I have purchased and returned the product from club factory but they send only partial refund for the same due to delivery amount is charged from me. It is not mentioned in the site properly. Also while receiving the product size tag( L) is missing and also it is not fit for me, that is why I have requested return and refund, but they said it is my mistake since I have purchased wrong size product. But from all other site I used to purchase medium size product. They were refunded only 309 rs instead of 399rs. I need my money back since it is their mistake.

I paid amount on 9th jan and my delivery time 13 to 17th jan.l but still not any update..
I chatted with seller on 17th jan 2020 .he cleared said that cancel your order due to no stock.
I called customcare person for cancel my order. That person cancel my order. After fews min I check online status on applications then show status not updates. I again call and talk with miss tanya's so she said that cant cancel order because of product in warehouse. ( very funny and irresponsible answer - I have both voice recording) . tanya arranged higher authroity called back but till 22/01/2020 no one call me, this type of cheating system and all cheater there i feel this
Seller ( RGM Enterprise) cleared mention please cancel order if seller not supply product then how can saw in warehouse and seller dont have stock also
Again I chatted with mr atul ( Cf support staff ) He canceled my order and give me cancel copy proof me ( I have proof- screenshot of chatt )

till today my order just preparing mode and all customer care infomed me that your order packed and ready to shipped last 10days

if item packed then why not shipped and actual thing this item not available in any market
why hangging my order and cancel order button also disable from my apps

i will wait till 31th jan if my order cancel then good otherwise after that i will file fraud complaint against company and all Customer care person who gave me fake cancel order copy details and fake commitment that order packed and ready to shipped not rules that cancel order

colour tek nhi tha.Bo courier maine tbi bapis kar diya .
Galti se pick up ki jagah maine mail my self kar diya. Muje is
baat ka dyan nhi thi. Jab koyi courier receive karne nhi aaya
to maine coustmor care mai call ki. To unhone bola ki apko
kudh courier karna hoga. Maine 26 dec ko courier kiya. But
club factory balo ne courier bapis kar diya.

Now when I look into the bank details, you have deducted my money twice
my bank has already confirmed that club factory.
I have already received the order but still my money which was deducted twice was not refunded back to me
My total amount payable was only 359.92 but they have deducted Rs.720

Even your customer service chat were very bad. They dint do any further inquiry and would leave my chat.

Do the necessary adjustment and please refund me my money back.

I ordered yellow jacket from Club Factory. But colour is worst and size too.
My order id is SO[protected] and I want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return. In mobile application it is showing 0(zero) as paid order.
Please let me the producer and I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from China. Please don't use this website.
Hope to get proper guidance from this site as they are not replying on facebook too.

I have placed order on 31st december but tilldate order is not received .it was informed that delivery will be wihin 8-18 jan but still pending.My order No is SO[protected]. I have placed cosmetics order . In my account it is showing that consignment has reached india since 12th Jan. and in custom clearance since then. please help

The order that i was returned on 05 october 2017 amount of 734.09 (Inr) which i had made payment via paytm gateway online through hdfc to credit card. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.

I ordered a wrist watch my order was confirmed and i paid money through google pay i got mail and message tooo but my order is not shown in my club factory account i'm unable to track my order while tracking my order it has been showing that invalid number this order number doesn't exist so please try to find out my order and track my order as soon as possible.

Went in customs clearance on 10th jan 2020,
Its more than 15 days order stuck in customs clearance,
No update, estimate time is already passed.
Customer care number is also not working
Please delivery my order as soon as possible. Its too late.

Refund id: sor[protected] i had sent the order back and had requested for refund but still it is not initiated till now. I had paid it online via debit card. I had returned the order in the month of december and now it is the month of january it is written that the amount would be refunded in 5-10 bussiness days and it is not yet released. Please do the needful.

I had ordered a jacket worth 3000 from club factory and returned it due to the size issue. Its been 2 weeks the amount is not reflected in my account also their app had no option to get the size changed for me. After returning the product to the agent the app didn't reflect about the product that its is been returned. I believe the service is the worst when it comes to returns and refunds. I have ordered air compressor in clubfactory on dec 18th. The product is returnable. And am not satisfied with the quality of the product that i have received. I have applied for return and it's been cancelled multiple times. They are not refunding my money or picking up my call even after raising the complaint. The customer care has blocked my number. We bought shoes from club factory
He had delivery 16 january 9:15 am
But we didn't get this date
We call the delivery boy
And he told me to tell the tracking code
We say it
He said that i will call you from here.
We waited his call for two days.
Then we called him. Deliverymen
He told us, in whose name is it?
We also called him a name.
Then also said the address.
Still he didn't give us the shoe..

I haven't received me order which had to come by 16 jan! It's stuck under custom clearance! Order no is so[protected]! It is a already paid order! Please kindly deliver my order for which i have paid so much and waited for so long. My order was split into 2! I have received only one! It consist of three things, one top and two mufflers! I did order from club factory on 18 dcm and payed by my cerdit card 3700 but they did not response me after deducted my money even did not give me conformation mssg.. Or order number they are fraud.... Fraud shopping app. I ordered a watch they gave me a broken one and also of different colour. They didn't even come to receive the product and refund my money even after giving a refund request. And also the customer care never receives the call. Neither i have received any word from the company regarding my refund process. Kindly return me my money.

And i also didn't get any order placement confirmation message from the club factory
This is very disappointing for me
I want my money back. I'm very pissed off with this app
