I ordered Wireless MI Bluetooth Neck Bend from online order, but when I checked, I found that the one I had ordered was not sent to anyone else, so they deducted more money Please Refund My 550.00 amount and eraly as possible to my refund and No color sent as me chose from online order time wrong colour recieved.

My Order No.SO[protected]. I placed order on 15.12.19 with Club Factory App. On 18.12.19 I received a sms that my order is being processed. After that I have not received any intimation from Club Factory. No tracking details are available and I have not received my product till date. The customer care number is also not working No.[protected]. Please help. I have paid Rs.1500.00 for all the products. Please help me to receive the products. It is now 3 weeks.

I also find that the Company is still adveritising for products.

I want to return the order that i recieved 10 mins ago... ..the product i ordered and the product i got...are completely different...i orderes a combo set of huda lipsticks which on cash on delivery costed me 320 bucks...what is shown in the product and description is something else..and the product is something else...its the most pathetic prodict that i have ever got...the company is fake and its product too are fake... according to the discription adn the picture shown their should have been 8 different shades ...but on the other hand i got six same shades...and rest two different from the six shades but similar to each othere...inshort i have been cheated by the company...i want my money back asap...!!!

And I dont know my order number so that I am unable to retrieve the order details. The above mentioned order has not even been shipped yet although it is about exceed the expected delivery date already. The order was placed on 17.12.19 and there is no option available even to cancel the order now. If not delivered within the expected dates as mentioned, there would be no further requirement of it. I seek at least cancellation of the order & refund if not timely delivery.

I have returned a fossil Wrist watch due to quality issue and the same was accepted by the company. Now, I have received a message from the company "A refund of Rs.1500.45 has been refunded to your google account(google_user_[protected]) balance. You may withdraw your balance in club factory app and receive 1-3 day". I didn't receive this amount yet. Since I have paid the amount for the product by using my credit card, I request the company to return the amount to the same account at the earliest.
Hope you will initiate to solve the problem immediately

I bought a watch from club factory.
The watch was defected and I returned and the refund was given in the balance of club factory. And i wanted to use the balance in my next order. And i selected the COD mode but they are not crediting the balance, they are telling that i have to put credit /debit card. But i want the credit of the balance in my next order in COD mode as i don't have a credit/debit card or paytm. Please club factory help me out with this.

Order no. SO[protected] ordered on 3rd December has not yet been delivered. Everytime it shows as shipped/ preparing by the warehouse. There is no clear communication as to when it will be delivered. It is very disappointing. Totally unhappy. Chatted with the executive who promised that he will look into it and make sure that it will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. It is really time consuming to keep a track of delivery.

I got a lucky draw winner call from scammer who said they are from club factory. They said i won 12, 50000 or tata safari.
I ask them to send me the cheque but they insisted isted that i must shate my account details.
I ask them to whatapp me the proof of my lucky draw win.
Whats funny is that they shared the following picture of the winners cheque.
Its taken on the bed and its a blank cheque.

They guy said its been sent from the md of the club factory and told the clothes name and order no .it was right

Club factory should do an internal audit before one of the onsumers file a case against club factory for leaking info.

I want the government to file a case against club factory

I ordered men's male overcoat casual solid slim fit st and collar zipper men jackets with order no. So[protected]. The size i ordered was xl, but i received very short size and it looks like i got s (Small) size.
Now i am returning it rs.90 is being deducted & actual refund amount is rs.542. This is not my mistake if you guys have send the wrong item. As per my physique i generally wear l or xl size. But this jacket i can't get my arms inside the sleeves.
Kindly request you to consider this complaint seriously and get your mistake corrected. Refund rs.631 as total amount, not a single penny suppose to get deducted. I think you understand the point that i am trying to make.
I would be happy if my request would be accepted... Or i would stop shopping from club factory and neither recommend anyone to use it.
