My Order No.SO[protected]. I placed order on 15.12.19 with Club Factory App. On 18.12.19 I received a sms that my order is being processed. After that I have not received any intimation from Club Factory. No tracking details are available and I have not received my product till date. The customer care number is also not working No.[protected]. Please help. I have paid Rs.1500.00 for all the products. Please help me to receive the products....

My amount got debited from my card for the order. But still I didn't recieve any mail or message regarding the order confirmation. And I dont know my order number so that I am unable to retrieve the order details. I checked all over my mailbox but i didnt receive any .Could you please help me on this for tracking order details or refund the money back....

The above mentioned order has not even been shipped yet although it is about exceed the expected delivery date already. The order was placed on 17.12.19 and there is no option available even to cancel the order now. If not delivered within the expected dates as mentioned, there would be no further requirement of it. I seek at least cancellation of the order & refund if not timely delivery....

The watch was defected and I returned and the refund was given in the balance of club factory. And i wanted to use the balance in my next order. And i selected the COD mode but they are not crediting the balance, they are telling that i have to put credit /debit card. But i want the credit of the balance in my next order in COD mode as i don't have a credit/debit card or paytm. Please club factory...

Order no. SO[protected] ordered on 3rd December has not yet been delivered. Everytime it shows as shipped/ preparing by the warehouse. There is no clear communication as to when it will be delivered. It is very disappointing. Totally unhappy. Chatted with the executive who promised that he will look into it and make sure that it will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. It is really time consuming to keep a track of delivery....

I ask them to send me the cheque but they insisted isted that i must shate my account details.
I ask them to whatapp me the proof of my lucky draw win.

I ordered men's male overcoat casual solid slim fit st and collar zipper men jackets with order no. So[protected]. The size i ordered was xl, but i received very short size and it looks like i got s (Small) size.

Hi, just a weeks ago, i ordered a jacket from club factory. I never received the package because the person in charge of delivery has sold the product to someone else in another place. He texted me personally saying that he had sold it to someone else in another place. I am very disappointed with the delivery service. Kindly do something about it.

I recently ordered 2 shipments. The first one with order number SO[protected] I received wrong size and yet club factory refuse to refund me in full. Such terrible customer service. They are of no help plus they contradicted their own promise and assurance of refunding me in full besides being club factory's error.

The second one with order no SO[protected] I haven't received yet besides being it's due date passed.

I placed an order on club factory on 20th of November supposed to be delivered in 15th of December which obviously did not happened so i applied for refund which again took them a week or two to get me refunded and now that it's been refunded i tried withdrawing it to my bank account which was unsuccessful, so i had to go for other option, to my paytm wallet but it only shows withdrawal processing for two days now . Then said if cash save this no. In name of nitin kumar and send your bank a/c no. And send money to club factory bank a/c and said then you have to pay 3500 as registration and then bank will call you and then he asked 18900 for transfering such a large amount and then asking for...
