I shop regularly from clubfactory website. Likewise i had ordered products in clubfactory 2 months back. My order number is so[protected].
At the time of placing order, i was told it will take 18 days for delivery of the product. So, i awaited for the roduct eagerly and cancelled my travel for this sake. Now, when i am out of the city, i got the message from clubfactory the the product is out for delivery. I had totally forgotten about this since it was more the 50-60 days back. I even assumed the order is cancelled. I request your to cancel my order since i will not be available for another 15 days. They are threatening that i will be blacklisted and cod option will be blocked. Hence i request you to understand the circumstances and do the needful. I will be returning to shopping in clubfactory. I don't want to lose the shopping experience and products from clubfactory.

    I have ordered a shirt on 6th dec'19 and assured delivery on 13th dec'19
    Till date it didn't reach
    On tracking the waybill it shows failed to handover the package
    If i try to cancel it says already shipped
    No courtesy to inform the status
    This is a clear cheating
    Now i have to file a complaint with consumer court against you and the logistics ecom for giving a waybill without collecting the package

      I ordered my product on 19th december but i did't get it till now and the cancellation option is not working on it's app 😞
      And there is a rule that we can cancel the order if the order is not shipped but in my case this is not working.
      I want my money back and a compensation for delivery also please help ☹️
      My product is a winter jacket if the winter season is gon then what do i do with the product?
      I need my product within 2 days or get me the option to cancel the order.

        I ordered a slip sofa cover and a shower cap on Dec-4th.SO[protected] is the order no.I had made the full payment if rs.1178.Expected delivery time was 2 weeks.its been almost 24 days, and stilll the app has no clue and says it's not shipped.
        Also shows the delivery date as 22Dec 2019, but today is 27th Dec 2019.
        I want to cancel the order, but the app shows no way for it.
        This is too bad, if they cannot give the right status they have to give an option to cancel.

                I had returned order for which i got refunded in my clubfactory application. Now i am supposed to withdraw amount from clubfactory application back to my bank account. The problem is that i have been trying all the time since yesterday but it keeps on showin "system is temporarily under maintenance" for how long do i have to wait for them to update their system.

                  This complaint is about club factory service. My order number so[protected] and so[protected] has not been shipped from club factory till now and expected date of delivery was 10th-20th december and is not yet delivered to me. Raised many requests. None of the requests has been responded and customer care team in not picking the phone.
                  There is no way we can contact the customer team as they never pick phone or respond to texted queries.
                  Clubfactory is a fraud seller.

                      I ordered 9 products from club factory on dec 3rd 2029. Out of which the first item a dust bin which was delivered was broken, for which i got a refund. Second was airpods, a substandard product. Third was a t shirt, which i returned since i didn't like the design. Product was taken back from me but my return reason was rejected as it said the product sent back was wrong, which is not so.
                      Most importantly rest six items are still not delivered. Every time i make a call to the customer care number provided either i am put on hold for several minutes and the call gets cut or it says the number is invalid. There is no reply to my emails and live chat has standard answers and my query is never answered.

                        Customer service number does not respond to my call.

                        Deliver my order or give me the refund.

                          I placed 2 order (Clothing) on dec 10 and dec 14 in club factory.. Date of delivery is dec 28. On tracking, it is showing as products are in custom clearance... Actually it is stuck in custom clearance for more than 12 days.. But i got my second ordered parcel... But the first one still showing it is in custom clearance...
                          I need that order for party... So please kindly verify it.. Orelse refund my money

                                I won a mp3 player from club factory application on 12th October 2019 via 1rs deal, i sent a mail to custmor care after 2 month when it was delaying,
                                they said sorry for the delay it will ship soon but now they are saying that order is cancelled due to out of stock, i checked their app product is still available to buy.
                                They are making fool, this deal was done under a scheme that recquire four new customer to join so they got their new user and now denying for reward
                                I am attaching the order id and other details.
                                Resolve the problem ASAP.

                                  I have ordered a track suit from club factory and as it's policy it will deliver to u within 21 or 15 day but in my case tgey delivered it within 4 day when i order at nex day they said that u r order is in sangmner and after that i got the message from ecom that we are unable to deliver ur products as ur contact details and address and no is not reachable bt it wasn't my phone was awake and there is no problem in my phone and also my delivery address was correct after 2 days i hot my parcel without any call ..i opened it it was not original also the one upper was in my size and the lowe was not it was about to my knee then u realise that the product was fake and also not in my size theni go to club factory app and applied a return to get my refund money becoz there is no any exchange options bt now when i called them they not receive my call i have returned the parcel at next day but they r not giving my money back they just show that it not delivered yet to them i want my money back the also cit some of money for return process bt still not giving my refund help me

                                      I have placed return request son[protected] for order so[protected] as the colour specified doesn't match with the product received. But it has been rejected by seller shaaru fab with reason as 'wrong product'. I have applied for arbitration and again it was rejected with reason as 'your return doesn't match the product'. But i have returned the correct product (As in image attached in request). I had send mail to their customer care several times but didn't get any reply from them. Its been a month that i am behind this return process. I cannot settle for zero amount and want my money back.

                                        Hi team, for the last few days i am trying to withdraw the balance. But everytime i try to withdraw i get the same error message stating "system is under maintenance". This message pops up when i confirm after providing the otp and this is happening for almost a week now. I tried it mutiple times a day expecting it to be resolved but no success as of now.

                                        Please fix the issue asap.
