its is been 1 month. My order is not yet delivered. The status is still pickup fail. Applied for the refund by internal support person. That too didn't get initiated. Dont know what the hell is going on.
                        Such a worst customer service. Either provide my refund or my product to me soon.. I don't know how much ll it take to deliver 1 product for them. Lost hope totally. I can only say that i lost my money in clubfactory. Refund my amount or deliver my product immediately. Else you ll face the consequences
                        I placed an order on 13th January 2020, today is 29th January 2020 still the order is not delivery pathetic service and fraud Company. Customer service never give proper updates. Really Club factory Sucks and big Fat Fraudulent company

                          Hi my order number so[protected] dated to deliver on 17th jan is still stuck in custom clearance and there no way that i could track the shipment or get the details on the status of the product order. I am really disappointed with the service could you please either deliver or cancel and initiate my refund. I am in favour of not using app ever again and would suggest friends to do same.

                              I have order the product 8 days back and made payment as well, order is not delivered, i have called e com express delivery customer care as well, no proper response for the query, such an irresponisble service, i have experienced, even tried club factory custmer care, nobody is responsing the call.. I hope they are making fraud.. When we make online payment..

                                I had bad experience for the subjet order delivery. I have paid for 2 quantity of laptop bag but received only 1 quantity in the package which is delivered today by your courier delivery company.
                                I have launched complaint on my clubfacotry apps and i have received the ticket number 967059.
                                I need immediate action on this cheating behaviour since i have been buying many products from club factory portal.
                                Please call me if you need any further information and i need my balance quantity for which i have alreay paid by tommorrow.

                                      I made an order on 20th jan and paid the amount to the company. After that it says ofer has been shipped and further updates. When i tried to contact customer service, they were in no good mood to help me. I have already paid the amount for the order and there is still no update. They just keep saying have patience, we will deliver. There is no commitment after that.

                                        My order number is so[protected]... I've placed the order on 10th jan 2020 and the order was supposed to arrive on 28th jan 2020 as it was the estimated delivery time but in the app it is still showing customer clearance since 22 jan... When i tried calling the customer support to ask for nearest delivery centre so that i can directly pick it up from there, they just raised a complaint and said they are also able to see the order in preparing phase.. They didn't offer me with any assurance for the product to reach on time.
