My order no is so[protected] on club factory. I have ordered abdominal belt with wrong size so i want to cancel my order. Order not yet despatch but still i am unable to cancel the order because cancel order key not activated. So please cancel my ord
I am also trying to chat and mail to customer care but no one give proper response. Also trying to contact on customer care number but nobody response.
Please help me.

    As i ordered an ear phn before 7 days and also made a card payment with it.. I can't track the order.. Did nt receive my order or else you should refund my amount.. You didn't do that also..

    .. But i cant track my order with this msg.. At the same time no proper web site.. Worst.. Never ever seen such this

        Please place my order r refund my money i have every kind of details for my payment... Y u people cheating for customers.. I[censored] can't provide best service thn dnt start such fraudulent apps... From last two days my order is showing.. Unpaid the amount has been deducted from my account please don't make online payment for such fraudulent apps... I want my money no need to continue wth ur company. Please customers dnt make online payment in club factory otherwise u will loss ur money.. Becareful while transacting becz thy can theft our money by showing unpaid or unsuccessful payment be aware of that we can't blv like ths apps for our payment.. Thy r irresponsible by resolving our complaint... At least nw after... Dnt gv chance for this

          I ordered some products on club factory on 26th dec 2019 but i havent received them yet. My order number is so[protected]. The shipment status was last updated on 7th of january 2020.

          The order is pending for custom clearance.

          Extremely poor service. Not going to purchase any product from club factory ever. I lost my money. Kindky process the delivery of my purchase asap.

              Complain nos. are as follows in the clubfactory system:- 835510 & 830714. I have been told that the complain number from their side shows the resolution that already the money have been transferred from their side. But after confirmation with bank & passbook update it is confirmed that no money have been transferred to any of the accounts.

              Updated by David Lombi               I have been waiting from December 2019 to current date and whenever I call the customer care I am told to wait for another more days everytime I call them. I have been caused lots of mental distress and sentimental hurts. I cannot tolerate anymore.

                I purchase boat rockerz 255 sports blutooth wirless earphone (Active black) boat 255. Order no s[protected], invoice no. 2014077ca00516, invoice dt 24/12/2019. And delivered date on 29/12/2019. But product i recived stopped working in around 15 days.
                I contacted to boat customer service and submmited invoice. (Created complaint ticket no.927302)
                Request to replace the earphone or refund my money

                  I ordered two icehockey skate for a crucial match to be on 25/01/2020. I ordered the skate on 12 january 2020 as delivery time shows 4 to days. But after 4 days the tracking status shows item in preparing process. So i contact the club factory customer care and they assured me to deliver the order by 20/01/2020 but i did received on checking the status it still shows item in preparing stage. I contacted more than 5 customer care executives of club factory all have a same question sir we may refund you. I asked one to meet me to their higher official he said they have no right to talk to their higher official. They ruined the future of my sons.
                  So if anyone is gonna to buy from club factory please avoid it is a big trap. They will waste your time, money and above all they will tease you they have not a little customer value.

                    Incorrect product delivered but still the order is shown as order under process by seller. I am unable to place the return request.

                    Product delivered on 22nd jan 2020. Still the order is shown as being processed by seller and the status is still not changed in the app i am unable to place the return request. Tried calling customer support but they are not at all helping out.

When ever i am checking order by tracking online, it shows order tracking not found or it is expired etc etc. I have already fully paid for the item ordered. Please tell me what is to be done. The company is not sending sms or mail. This is very horrible situation and it is embrassing to give order through this.

                          Placed order no so[protected] for one product on 1st december 2019 & paid amount through paytm. Club factory could not supply product up to 24th december 2019. The order cancelled & created complain ticket #865108, but regret to inform you that my money has not been refunded in spite of repeating reminders by mail & verbal to customers care executive. Till today (23.01.2020) my amount has not been refunded. Every time getting same reply we are pushing up seller to cancel the order & refund the money.
                          Request to get my money refunded at the earliest.

                                  I got the call from clubfactory customer care n he told me to give your contact num n after sum time i got the msg that sum of (Rs 10000) ws deducted from your account & the payment was done for clubfactory & i hav not done any shopping from clubfactory so how can u deduct amt from my account.
                                  I have registered a complaint in police station about that employee who call me from clubfactory i want my money 10000 back in any how & such a fraud employees remove them n shut down the company
