I have received a message and call for dispatch of my order so[protected] on sunday which is holiday and so i was out of town and told them to deliver on monday (13/01/2020) but still they have not delivered to my office address even after assurance to the address which i have mentioned in the delivery address details.
Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

    I had a wrong order delivered to me. However i raised a return complaint which the logistics person has cancelled from his end. Post which it became a nightmare for me. I escalated it more than 6-7 times through an email, chat and over phone call. I havent received any resolution. Their chat team is also so mechanical. They even dont read through the escalation matter. Its been 3 months since the issue is unresolved and my refund of app rs 4000 is not being made. Hope here i could get a resolution

I want to return the product but i don't know how to return product also i have not received any positive response from club factory customer care executive i have called many times but my problem is not solved yet. I am continue trying to call or chat with customer care executive from november 2019. But problem is not solved at today so please solve my problem as soon as possible

        Sir i purchased a winter coat from club factory it was delivered to me on 30 nov 2019. But this product is not good as i expected so i want to return the product. From nov 30 to today i am continue ask k solution to customer care executive but my problem is not solved yet. I have not got any positive response. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I have ordered the above item as per above and delivered the item on[protected]. But in packet only headphone was there. No manual book, warranty card, charging cable of JBL have been found in the box. More over it was not covered by transparent paper.
          I therefore request you kindly refund the item and send the same new one.

          I have ordered a saree from club factory. I want to return my order but there is no information provided to return the on how to return this guest order. Can some one please help me. Is there no way we can return it? But the website says we have to return the order in 9 days.

            Ordered shoes from club factory app on 1st december 2019. Order no - so[protected]. Expected delivery date was 23rd december 2019. I paid for the parcel in hope of receiving on time. But after 2 month, i am yet to receive the shoes. I informed club factory via email ([protected]@clubfactory.com; [protected]@clubfactory.com)

            They informed that they will try and deliver it soon on 9th january. I provided them my contact number but still no response.

            Now i dont want that shoes. Please club factory cancel my order & refund my amount of rs.895.00

              I placed my order on 21/12/2019 that too a prepaid order.

              My expected delivery date was 7/01/2020 which they changed to 8/01/2020.
              No proper customer care number to contact.
              So i contacted them through email & they replied that they will be delivering before 16/01/2020.
              It's already 16th, where is my product, no shipping details showing, nothing.
              How pathetic service.

                I have ordered some products from club factory worth 8000... Already prepaid on 23 of december... It has still not been delivered... They are still keeping my order pending not even shipped yet. Either deliver my order fast or refund the money quickly... I didn't expect club factory to be so slow...                       I have ordered for universal car mobile phone holder on club factory which was delivered on 3rd jan, 2019. I have returned the same immediately as the piece is not sticking to my car dash board. The return id is son[protected]. As the purposed is not served i have returned it immediately. But now the vendor/seller took the return and rejected. As a result i neither has the product nor my money. The return reason given is "other reasons" which is pathetic

                        I ordered a watch at club factory and then I got it back back and got money in my account but due to problems I refunded it in my account balance and then I tried to refund it with help of paytm I give a my paytm number and now it has been taking up to half aur 1 month and my money is not with me at my paytm number so club factory is words words words please return my money otherwise dotdotdot

                            I have placed 2 orders on december 28th (So[protected] and 29th (So[protected]. It was expected to be delivered on january 15th and 16th. But the order has not been shipped yet. It was an urgent order as i'll be leaving the country on jan 25th. I haven't received a single response from the club factory even after calling their customer care service and sending so many mails.

                              I ordered 2 items from the club factory app on 29 december 2019 but then cancelled the order on the same day. The order number is so[protected] then i talked to the customer care executive regarding the refund of the order and they said that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Its been 14 days till now and i have not received the amount. The amount is rs 398.

Of shrug, which is not good according to my choice. So i return it next day. Secondly still i have not received the denim jacket. So today i cancel the 2nd order due to not deliver the well in time.                                     It's been so many days, but my products which i placed on cf is not received yet. And cf is not taking any kind of responsibility about this, it's been more than 10 days, and estimation date is also over, and finally texted to customer service and they are responding like ur products are out of stock. And i am in shock and they are asking my suggestion that to cancel or u can wait.
                                    Such a reticulus answer they are giving
                                    I asked why don't you guys show out of stock while iam placeing the order. And they are telling same and same again and again.
                                    This is a big lesson for me that should not be any kind of order on club factory in a life ever again

                                      I have placed an return request (Order no. So[protected], its more then 1.5 months, the product is not yet picked up, in spite of charging rs 90 as return fee, unlike any other online portal. My refund was not even processed. Customer care was of no use, called almost every day, but issue was not resolved. Resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                                      I will not be ordering from club factory anymore, nor will suggest or let anyone known to order from the website. It is such an problematic and hectic way of online service.
                                      Totally disappointed..
