I ordered a dress from club factory and the size and quality was not i expected, i did applied for refund and the product reached till their warehouse but my refund was rejected stating that the product was not same. I had even talked with customer support and my complaint was registered three times with them but at the last time i was given complaint number and i haven't still got any update from them. My compliant number with club factory is #1035172 i want my money back. I cannot settle for zero amount or else give that product back again to me

Itsa month i have ordered a watch and us not yet delivered. I've done my payment online.

    This is dr. Aravind banakar, i have purchased samsung levels via the club factory. I have paid inr. 1599. But i have received duplicate samsung levels.
    All 3 levels are not working. And i tried to return these products via app more than 30 times. Whenever i clicking photos of products to upload, the app will close. The app is not working properly. Even customer care employees not responding. I need my amount back. Or else they should send me original levels.

    I have got many messages from clubfactory that I won the first prize of Lucky draw 2019 as mahindra XUV500, and you may send 8500 as delivery and 3500 as TDs .who one from club factory give the information about us to fraud, I ask you pls take action aganist this cheating .tley have also demand our bank details also.what we can do?

    One of the products I ordered was delivered to me with another one. They were I in the same package but it wasn't inside the package and money was charged from me and with due respect please send my order as soon as possible.

      I have order one jacket and one sweter shrug on 31st december 2019. Order so[protected] nmbr. It clearance for custom from 12january. Its too late. Winter season almost going. After that what will i do for wintet items. Not received the order after 1 and half month neither any information provided by the company. Payment already done. Phone nmbr on site is also fake. No reply reveived by email

No one is picking phone in customer careof club factory .i have ordered on January 1st and made payment through debit card of Canara bank ramgarh branch jharkhand. But still I have no information about my order. Tracking I'd is also not available.when I search my order in guest order reply comes that there is no guest order search in club factory app in your account. When I search in club factory app in my account message comes that there is no order. please help me otherwise I will take legal action

          SO[protected] red heels i order and I gt but due to size issue i raised return complaint.
          When executive cm he picked up SO[protected] product but he update SO[protected] parcel picked.
          Nw auditing team reject the return request regarding SO[protected], while the SO[protected]red heels) product still with me.
          Now no one is taking action only they are saying wait for 3 days again nd again.

            When i check tracking status through the clubfactory app, it shows its in customs clearance. It's been more than 10 days. So i contacted their customer support and they say my product is not yet shipped as it's out of stock. Why this double standards? Until we pay, every step seems so professional. After that it's not. The customer care whenever i contact they incinuate me over refund. I doubt if i opt refund too i ll be credited the same. I need proper transparent tracking info for my order.

              My club factory order no: so[protected].

              I raised a complaint regarding fake delivery in the beginning of january month. It's february month now. Still my issue is not resolved. I haven't received my product yet!!. Everytime i call the customer care people, they tell me to wait for 2-3 days.. But no proper solution. They don't even provide proper answer to my queries.

              Everytime the customer care people lie to me saying that the issue is on high priority and will be resolved within 3 working days... But my issue doesn't get resolved even after 1week!!!. Ridiculous!!!. And now 1month got over still no resolution. They don't even provide any update regarding the issue. So i am clueless whether my issue is getting resolved or not!!!. I have even shared the proof of non-delivery of the product. Still no action taken so far!. They are not ready to provide me refund also!. So neither my issue is getting resolved nor they are giving my money back!!! I am helpless now!!!.

                Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

                  550 is written inside it and at the time we ordered it, the rate of this saree was written ₹ 700 and what was shown is not there. We have been given a very useless and torn old.
                  And before that we had once bought a sari and in that too, they had done it in that way, in which they had shown a rate of 12 rupees. We saw the sari, the sari was very good, we also paid them well, they did everything good in delhi, but the products were so lousy, all the ladies products we have asked for till date. All the total was useless at 3:00 pm of the gents. He was good and everyone else was useless. I think either the company sends the right from the back, the goods that go in the middle is shipped. Comes here those who are delivery replace him in the middle.
                  Because i have seen that whenever packing came, there were only two envelopes on it. But today i saw that the three envelopes under it were already torn.

                    I had ordered 4 caps on Club Fatory worth 1279rs but they had delivered me a jeans. Then I had applied for return and refund but they are showing return auditing from 5 days. When I contacted customer care they are giving me time by time but no refund. I am already fed up with they they have cheated me 1st and when I am applying for refund they are giving time by time. Please take legal action against those cheater chinese application. I am attaching all the screenshorts with this message.

                      I have no updates since then and customer support dodn't even respond to my complaints. Its getting highly frustrating as I had read god reviews before ordering and I trusted the site.

But till today i have not received the order and in expressbess tracking also the item is not found. This is very lengthy period and I’m very much disappointed with this delay

                            I ordered a hoodie name "hip hop loose fit gao chou embroidered mens hoodie
                            ..." as you can see from name it's supposed to be embroidered but mine product doesn't have any embroidery and hence is a defective or wrong product as even the image show the product is embroidered.. So its club factory fault and they should take responsibility and return my product but at returning i only see processing (Return auditing).. Even after 8 days my order id is so[protected].. Club factory is very bad company i would never recommend anyone to buy from them if they even can't return a wrong product.

                            I even already talked to customer care that if there's no embroidery i will return and won't bear any return fee.. But he said u can order freely as it will have embroidery and you will not take any loss if there's no embroidery and u return the product.. Well its all a lie they don't even return the product such a shame.

                                Have order "roden men's solid full sleeve color block hooded tshirt/mens tshirt/full sleeve tshirt/tshirt/sports trim tshir" on 17th jan'20. Still its not yet delivered and while checked the status still it is in "shipped from india warehouse".
                                Also i contacted with ecom customer service and they told me like still "product was not handover with them". I have attached the ecom tracking snaps and my product details and payment method everything with this mail.
                                There are too many "pickup failed, shipment not handed over" status in ecom delivery updated center since 17th jan'20.

                                Here my question is "why did not club factory still not physically handover my product with ecom delivery center?" i have paid for this product then why still taking too many days to shipped and delivered.

                                  Please cancel my order s[protected]. I have already done the payment of rs493. I donot need the product anymore. Its been one month of been ordered. As i will be shifting to amother city. The next week. So kindly look after the matter and do the needful. Pls intitiate the refund as soon as always a customer of club factory with great products. The delivery time is also quite okayy since it is internationally shipped. And the products are nice and cheap. Hoping the team will be resolving the matter soon.

                                    I ordered a product in club factory which has been paid online on jan, 20. A delivery boy from ecom express came at my office address and asked the otp number which didn't work. Then he took away the package and gave a wrong contact number to me. After a week, i tried to solve the problem by contacting both ecom express and customer care of club factory. Ecom express told that the product has been delivered.. On the other hand, the customer care does not respond properly. I want to cancel my order and my money to be refunded. Orelse, deliver my product on time. Its been one month ago. There is no proper contact person for this.. This is a blackmark of club factory i should say.

                                      I have received fake cheap quality shoes. It is made out of cheap sponge. I have ordered for return but it is mentioned over there that money will be refunded in my original payment mode. But what does it actually mean? How will i get my money back? Customer care service isn’t helpful. Worst experience ever. Please stop making people fools. How will i get my money refunded? I want a proper explanation of this.
