I ordered cardigan for winter wear from club factory app and i just paid from by my debit card and the payment get successful from the bank but the order show confirm and the club factory shows unpaid don't know why and says it's take 72 hr for processing after some time i saw again my order it shows the your transaction has failed please try again. Please do something

    My order no is SO[protected], SO[protected] and SO[protected]. I have ordered this on 27th December, 2019. My orders are not shipped yet. I want to cancel these three orders. Even after, I have cancelled these orders through club factory app, the orders are still processing. I hope immediate cancellation, of the above mentioned orders, as soon as possible.

      Recently i ordered a product from club factory having the order no. So[protected]... I just want to make a request that there is an urgent need on my order... So can you please deliver my product before 10january 2020... As the delivery date is given as 14 january... Please ship my order as soon as possible as there is an urgent need...         I was ordered a warm baby romper of 90cm.. It delivered me on 20th dec, i want to return it, order no so[protected], i want this product with 110 cm size, there is no option shown me for return, i need return or replace soon, it's very disheartening for me that u guys try to cheat customer, disgusting really, i need clearance soon with in shortly ok.

          I ordered "rechargable s109 wireless bluetooth headphone wireless stereo over the ear with 6 hours talking | hbns-s109-blth_blue-01" it received on 27/12/2019 but when i open above order then i am shocked because box is empty. So what i do now. Bacause when i contact customer care they say that use chat option on club factory. I chat with club factory customer care and as per their suggestion i mail my complain to [protected]@clubfactory.com so now i want my refund

            I had returned order so[protected] for which i didn't got refunded in my clubfactory application. The problem is that i have been sending mails and trying all the time for the last 10 days " how long do i have to wait for this and no feedback or response from the team.

              I would order a portable soundlink bluetooth wireless speaker from crazy deals on club factory at a price of 58 but it was canceled by club factory. So i ask you why you should cancel my order i want answers and and also want to rebook it at that price. If you would not rebook it then i does not order anything from club factory and also tell others to not to buy anything from club factory

                I ordered an item on 1st december 2019. My order no is so[protected]. Today it is 29th december 2019 and i still haven't received my order. I approached customer service through chat which was not helpful at all. The customer service contact number provided as [protected] doesn't work. Whenever i dial, it says not in service. Whenever i am contactng with customer service team through chat, all they are saying is they have requested the merchant to deliver my goods. No other proper details given for the status of the order. Please cancel my order & refund my money. I cant wait any longer.

                  Order no. So[protected] was delivered today but the product was having different size of clothes than what we ordered. We ordered xl size of all three hoodies but the sizes came were too short. This isn't the way you treat and serve your customers. We are very disappointed by the products we received. We want to get refunded or else get an exchange for it. We are not satisfied with your service. Even i am not able to find my guest account. Please do needful soon. We want the refund.

There is no portal available on site to cancel the order, even i m not able to connect through call, mail or text.                           This is for "so[protected]". I have placed an order for 7 items. However, i reveived only 4 items. Following 3 items are missing in the package thats been delivered.

                          2 sets of 6 strong nailed kitchen wall hanging rear hook.

                          One peice of plastic storage towel rack kitchen accessories

                          I have contacted club factory customer support multiple times. Raised two complaints but i am told that the weight of the packagse was checked and my package was complete. And hence there will be no support available to me. I have attached the pictures of the items received by me, why is it a cusotmer's fault if something is missing in the delivered package.

                          Did i pack the items or delivered it? If something happens in between why do the customer has to bear the burden?

                          And on top of it how astonishing it is to say that the weight was checked. What do you guys think should be the weight of 12 plastic hooks and one plastic towel rack. Some grams? Even the box that the items were packed into would weigh much more than that.

                          There is no way for me to apply refund on app. There is only an option available for return. I raised a return request selecting the option "item missing" but then i will be asked to return the item. How would i return something that isnt even delivered to me?

                          Please find a resolution to this. I would in no way accept that i paid for the stuff that isnt delivered. Either have those delivered to me or get the amount refunded (Inr 474.84).

                            I had got a hoodie from club factory on 5th as per my order. But the size was too small from what i had order. I made a return request and the respective person came to my home and took the product and gave me a return slip that i have attached. But in the app it is showing that the return request has been cancelled and re apply for a return and iam not getting a refund. It`s been a month. Everyday they ask me to re apply for return but what i will return again when i have already returned it earlier. Then also i re applied and again a man came to take the package but i told him that i have already returned the package i don`t have anything i just re applied for a return because i have been told to do so. They are not ready to give my ₹405 rupees. I want my whole money back without a deduction of ₹90 since it`s none of my mistake. My order no. Is so[protected]

                              Club factory is completely fake and doing false and misleading advertisement as if goods r imported from foreign.. And you can see the sunday bazaar 100rs. Product that i have received.. They charge 90 rs. For return and say quality isn't their issue.. They do delays in payment and now my 4000rs. R stuck with them and they r doing unnecessary delays in withdrawing (As showing the attached picture) and i hv faced mental agony bcz of them bcz m following up with them from last one month for all this

                                  We had placed an order through club factory on 8dec and online payment of rs. 1431 was made the same day. After 18 days club factory informed stating the order has been cancelled and we are not even aware of. Avinash contract [protected] i had spoken to him as per the number updated on google, he was very abusive. We have requested for a full refund but it doesn’t seem to happen.
                                  I spoke to rohit requesting for the escalation matrix but there was nothing from his end. He kept me on hold for 20 min and later he cut my call

                                      Ref - order no : so[protected] dtd[protected]:15:29 & so[protected] dtd[protected]:05:53 for bluetooth head set.. Both were prepaid, and on tracking i got the info as its ready to pack for shipment after 3 days of order - on 13/12/19. On 16/12 when i re checked, i found the status as "
                                      Part of your order from factories is delayed. We will ship your order as soon as it is fulfilled.". I dont understand, for a blue tooth headset, what part of items are missed

                                      I had send mails and reminders to the mail id provided and also made calls to the support no - but no response..

                                      Will i get the shipment on the committed date - 31/12/19. Or atleast there must b a reply about the delivery date. Is there any way to get compensation o[censored]ndue delay.?

                                        I shop regularly from clubfactory website. Likewise i had ordered products in clubfactory 2 months back. My order number is so[protected].
                                        At the time of placing order, i was told it will take 18 days for delivery of the product. So, i awaited for the roduct eagerly and cancelled my travel for this sake. Now, when i am out of the city, i got the message from clubfactory the the product is out for delivery. I had totally forgotten about this since it was more the 50-60 days back. I even assumed the order is cancelled. I request your to cancel my order since i will not be available for another 15 days. They are threatening that i will be blacklisted and cod option will be blocked. Hence i request you to understand the circumstances and do the needful. I will be returning to shopping in clubfactory. I don't want to lose the shopping experience and products from clubfactory.
