I have ordered a choker (So[protected] i was not contacted and my package was return shipped. I ordered it because i want it. It is return shipped. And my money that will also not be refunded. Im extremely disappointed. I want my order. Can u please ship it to me. I had no clue about this i was not contacted. How can it be so inconvenient. Please deliver my order to me. All my delivery details are correct.

    I have placed the order on 10th dec 2019, and till now my order status is “please be patient your order is getting prepared “. I don’t know what they are preparing from past 25days when the estimated date mentioned in app was from 18th dec to 28th dec. When i called their customer care, they are such arrogant and rude people, the customer care executive told me that if you want your order then you have to wait. But my question is how long i have to wait?? Do you guys need more than a month to process an order?? If this is the case then please cancel my order and refund my money.

    That’s my problem that even after calling twice to the company customer care, no action has been taken to process my order. Even the customer care executive is not supportive to tell me the exact reason for delay and by when I should expect my order, instead of that they are telling me that if you want your order you have to wait that’s it. I have not received any mail or sms from company to inform about delay and new expected delivery date. The order is still stuck in the same action “preparing” from dec 16 to till now and company doesn’t even care to help us process the order. I don’t want to wait for another 1-2months( as I have seen complaints from other ppl waiting from 1-2 month for their order), please process my order asap or cancel it and refund.

      I was ordered this product on 2019 december 21. And i payed the amount via online money transfer but still i don't receive the product and i was try to complaint that club factory app but they don't respond that's why i'm here so please take this complaint seriously because i want that product soon as well as it is possible because i ordered that product for my wedding anniversary at 6.1.2020 so i want that product immediately please

        I have withdrawn 20 usd in one bank account and 20 usd in 2nd bank accnount but in filling information in 2nd bank account... I filled incomplete account number in 2nd withdrawl... Now 1st bank account balance has been withdrawn of 20 usd... But 2nd withdrawl of 2nd banl account has been in the procces since i have filled incomplete account number in 2nd withdrawl... Please help me so that i can fill the complete account number and withdraw 20 usd in my account

          I've order 2 sweaters from club factory 2 months back status shows it's delivered to courier partner 1 month back but haven't rcvd the product till date.
          When reached out to customer care desk, they are not responding to my concerns.
          24*7 helpline is never available for customers.
          Pls help me getting my refund.
          I've all the proofs for my prepaid oder not yet delivered.

              how can you say that the complaint is resolved it is not resolved yet neither i recieved any notification nor i recieved any type of call, iam trying continuously on club factory but they are not resolving my problem, please resolve my problem as soon possible if you will not resolved my problem then i think i should go a bit higher than you

                  I had placed an order for bat sleeve wing grey sweater dress along with the a black fleece lined sweater order no so[protected], i received only the sweater but not the grey sweater dress which till today has not been delivered. Totally disappointed with clubfactory. Please provide me with refund for the order i[censored]navailable. Their customer service is pathetic and useless and they are totally unresponsive. I even the ivr chat system is a useless features. Their customer service number also does not connect.

                  I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 15th december and paid online but my order is still processing i want to cancel my order and get money refunded. 22 days have passed and its still processing thir custmor care isnt working reaching to them is impossible.i need my money back or order as soon as possible.i hope u take some action

                  My order no. Is SO[protected], it is still not delivered to me. It tooks more than one month. I ordered on November 18 . But still it is not delivered. So tell me in how much time I will get my order?
                  The delivery boy is not delivering my order in a correct address inspite of calling and saying the correct address. My order is showing me a rto noticed. Now I don't know what to do. And I had paid my money already . But I'm not getting my order.

                    I ordered a satin gold saree but the material i got is very hard it is of very low quality. I want to return it but while returning process it is showing zero refund. I tried to call on customer service but it is saying not a valid number. It was first time when i have ordered something from club factory and it is worst experience. I just want my money back. If there is an returning option then it should work properly you can deduct some amount but showing zero is like not good. The customer care number they have provided do not work. It is very disappointing.

                      I placed an order (So[protected] without a login id with my phone number in place.

                      Next, to track i though i would create a login id. I lgged in with the same number as before.

                      Now, neither did i get the product. Nor did i get an email. I tried to look in guest orders and it has now started saying that the mobile number is tagged with another user (That is i mysel[censored]) and that i should provide a number number for the guest order

                      Please help!!!

                        I ordered an item on 16th december 2019. My order no is so[protected]. Today it is 3rd january 2020 and i still haven't received my order. Even product is not shipped yet. Very disappointed from club factory delivery. If you cannot send the items on estimated date then why you guys give estimated date. Please do something about it or cancel my order & refund my money. I can't wait any longer.

                          My order id is so[protected]. I was order this on 27/12/2019 in clubfactory by mobile browser without loging in and paid by card but i didnt get any messages by club factory about that product i have ordered. One message got on 30 dec yesterday that -[club factory] your order (So[protected] is being processed by factories. To prepare your items, it takes about 1-3 business days.- but not delivered yet and i cant track my shipment too.
                          My product has reachedonly at kuthparamba.As per the delivery address it should be reach kolayad.
                          I gave the phone number to contact me then why they aren't calling when the time of delivery😠

                            Brought a lg tone neck band head set from club factory. It is a defective piece, asked for reverse pick up. From one month the reverse pick up didn't happened and still refund of 399 rs is pending. Contacted multiple times to club factory customer care, they are incompetent to provide the solution.

                                I ordered from club factory. Last time i recieved the item within 5 days. Then i ordered few more items and part of that order was delivered soon but remaining items have still not been delivered. It's been more than 1 month now... Pls refund the amount asap as those items are of no use now!!

                                    I ordered 2 woolen Kurtis and received only one that too with different color and size. While I have already paid for two and the other one was missing in the packet. The only packet I've received shows billing for both and delivery of both. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                                    PS; Really regret ordering from CF. Worst first and definitely the last one with CF. Besides all this why would the customer bear the shipping fee if it's all your fault in delivering the actual ordered product.

                                        I made the order SO[protected] in Nov 2019. The scheduled delivery date was 28 Nov. After a months delay and several complaints I received the package in late December.
                                        However one item was missing.
                                        1.The app does not let me apply for refund since the option is greyed out.(although it does say returns /refund available till 8 Jan)
                                        2. The helpline numbers for India do not even ring. They simply get disconnected.
                                        3. I have sent several emails to the IDs mentioned on the site. No response
                                        4. I have tried the chat option. Only gives me redundant automated responses
                                        5. The Facebook messenger also gives only automated irrelevant responses
                                        Club factory is cheating customers, wasting their time and money.
                                        Kindly refund my money or send me the product immediately club factory.
                                        Will never place an order here again. Its a terribly painful experience.
