I have placed two orders on club factory . The order confirmation nos. are as follows
SO[protected] and SO[protected]. I have email messages that the orders have been sent to the factory for shipment. After that there are no new email messages regarding shipment and delivery. Can you please update me on these two orders. Both these orders have been paid for.

    I have placed an order on 2nd december with order number so[protected]. It has to get delivered to me by 10th december but still i have not received my order. When checked in club factory app it shows as order has already delivered to me. When checked with customer support team with request numbers 776140, 779033, 784671 but still there is no response from them. Can anyone check and help me out of this

      I ordered a hoodie order #so[protected]. After 9 days it was canceled stating that product is out of stock. Does it take 214 hours to update out of stock? I paid in advance for it, my money was with you people fo 9 days. Is this how company makes profit by delaying updates and keeping customer's money.
      And to add to the agony the app says money is now in my app wallet and in different country's currency. But i can't reclaim it, so in other words they are still using my money to get profits.
      And they refuse to return the money to original payment mode saying it's not supported through i have screenshot of the app stating money will be refunded to original payment mode.
      I will wait 2 more days then i will be filling legal complaint, if club factory people are reading this

      Just received a call from someone claiming to be club factory employee. He asked me for bank details over the phone. When i refused and asked to request from official club factory email to get details. He got rude and denied that my refund cannot be processed. I recorded the conversation. Attaching the screenshot received from true caller

Even after a month almost my order of ring case by sehar commerce private limited is not yet shipped and the option to cancel the order is not in operating state as it shows that it will be shipped out soon since last few days. I want to cancel and want my refund.

            When i try to withdraw from balance it show withdrawal is failed eveytime. Its been more thana week since my money is sitting in this # app. I've tried trough paytm and bank transfer bt failed. I am so pissed off i want to file a case on club factory or do my refund immediatelly without any hassale.

                My package showed as it is very cool and the fabric was of a good quality but it was damaged so i chose to return it and after returning it's been 2days i haven't received my refund and the customer care number doesn't even receive call or it says that the number is invalid. Please kindly see that before 30th of december 2019 any how i receive my refund.

I tried everyday to chase up but everyday they are making me fool by saying your order is shipped and so on..in the easy words they have deducted my money. I want a hard action and want my money back.

                    I had ordered stuff with order number so[protected], and i got the delivery of wrong items, when i complain through consumer complain somehow they came in contact and picked up the wrong item, but after complaining twice on same platform no contact has been made. Now as the order was pre paid, m left with neither the wrong item neither the amount refund.

                      We will deliver and if not we will cancel. Not bothered about customer. Customer care executives are so rude and chat also i dont get any response. Cheating people by collecting money and now they are telling u wait or u want refund, not even giving respect - i waited for more that 40mins online but nobody responded to me. Worst cstomer service.                       i had placed and order but even after many followups they did not deliver my order, its almost 27 days that i have placed the order. Everytime they said we will deliver if not cancel. No empathy for customers. evertime i ask the status their reply is just we will deliver and if not we will cancel. not bothered about customer. Last time when i cancelled the order. It was refunded to club factory wallet or balance. And i had withdrawn the money. This time it neither came to cf balance or my bank account.                               Hi, i tried to order item no wdr[protected]n with the name called"skirt woolen dress long sleeves short suits" through mob no. [protected] on 23.12.2019 at 2.03am.
                              I made the payment though net banking for inr 680/-. But after making the payment, it did not show me my order details and showed payment failed. But the same amount was deducted in my bank account.
                              I can share the screenshots also for dress and my net banking. Please either refund my money back or give the order place confirmation.

                                  I have ordered ear phone from club factory. Due to defected delivery of the ear phone I returned the item and I received the refund amount in my club factory account but I am not able to withdraw my refund amount from my club factory account.                                     So, I ordered shoes from Club Factory but then I changed my mind due to certain circumstances, then applied for the refund on their app. It was all going well. I received the money too on time but when I tried to transfer the money from my account balance to paytm account or my bank, it said "System is temporarily under maintenance". I repeated it several times but it's saying the same. What's with it now? How am I going to get back my money in my bank account?

                                      This is reg order number SO[protected] which was placed on 28 Nov and expected arrival date was 6-16 Dec but till now the order is in preparing state . I don't want this order anymore as I have purchased the required items from outside due to delay .So please cancel the order and refund my money back ASAP.

                                      This was my first experience with club factory and I am so much dissatisfied with way they run their business .

                                      Please look in the matter and cancel the order and refund my money back ASAP.

                                        Club factory Online purchase 2 sarees order no SO[protected] dt 31st oct2019 cost Rs 795 paid online. Track no send to me xpressbee [protected] and delevery before nov8 2019. After date conacted xpressbees, says they had not received the item. Contacted club factory cusomercare they said item delivered in 6 days repeated 2 times. After 20 days delay offered Rs 65 compensation. Send email to refund money, but no action till date.please refund earlist.
