This is regarding order number SO[protected]. I ordered 3 Jeans, but i found only one very very poor quality jeans in packet. full amount of 3 jeans was mentioned on invoice that was received with packet.
I e-mailed to club factory india but not received any response.
mentioned call center number [protected] is not existing.
Please refund my money back to my bank account.

    I just ordered 3 products from club factory but the estimated time is too long its showing 26 jan and i want it to be delivered before 20 jan i asked them to deliver earlier but they said they will be delivered only at the estimated date and i also paid for that product online i want value for my money!! I want my order to be delivered before 20 january anyhow !!!

      I had to complain about it that club factory doesn't have its own helpline or any support system to talk to the executive worker contact them directly after complaining hare I got my order cancelled and they initiated the refund which I didn't get it's been 8 days and I think I need my money as soon as possible and I shouldn't be complaining about it and this service should be so good that I get it without any complaints

        I ordered a pair of shoes on 06th Jan 2020 from Club Factory made the payment through debit card. I have not recieved any tracking number. All I got the message is from the bank that money has been deducted for purchasing the shoe through club factory.

        I called up the Club Factory customer care number today and they do not have any clue about my order as I logged in through guest user.

        Please help.

          My order SO[protected] was placed on 1st December, but till date it is showing preparing and asking me to be patient. Expected date of delivery was between 9th to 19th December and on the app it is still showing the same. Moreover, 50% of my order has been cancelled as it is out of stock. It was a prepaid order. Very bad experience for the 1st time with Club factory... Really upset None of the Customer care nos. are working.

            I have ordered for two products on 25thDecember, 2019 and the estimated time given for the delivery is 11thJanuary, 2020. But i wanted to confirm whether i will recieve my order on the given date or not as i am leaving for out of station on 13thJanuary, 2020 for two months.
            If i wont get my order on the given date than ill have to cancel the order as such. Please help me with the delivery on the given date.

              I order a cap and a ring so[protected] of ₹514 i paid though google pay and i order has been vanished and am not able to track it. When i open my club factory account and visit my orders it showes no order but i order this almost 17 days back and still haven't received it. I order by the name of ranjana. And i want is to be solved as soon as possible u either gave me refund or u can deliver my order back to me

                I placed an order on club factory online app with order no so[protected] on 01/12/2019. I have already paid for the order. Today its been over 1 month and i am yet to receive my ordered item. Earlier i posted a complaint already regarding the same in this site the status of which has been updated as resolved. The matter though is yet to be resolved as i have not yet received the delivery. I also requested for the cancellation of my order and refund for the same. Nothing as such happened. Please take immediate step for the matter.
                Called and said that I won a Car. I said send so he asked for regitration online fees etc and when I said I will complain it to police, he started talking dirty on phone. Please take an action.I also asked for his id etc that he gave me from his whatsapp number. Phone Number - [protected]

                  I have received a call from club factory nitin kumar saying that you have received 1st prize mahendra xuv500 or you want amount. I found it fake thus called to club factory website https://clubfactoryluckydraw.com/

                  In this website, the number was [protected] and the person sent me whats app saying please share your bank details and he messaged me from another number vishal. I have all the chats. Please look into this as they are playing with people's emotions. I feel like i am saved coz i understood from the conversation that this can be fake but there are many people who can get into the trap..

                    I have not received my order yet... Its been a one month my order is delayed.. I had placed order on 3rd december and expected delivery was on 11th december.. I can't even cancel my order as it is showing the order has been shipped.. But i can't see the product under shipped category.. I hope u deliver my order asap.. Its a humble request

                      I've ordered bracelet in club factory worth rs 193. The piece which i've received was broken one. So i applied for return. I had choose cod for delivery.

                      On saturday courier boy came and got the defective bracelet and said that this will be sent to warehouse for checking purpose and you will get your refund amount by courier process itself since you have choose cod for delivery.

                      Today evening only i've got message that my refund amount has been refunded in club factory app. Through that app only we want to transferred it to my bank account.

                      What the hell it is? It is the right way to give customers for return process. Club factory customer service staffs should contact customers for the convenient way for the contomers to get their amount. Very worst customer service in club factory.

                      And that too within 3 days we have to withdraw our refund amount in that club factory app. How can it will be possible with error system.

                      Pls rectify this. I want my refund amount as soon as possible that is within 2 days.

                      Already they have not included delivery amount rs 50 in my refund amount. It is not my mistake to get defective item. It is their mistake only for sending defective piece for customer. So i want rs 242 which i've given while i received the defective bracelet.

                      Pls refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I've ordered bracelet in club factory. I've received defective bracelet (broken piece). My order id SO[protected] So i applied for return. I got that bracelet in COD Mode. The courier boy came and received the piece to be return and said that this defective piece will be sent to warehouse for checking purpose and then after 3 days I will get refund amount through courier person itself as I've already choose COD Mode for delivery.

                          The courier boy came on Saturday itself and got the defective item. Today is Tuesday till now I haven't received my refund amount.

                          Club factory is cheating me by refunding my amount in CLUB FACTORY APP. They are asking me to withdraw my amount by giving Account details and then through Club factory app the amount will be transferred to my account.

                          I've applied all details but withdrawal process has been failed because of system error.

                            I have ordered a jacket from club factory.
                            Cost of jacket was 1300rs. I paid the amount through google pay. And the jacket is not even shipped yet. They have already taken money and now they are not even delivering the product. And there is not even a single helpline number which is working. I don't know how to contact them.
                            I want to know whether they will deliver my product or not. Else i want full refund of my order.

                                In 2019, I placed 3 orders in club factory on December 17 and 22 in Club factory. My order numbers are SO[protected], SO[protected] and SO[protected] . Order number SO[protected] is delayed. Estimated delivery date was 4th of January 2020. This particular order stopped updating since 23rd December 2019 and orders placed on 22nd December stopped updating since December 28th 2019. And on top of that there is no tracking ids for these three orders plus no satisfactory responses from Club factory's FAQ.
                                I have not received my order for 45 days. When I complained they are saying order is delivered. How and where is my order. This company is fully fake, looting the customer's money

Phone number is unreachable. Mails not responded to. Do not order from club factory. At least refund my money if you can't send the product

                                  Today is, 7th January.The app isn't showing any signs of delivery.On 29th December Club factory sent me a message that my order has been successfully deliverd to me.I didn't recieve anything.But, the app showed that my order wasn't delivered.I don't know whats happening.I'm a new customer.It's my second buy in club factory.But, my experience isn't good.Even the first delivery was late by 2 days.Please, solve my issues.I'm looking forward to it.

                                        I ordered from club factory on 11th dec 2019 order id is so[protected] amount is 2014 and i didn't receive it yet. 2nt order id is so[protected] and amount is 4666. This is also i didn't receive my total amount is 6680 rupees stuck in club factory they are also not refunding my money as they said we can't refund you and i also didn't get order. Every time when i call or mail them they give different reasons for delay. And also not giving any solution.
