I ordered cardigan for winter wear from club factory app and i just paid from by my debit card and the payment get successful from the bank but the order show confirm and the club factory shows unpaid don't know why and says it's take 72 hr for processing after some time i saw again my order it shows the your transaction has failed please try again. Please do something...

Even after, I have cancelled these orders through club factory app, the orders are still processing. I hope immediate cancellation, of the above mentioned orders, as soon as possible....

I was ordered a warm baby romper of 90cm.. It delivered me on 20th dec, i want to return it, order no so[protected], i want this product with 110 cm size, there is no option shown me for return, i need return or replace soon, it's very disheartening for me that u guys try to cheat customer, disgusting really, i need clearance soon with in shortly ok....

I ordered a product on club factory on dated 12/10/2019 and i sudenly cancel that order coz the address issue. Then club factory give me reply ' your order cancelled, and refunded within 5 - 10 days, but i'm not reciew refund yet. Date 29/12/2019 and they not reciev call too...

Hello, i am saiyyad maajid from bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). I ordered on december 19 (2019) its an urgent request to cancel my order number (So[protected] i want to cancel the order it is taking too much time to deliver. There is no portal available on site to cancel the order, even i m not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unnecessary efforts...

This is for "so[protected]". I have placed an order for 7 items. However, i reveived only 4 items. Following 3 items are missing in the package thats been delivered.

I had got a hoodie from club factory on 5th as per my order. But the size was too small from what i had order. I made a return request and the respective person came to my home and took the product and gave me a return slip that i have attached. But in the app it is showing that the return request has been cancelled and re apply for a return and iam not getting a refund. It`s been a month. Club factory is completely fake and doing false and misleading advertisement as if goods r imported from foreign.. And you can see the sunday bazaar 100rs. Product that i have received.. After 18 days club factory informed stating the order has been cancelled and we are not even aware of.
